As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in order to movably connect a section of the coil spring 9 with the first end of the rolling brake cylinder 7, a retractable gear cylinder 901 is arranged at the bottom end 8 of the line receiving platform, and one end of the gear cylinder 901 is connected with one end of the coil spring 9; a first spring for the gear cylinder 901 to stretch is arranged in the gear cylinder 901, and a meshed tooth meshed with the outer edge of the gear cylinder 901 is arranged at the central point of the roller brake cylinder 7 along the central line of the first end of the roller brake cylinder 7; two ends of the first spring are respectively connected with two ends of the gear cylinder 901; the expansion and contraction of the first spring are controlled by the first knot switch.
In order to realize the movable connection between the stop gear 205 and the outer edge of the first end of the rolling brake cylinder 7; a telescopic cylinder 20501 for movably meshing the stop gear 205 and the sawtooth gear 701 is arranged at the bottom end 8 of the line accommodating table, and a second spring for stretching the telescopic cylinder 20501 is arranged in the telescopic cylinder 20501; two ends of the second spring are respectively connected with two ends of the telescopic cylinder 20501; the extension and contraction of the second spring are controlled by a second rope knot control switch.
As shown in fig. 4, a first knot for controlling the expansion and contraction of the first spring by the first knot switch is arranged between the first knot switch and the first spring; a second knot for controlling the second spring to stretch and retract is arranged between the second knot switch and the second spring; the first knot and the second knot are both kept in a tensioning state; when in use, the first knot or the second knot is stretched to respectively control the compression or release of the second spring of the first spring; the first knot switch and the second knot switch are both arranged at the upper end of the line storage platform 2; the first rope knot switch is an electric push rod 202 capable of being electrically controlled, and the second rope knot switch is a button switch 201 capable of being longitudinally bounced; when the electric wire winder is used, after the electric wire is wound by the second belt conveying wheel 6, the electric push rod 202 stretches downwards, and then the first spring is released; the gear cylinder 901 at one end of the coil spring 9 is meshed with the first end of the rolling brake cylinder 7; when the surgeon uses the surgical instrument, the shutter cylinder 7 rotates with the drawing of the electric wire, the coil spring 9 is wound inside, and the stop gear 205 follows the rotation of the shutter cylinder 7; after the drawing is stopped, the stop gear 205 controls the stop gear 205 and the brake drum 7 to stop rotating in a damping mode; upon retraction of the cord; the button switch 201 is pressed, the button rebounds upwards and bounces, the rope knot stretches the second spring, and the stop gear 205 leaves the outer edge of the roller shutter cylinder 7; the coil spring 9 is reset, and then the automatic rewinding of the electric wire by the winding drum 7 is realized.
As shown in fig. 8, a control panel 10 is disposed at the side end of the box body 3, and a control button 1001 corresponding to the first belt transmission wheel 5, the second belt transmission wheel 6, the electric push rod 202, the electric cleaning head 4 and the atomizer 303 is disposed on the control panel 10, and the electric push rod 202 and the second belt wheel realize instant electric signal transmission through the control panel 10.
Example 2
The following technical characteristics are added on the basis of the embodiment 1:
as shown in fig. 3, a plasticized film is covered on the inner surface of the hemispherical recess 305, and a pipe communicating with the waste collection box 301 is provided along the lower end of the plasticized film; the above-described arrangement is provided to allow solid residues of the working ports of the respective laparoscopic surgical instruments to be discharged into the waste collection box 301.
Example 3
The following technical characteristics are added on the basis of the embodiment 1 or 2:
as shown in fig. 4, to facilitate placement of the wires within the vertical grooves 204; an elastic clamp clamped with the electric wire is arranged in the vertical groove 204, the line storage table 2 is horizontally divided along the central line of the vertical groove 204, and the partition position is correspondingly provided with a concave-convex structure 203 for the plug-in connection of the concave-convex structure.
Claims (10)
1. A multifunctional laparoscopic surgical instrument storage device, comprising: the laparoscopic surgery instrument, the electric wire connected with the laparoscopic surgery instrument and the box body for bearing the laparoscopic surgery instrument; the box body is characterized by comprising a bearing table for bearing a laparoscopic surgical instrument and a circuit receiving table for receiving the electric wire; the bearing table and the circuit containing table are both positioned on the same horizontal plane of the box body, and the bearing table is detachably connected with the circuit containing table; the bearing platform is provided with a disinfection mechanism for disinfecting and cleaning laparoscopic surgical instruments; and a winding drum mechanism for winding the electric wire is arranged in the line storage table, and the winding drum mechanism adjusts the release length of the electric wire according to the movement range of the surgical instrument.
2. The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical instrument receiving device according to claim 1, wherein said case body comprises an openable case cover; the sterilizing mechanism comprises an electric cleaning head capable of flushing the laparoscopic surgical instrument and an atomizing chamber for atomizing alcohol to sterilize the surface of the laparoscopic surgical instrument; and an electric cleaning head and an atomizing chamber are respectively arranged on the surface of the bearing table along the lower part of the box cover.

The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical instrument storage device according to claim 2, wherein a groove adapted to the shape of each laparoscopic surgical instrument is formed on the surface of the receiving table, and a hemispherical groove is formed at one end of the groove corresponding to the working port of each laparoscopic surgical instrument; a first belt conveying wheel sequentially penetrates through the hemispherical grooves, and the electric cleaning head is arranged on the first belt conveying wheel; the central connecting line of the two ends of the first belt transmission wheel and the central connecting line of the working port of each laparoscopic surgical instrument are positioned on the same plane.

The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical instrument receiving device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of vertical grooves for the electric wires to pass through are uniformly formed in the circuit receiving table; the reel mechanism includes: the rolling brake cylinder and a second belt conveying wheel for the rolling brake cylinder to rotate; a plurality of rolling brake cylinders with central axes perpendicular to the vertical grooves are arranged corresponding to the vertical grooves, and rotating shafts for the rolling brake cylinders to rotate are arranged at the bottom end of the line containing table along the lower portions of the vertical grooves; and the belt in the second belt conveying wheel is sequentially wound around the first ends of the plurality of rolling brake cylinders.

The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical instrument storage device according to claim 4, wherein a coil spring is arranged at the bottom end of the line storage table and is coaxial with the shutter cylinder, one end of the coil spring is movably connected with the first end of the shutter cylinder, and the other end of the coil spring is fixed at the bottom end of the line storage table; the surface of the roller shutter cylinder is provided with a sawtooth gear, and the bottom end of the line containing platform is provided with a stop gear which is movably meshed with the sawtooth gear; the stop gear is capable of damping rotation about the shaft.

The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical instrument storage device according to claim 5, wherein a retractable gear cylinder is provided at the bottom end of the line storage table, and one end of the gear cylinder is connected with one end of the coil spring; a first spring for the gear drum to stretch is arranged in the gear drum, and a meshed tooth meshed with the outer edge of the gear drum is arranged at the central point of the rolling brake drum along the central line of the first end of the rolling brake drum; the expansion and contraction of the first spring are controlled by the first knot switch.

The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical instrument storage device according to claim 6, wherein a telescopic cylinder for movably engaging the stop gear with the sawtooth gear is provided at the bottom end of the line storage table, and a second spring for telescoping the telescopic cylinder is provided in the telescopic cylinder; the extension and contraction of the second spring are controlled by a second rope knot control switch.

The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical instrument storage device according to claim 7, wherein a first knot for controlling the first spring to stretch and retract is arranged between the first knot switch and the first spring; a second knot for controlling the second spring to stretch and retract is arranged between the second knot switch and the second spring; the first knot and the second knot are both held in tension.

The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical instrument storage device according to claim 8, wherein the first and second hitching switches are disposed at an upper end of the line storage table; the first knot switch is an electric push rod capable of being electrically controlled, and the second knot switch is a button switch capable of being longitudinally bounced.
10. The multifunctional laparoscopic surgical instrument storage device according to claim 9, wherein a control panel is disposed at a side end of the box body, and control buttons respectively corresponding to the first belt transmission wheel, the second belt transmission wheel, the electric push rod, the electric cleaning head and the atomizer are disposed on the control panel; and the electric push rod and the second belt pulley realize instant electric signal transmission through a control panel.
