In this example, the placing groove 23 is provided to facilitate the placing box of the sensor to play a certain limiting and supporting role, and the water discharging hole is provided to facilitate the water after spraying to be discharged to the water discharging hole and then guided into the water tank 8 to be collected for utilization.
The top of the box body 1 is connected with an air drying fan 2 through a mounting plate 20, the top of the mounting plate 20 is provided with an air inlet, an air guide pipe 21 is arranged between the top wall and the rear wall of the box body 1 and the top wall and the rear wall of the inner box 6, one end of the air guide pipe 21 penetrates through the top wall of the box body 1 and is connected with the air inlet, the other end of the air guide pipe 21 penetrates through the rear wall of the inner box 6 and is inserted into an air guide groove 24 formed in one side of the bottom frame 16, an air exhaust pipe 15 is arranged on the rear wall in the inner box 6, and the air exhaust pipe 15 is communicated with the air guide pipe 21 through a guide pipe.
In this example, the air drying plate 17 is a hollow rectangular plate, the air guide groove 24 is U-shaped, the bottom of the air drying plate 17 is communicated with the air guide groove 24 to form an air duct, so that air is transmitted into the air drying plate 17, the side wall of the air drying plate 17 is symmetrically provided with air blowing holes, the air blowing holes correspond to the clamping grooves 22, and the air is blown onto the sensor through the air blowing holes to be dried; a plurality of air injection holes are formed in one side of the air exhaust pipe 15, partial air is conveyed into the air exhaust pipe 15 through the air guide pipe 21 and then is sprayed onto the sensor through the air injection holes to be dried, and the air drying efficiency is accelerated.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: the sensors to be tested are respectively inserted between the clamping blocks 25 in the clamping groove 22, the clamping blocks 25 are pushed to move along with the downward movement of the sensors, the push rod 26 is further pushed to push the push plate 27 to extrude the spring 28, the spring 28 is deformed to generate elastic force in the opposite direction, and the push plate 27 drives the push rod 26 and the clamping blocks 25 to reset; then, the base frame 16 is placed between the guide blocks 7 in the inner box 6, the guide blocks 7 are clamped with the base frame 16, then, the sensor can be tested through the operation control module 5, water in the water tank 8 is pumped out through the water pump 10 and is conveyed to the adapter 14 through the water guide pipe 12, so that the water is sprayed onto the sensor through the spray pipe 13, meanwhile, the heater 11 is started to emit heat into the inner box 6 through the heating pipe 19, the temperature in the box can be raised, the test condition can be observed through the observation window 4, the water sprayed in the test process can flow into a water outlet through a water discharge hole in the placing groove 23 or directly, so that the water is guided into the water tank 8 to be collected and reused, the cyclic utilization of water resources is realized, and the resource waste is reduced; after a detection test, the water pump 10 and the heater 11 are turned off, the air drying fan 2 is started to work, air is transmitted to the air exhaust pipe 15 through the air drying fan 2, the mounting plate 20 and the air guide pipe 21 to be sprayed out, and simultaneously, the air is transmitted to the air guide groove 24 and then is transmitted to the air drying plate 17, so that the air is blown to the sensor through the air blowing hole in the air drying plate 17, the sensor is quickly dried in the air, the sensor can be used as soon as possible, and after the air drying, the sensor can be taken out by opening the box door 3 and whether the waterproof performance of the sensor is influenced by temperature change or not is observed; the device overall operation is simple, can recycle the water recovery that uses in the experimentation, reduces the wasting of resources, and the air-dry sensor that also can be quick simultaneously to convenient to use, the centre gripping that simultaneously can also be applicable to the sensor of multiple different specifications is fixed to be tested and is used, makes its suitability more extensive, uses convenience more.
