Because some equipment is required to be operated on the hull structure, and another ship mooring equipment is arranged on the main deck of the hull, if a conventional vertical ladder is installed, the channel distance is only about 500mm, and the standard requirement of ship channel class cannot be met, therefore, the invention provides the folding vertical ladder for the ship in the narrow space, and the vertical ladder can be folded when not used, so that the channel distance of the ship reaches 600mm, and the normal passing requirement of a crew is met.
The invention relates to a folding vertical ladder used in a narrow space of a ship, which comprises a ladder frame 1, a connecting plate 3 hinged and fixed on the end surface of the ladder frame 1, and fixing feet hinged and fixed on the end part of the connecting plate 3 and used for being fixed with a ship body structure 6.
The ladder frame 1 is a main structure of a folding vertical ladder and is composed of two vertical upright rods 12 and a plurality of steps 2 connected between the two upright rods 12. In this embodiment, the upright rods 12 are made of flat steel, the steps 2 are made of square steel, a plurality of rhombic holes are formed in the left vertical flat steel and the right vertical flat steel, the square steel serving as the steps 2 is inserted into the rhombic holes, two end parts of the square steel extend out of the flat steel by 5mm, and the joints of the square steel and the flat steel are welded and fixed.
The both ends of connecting plate 3 are articulated fixedly through round pin axle subassembly and ladder frame 1 and fixed foot respectively to can make ladder frame 1 and connecting plate 3 rotate round the pin joint, make folding vertical ladder realize expandeing or folding.
The pin shaft assembly comprises a pin shaft 9, a gasket 7 and a perforated pin 8 inserted in the pin shaft 9, wherein the pin shaft 9 penetrates through the connecting plate 3, the ladder frame 1 or the fixing leg and is locked through the perforated pin 8.
In this embodiment, the last corner of connecting plate 3 towards fixed foot one side sets to the fillet, and the lower corner is ordinary right angle, so sets up to can't make connecting plate 3 stably keep at the horizontality when preventing to expand folding vertical ladder.
The connecting plate 3 is further provided with a first positioning hole 13, a locking assembly is fixed below the first positioning hole 13, and the ladder frame 1 is provided with a second positioning hole 14 corresponding to the first positioning hole 13. When the ladder frame 1 is moved upward to rotate the connecting plate 3 from the horizontal state to the vertical state (when the folding vertical ladder is changed from the unfolded state to the folded state), the first positioning hole 13 is just overlapped with the second positioning hole 14 to insert the locking assembly, thereby locking the folding vertical ladder in the folded state.
The locking assembly comprises a steel wire rope 11 fixed on the connecting plate 3 and a locking bolt 10 fixed at the tail end of the steel wire rope 11. In this embodiment, the locking bolt 10 is a bolt with a tongue for a ship.
The fixing foot consists of a compound plate 5 fixed on the ship body structure 6 and two eye plates 4 vertically fixed on the compound plate 5. The two eye plates 4 are arranged on two sides of the connecting plate 3 and are hinged and fixed with the connecting plate 3 through pin shaft assemblies.
When the folding straight ladder is used, the web plate of the folding straight ladder is fixed on a hull structure, the folding straight ladder is in an unfolded state shown in figure 1, and workers can use the folding straight ladder as a boarding ladder to operate ship equipment.
When the ship equipment does not need to be operated, a worker can push the folding straight ladders upwards by the flat steel on the two sides of the ladder frame, the ladder frame 1 and the connecting plate 3 can rotate under the action of the pin shaft assembly (the movement direction is shown by an arrow in fig. 6), the connecting plate 3 is turned into a vertical state from a horizontal state, the first positioning hole 13 is just overlapped with the second positioning hole 14, and then the locking bolt 10 of the locking assembly is inserted into the first positioning hole 13 and the second positioning hole 14, so that the folding straight ladders are locked in a folding state.
When the ship equipment needs to be operated, the reverse operation is carried out according to the steps.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
