Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of recycled concrete, in particular to a recycled concrete brick with high compressive strength and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The recycled concrete is concrete prepared by utilizing waste building materials, and more building components can be prepared by utilizing the recycled concrete, such as bricks, building blocks, pillars and the like by utilizing the recycled concrete, so that raw materials are saved, the environment is protected, the existence of building wastes is reduced, and the environment is protected.
Among them, the recycled concrete brick is the most common recycled concrete utilization method, but the existing recycled concrete brick and the preparation method still have certain defects, such as:

The invention utilizes the waste building waste materials to regenerate and replace natural aggregates, which makes a contribution to the protection of ecological environment, the mechanical strength of the obtained regenerated brick can meet the use requirement, and the photocatalytic performance absorbs harmful substances in the air, so that people can have better air environment.
However, in the above prior art, the produced recycled concrete brick has low compressive strength, and the produced recycled concrete brick is not beneficial to drainage and use, so we propose a recycled concrete brick with high compressive strength and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a high-compressive-strength recycled concrete brick and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the recycled concrete brick prepared by the preparation method provided by the background art is low in compressive strength and not beneficial to drainage and use.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a high compressive strength recycled concrete brick and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following steps:
the recycled concrete brick comprises a recycled concrete brick body, wherein the whole recycled concrete brick body is of a cuboid structure, and through holes are formed in the left end and the right end of the recycled concrete brick body;
the drain hole is arranged in the middle of the interior of the recycled concrete brick body;
and the anti-slip blocks are positioned on the lower end surface of the recycled concrete brick body.
Preferably, the upper surface of the recycled concrete brick body is of an inward concave structure, namely the height of the edge of the recycled concrete brick body is larger than the height of the middle of the recycled concrete brick body.
Preferably, the through-hole runs through the setting at the fore-and-aft direction of regeneration concrete brick body, and the whole of through-hole is triangular prism column structure to the through-hole longitudinal symmetry sets up to a set of, and every group through-hole equidistant setting in the inside of regeneration concrete brick body.
Preferably, the drainage holes penetrate through the recycled concrete brick body in the vertical direction, and are uniformly distributed in the middle of the recycled concrete brick body.
Preferably, the longitudinal section of each anti-skid block is trapezoidal, the lower surfaces of the left end and the right end of each anti-skid block are uniformly arranged on the recycled concrete brick body, and the anti-skid blocks and the recycled concrete brick body are of an integrated structure.
Preferably, the recycled concrete brick body is made of recycled aggregate, wherein the recycled aggregate is mainly made of concrete material.
A preparation method of a recycled concrete brick with high compressive strength comprises the following steps:

Preferably, the aggregate pretreatment in the first step is to crush the concrete blocks by a crusher, and then to screen the crushed concrete particles, and to ensure that the particle size of the crushed aggregate particles is less than 5 mm.
Preferably, the mixed material in the second step specifically means: and (3) uniformly stirring the aggregate particles, the cement, the sand and the crushed stone in the step one in a stirrer, then adding water mixed with the solvent water reducing agent, and continuously stirring at a low speed until the materials are uniformly mixed.
Preferably, the preparation of the recycled concrete brick body in the third step comprises the following steps:
step a: pouring the mixed materials in the step two into a mould;
step b: c, demolding after the recycled concrete brick body in the step a is molded;
step c: and curing the demoulded recycled concrete brick body.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the recycled concrete brick prepared by the preparation method is internally provided with the triangular prism-shaped through hole, so that the recycled concrete brick has good compression resistance while the self gravity is reduced, the vertical load can be well balanced, and the service life is prolonged;
2. the upper surface of the recycled concrete brick prepared by the preparation method has a certain gradient, and the middle of the recycled concrete brick is uniformly provided with the drain holes, so that accumulated water can be discharged, and the recycled concrete brick is prevented from being damaged due to long-term soaking in water;
3. the anti-slip blocks are arranged below the recycled concrete bricks, so that the lower surfaces of the recycled concrete bricks can be in good contact with the ground during construction, the anti-slip effect is achieved, and the use is more convenient.

Furthermore, the drain holes 3 are arranged in the vertical direction of the recycled concrete brick body 1 in a penetrating manner, and the drain holes 3 are uniformly distributed in the middle of the recycled concrete brick body 1; the design of the drain holes 3 is helpful for improving the whole drainage performance of the recycled concrete brick body 1.
Furthermore, the longitudinal section of the anti-skid block 4 is trapezoidal, the anti-skid blocks 4 are uniformly arranged on the lower surfaces of the left end and the right end of the recycled concrete brick body 1, and the anti-skid blocks 4 and the recycled concrete brick body 1 are of an integrated structure; the design of non-slip blocks 4 can make non-slip blocks 4 more firm in contact with ground or bottom materials in the laying process, so that recycled concrete brick body 1 is more stably installed.
Furthermore, the recycled concrete brick body 1 is made of recycled aggregate, wherein the recycled aggregate is mainly made of concrete; effectively utilizes the waste construction waste and is beneficial to the treatment of the construction waste.
Example (b):
when the recycled concrete brick body 1 is produced, firstly, waste concrete blocks are crushed in a mechanical crushing mode, then crushed concrete particles are sieved by a screen, and the particle size of the crushed aggregate particles is ensured to be less than 5 mm;
then mixing and stirring cement, sand, broken stone and crushed concrete particles according to a certain proportion, ensuring the rotating speed to be 50-60r/min, then adding water mixed with a solvent water reducing agent into the stirrer while stirring, and continuously stirring at a low speed until the materials are uniformly mixed;
and (3) adding the stirred materials into a mould in sequence, removing bubbles in the mould in a vibrating mode, taking out the recycled concrete brick body 1 after forming, and curing the recycled concrete brick body 1 for 4 hours to prepare the recycled concrete brick body 1.
