Automotive suspension structure matched with wire-controlled four-wheel 90-degree steering system for use
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile suspensions, and particularly relates to an automobile suspension structure matched with a wire-controlled four-wheel 90-degree steering system.
Background
The automobile industry develops rapidly, and more advanced technologies are produced. Such as four-wheel by wire 90 degree steering. The existing wire-controlled four-wheel 90-degree steering system is mainly realized by equipping each wheel with a steering motor. However, how the suspension is matched with the steering system can ensure the running stability of the vehicle and effectively transmit the steering torque to the wheels. The suspension systems currently matched by the four-wheel 90-degree steering system mainly comprise a candle type suspension and a Macpherson type suspension. However, both suspension systems have obvious defects and have poor matching effect.
And (3) main pin: the wheel rotates about an axis, which is the kingpin. The kingpin of a typical car is virtual, and is a central straight line from one end of the shock absorber (i.e., the central position of the shock absorber fixed to the car body) to the lower end position of the knuckle.
The structural feature of the prior art candle suspension system is that the wheel moves up and down along a kingpin axis rigidly fixed to the frame. As shown in FIG. 1, the kingpin 5-1 of the candle suspension is rigidly secured to the vehicle body or frame and the knuckle is connected to the vent tube 1-1. When the wheel is jumping, the knuckle moves along the kingpin axis together with the snorkel 1-1. In the case of this type of suspension, when the suspension deforms, the angle of alignment of the kingpin does not change, and only the track and wheelbase change slightly. The four-wheel 90-degree steering motor module is matched with the steering motor module, the working environment of the motor is stable, and the steering torque transmission efficiency is high.
However, as shown in fig. 1, under the influence of the candle suspension structure, the lateral force generated by the wheel is all borne by the long sleeve 3-1 and the main pin 5-1 which are sleeved on the main pin 5-1, and the friction resistance between the sleeve and the main pin is large, and the abrasion is serious. The durability and stability of the product are poor, and the traditional vehicle is not used basically. The four-wheel 90-degree steering system is matched with the steering system for use, more than no better suspension mechanism can be used, extremely high product damage risk is faced, and the durability and the service life are very poor.
The existing Macpherson type suspension belongs to independent suspension, has better comprehensive performance and is most widely used in the traditional vehicle. The main structure is composed of a spiral spring and a shock absorber, the shock absorber can avoid the phenomenon that the spiral spring deflects forwards, backwards, leftwards and rightwards when stressed, the spring is limited to vibrate in the vertical direction only, and the hardness and the performance of the suspension can be set by the stroke length and the tightness of the shock absorber.
Taking the macpherson suspension diagram of fig. 2 as an example: the outer end of which is connected to the knuckle 801 by a ball hinge 1501. The upper end of the shock absorber is connected with the vehicle body through a shock insulation block assembly 201 (which can be regarded as an upper hinge point of the shock absorber) with a bearing, and the lower end of the shock absorber is connected with the steering knuckle. The lateral force borne by the wheels is mostly borne by the transverse swing arm through the steering knuckle, and the rest is borne by the shock absorber piston and the piston rod. Therefore, the structure reduces sliding friction and abrasion to a certain extent compared with the candle type suspension.
The Macpherson suspension is of a straight tube type structure, has low transverse rigidity, is easy to automatically steer when a vehicle runs on an uneven road surface, and is easy to bend when being impacted violently, so that the steering performance is influenced. The anti-roll and braking nodding capabilities are weak, and the resistance to the impact in the left and right directions is poor. The steering system of the traditional vehicle with non-90-degree steering can be relieved by adding a stabilizer bar. However, if the four-wheel 90 steering system is used in combination with a macpherson suspension, there is no space for adding a stabilizer bar, and these disadvantages cannot be avoided. And compared with a candle type suspension, the stability of the main pin is poor, and the main pin is easy to shake. The four-wheel 90-degree steering motor module is matched with the steering motor module to easily generate jolt and vibration, and the performance of the motor module and the stability of steering torque transmission are influenced.

In a further preferred structure, a damping spring is sleeved outside the main pin sliding column, the upper end of the damping spring is in limit connection with the main pin sliding column, and the lower end of the damping spring is in contact connection with the steering knuckle.
In a further preferred structure, the steering motor is fixed on a motor fixing plate on the frame.
In a further preferred structure, a self-aligning bearing is arranged between the main pin sliding column and the motor fixing plate.
In a further preferred structure, an oilless bearing is arranged in the kingpin spool, and the oilless bearing is located between the steering knuckle and the kingpin spool.
The further preferred structure still includes the swing arm down, swing arm one end is connected with knuckle ball hinge down, and the other end is connected with the frame damping.
In a further preferred configuration, the knuckle is connected to a wheel.
In a further preferred configuration, the wheel is driven by an in-wheel motor.
In a further preferable structure, an upper connecting ring is sleeved at the upper end of the main pin sliding column, and the main pin sliding column is hinged with one end of an upper swing arm of the shock absorber through the upper connecting ring.
In a further preferable structure, a lower connecting ring is sleeved at the lower end of the main pin sliding column, and the main pin sliding column is hinged with one end of the lower swing arm of the shock absorber through the lower connecting ring.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the main pin sliding column is fixed in position, the steering motor module is fixed at the upper end of the main pin sliding column, the state is stable in the movement process, the working stability of the motor is high, and the torque transmission efficiency is high.
2. The self-aligning bearing is additionally arranged at the position of the fixed point on the main pin sliding column, so that a slight inclination angle can be corrected, the steering motion is prevented from being blocked, and the working stability of the steering system is improved.
3. By adding the lower swing arm, the lateral force borne by the wheel is mostly borne by the lower swing arm through the steering knuckle, and the rest small part is borne by the shock absorber, so that the stability of the whole suspension is improved, and the service life of the suspension is prolonged.
