Description

Traditional Chinese medicine for treating herpes zoster and postherpetic pain and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine for treating herpes zoster and postherpetic pain and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Herpes zoster is an acute skin disease caused by varicella-zoster virus which affects nerves and skin, is called as a waist snake in traditional Chinese medicine, and is latent in neurons of root ganglia after spinal nerves after infection because of neurotropic nature of the virus. When the resistance is low or the cold is tired, the virus grows and breeds and moves to the skin along nerve fibers to produce strong inflammation and herpes, the herpes has the characteristics of zonal arrangement and unilateral distribution, severe pain, aging and severe neuralgia are accompanied, about half of middle-aged and old patients can leave intractable neuralgia after the herpes disappears, the intractable neuralgia can be remained for a plurality of months or more, and due to different virus invasion positions and pathological changes, special types such as eye herpes zoster are existed, the trigeminal nerve eye support is affected, varicella appears on the forehead and the top of the upper eyelid, the inflammation is obvious, the pain is severe, the cornea and eyeball parts can be affected, the blindness is caused, meningitis, encephalitis and even death are caused. At present, no specific medicine is available for treating herpes zoster, and the specific medicine is generally used as a treatment principle of resisting virus, nourishing nerves, relieving pain and inflammation, preventing secondary infection and shortening the course of disease.
The cure cycle of the herpes zoster is long, a large number of blisters are generated on the body, stabbing pain can be generated, great pain is brought to people, antibiotics are mostly adopted for treating the herpes zoster when the herpes zoster is treated, the drug resistance of people is enhanced by using the antibiotics, and the health of people is endangered.

According to the invention, the earthworm, the snake skin, the common cnidium fruit and the Chinese polyphaga are stir-fried with the wine, so that on one hand, the fishy smell of the earthworm can be reduced by stir-frying with the wine, and the effects of clearing and activating the channels and collaterals of the earthworm, strengthening the effects of dissipating blood stasis and strengthening muscles and bones of the Chinese polyphaga and detoxifying the snake skin and the common cnidium fruit can be increased after stir-frying with the wine, thereby achieving a better treatment effect on herpes zoster.
The invention carries out honey roasting on the forsythia and the patrinia, and the honey roasting can inhibit the coolness in the forsythia and the patrinia and improve the drug effect.
In some embodiments of the invention, the Chinese medicine extract is concentrated to a relative density of 1.05-1.1 at 50-60 ℃ and prepared into an external ointment. When the ointment is used for treating herpes zoster, the ointment can be directly applied to affected parts to achieve the effects of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, removing toxic substances, and promoting wound scab recovery.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the Chinese medicine extract is prepared into an oral liquid after concentration, homogenization, filling and sterilization. When the oral liquid is used for treating the pain after herpes zoster, the oral liquid can achieve the effect of treating diseases by regulating qi and blood, repairing damaged channels and collaterals and removing residual toxins in the body, and the taste of the oral liquid can be improved by adding white sugar into the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the wine frying comprises the following specific steps: the earthworm, the snake skin, the common cnidium fruit, the ground beetle and the wine are sealed and soaked for 1 to 3 days, and then the soaked raw materials are stir-fried at the temperature of 80 to 90 ℃ until the raw materials change color. The traditional Chinese medicinal materials are sealed and soaked with the wine, so that the wine can be fully absorbed by the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, the loss of the wine is reduced in the frying process, and the wine frying effect of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials can be enhanced.
In some embodiments of the invention, the mass ratio of the raw materials to the wine in the wine frying step is (5-8): 1, the wine is 52-60 degrees, and the wine frying step adopts high-alcohol wine which can enhance the penetration of the Chinese medicinal materials, and preferably selects white wine with 50-60 degrees. The mass ratio of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials to the white spirit is (2-3): 1, the waste of white spirit can be fully reduced on the basis of ensuring the permeation effect.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the honey-roasting specifically comprises the following steps: heating honey to 113-118 ℃, adding boiled water for diluting when the water content is 10-15%, adding the crushed fructus forsythiae and herba patriniae after heating and boiling, continuously stir-frying uniformly until the honey becomes dark yellow, loose and non-sticky, and the coolness in the fructus forsythiae and the herba patriniae can be inhibited by the honey-frying operation.
