Further, the control unit 2600 includes a wireless communication module 2601, and the wireless communication module 2601 is integrated in the control unit 2600, and is electrically connected to the control unit 2600, so that the control unit 2600 and the cloud platform perform data transmission, and the control unit 2600 can receive instruction information sent by the cloud platform.
For example, a worker may send a lifting element 2501 opening command to the cloud platform, at which time the cloud platform sends a lifting element 2501 opening command to the control unit 2600, and the control unit 2600 controls the opening of the lifting element 2501 according to the lifting element 2501 opening command.
The working principle of the adjustable four-way vehicle floor paving track is as follows: when the four-way vehicle management system is crashed, a worker turns on a forklift to transport the four-way vehicle to a four-way vehicle gathering point, then the worker controls the opening and lifting unit 2200 through the control unit 2600 to reduce the height of the track unit 2300 so that the track unit 2300 enters the track installation groove 1100, then the control unit 2600 controls the opening and driving device to drive the driving rod 2405 of the overturning unit 2400 to rotate, so that the driving rod 2405 rotates by driving the first driving gear 2408 to overturn the overturning plate 2401 to be flush with the warehouse floor 1000, meanwhile, the driving rod 2405 drives the second driving gear 2409 to rotate, the second driving gear 2409 drives the first chain 2410 to rotate, the first chain 2410 drives the first driven gear 2413 to rotate, the first driven gear 2413 drives the first driven shaft 2411 to rotate, the first driven shaft 2411 drives the first driven turbine 2414 to rotate, then, the first driven turbine 2414 drives the transmission turbine 2415 to rotate, then the transmission turbine 2415 drives the second driven turbine 2416 and the second driven shaft 2412 to rotate, the second driven shaft 2412 drives the second driven gear 2417 and the second chain 2418 to rotate, the second chain 2418 drives the third driven gear 2419 to rotate, the third driven gear 2419 drives the driven rod 2406 to rotate, meanwhile, the supporting plate 2407 turns downwards along with the driven rod 2406, then the control unit 2600 controls the opening and lifting unit 2200 to enable the rail unit 2300 to abut against the supporting plate 2407, and then the control unit 2600 controls the opening and lifting unit 2500 to enable the supporting unit 2500 to support the turning plate 2401.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above examples only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, and these are all within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
