Standard parts used in the invention can be purchased from the market, special-shaped parts can be customized according to the description of the specification and the drawings, the specific connection modes of all parts adopt conventional means such as mature bolts, rivets and welding in the prior art, the machinery, the parts and the equipment adopt conventional models in the prior art, and the circuit connection adopts conventional connection modes in the prior art, so that the details are not described.

the first exercise mechanism (2) comprises an adjusting mechanism (12), a first elastic rope (13) and a fingerstall (15), the adjusting mechanism (12) on the first exercise mechanism (2) is fixedly arranged on a pipe groove part at the metacarpophalangeal joint of the thumb of the palm support plate (7) through bolts, the first elastic rope (13) is arranged at the lower end of the adjusting mechanism (12) on the first exercise mechanism (2), the first elastic rope (13) on the first exercise mechanism (2) and the long pipe part at the metacarpophalangeal joint of the thumb of the palm support plate (7) penetrate and then the end part of the long pipe part is inserted into the fingerstall (15), and the fingerstall (15) on the first exercise mechanism (2) and the end part of the first elastic rope (13) are fixedly connected together through bolts;
wherein the regulating mechanism (12) comprises a shell (16), a ratchet block (17), a movable block (18), a regulating handle (19), a winding spring (20), a connecting block (21) and a first spring (22), wherein a circular through groove part is formed in the middle of the shell (16), the ratchet block (17) with an integrated structure is arranged on the upper side wall of the inside of the shell (16), the ratchet block (17) is distributed in an annular array on the shell (16) by taking the center of the shell (16) as the center, the movable block (18) is movably arranged on the lower side of the shell (16), the movable block (18) is divided into a cylinder part and a winding disc part, a first elastic rope (13) is arranged in the winding disc part of the movable block (18) in a winding manner, the cylinder part of the movable block (18) is inserted into the through groove part of the shell (16), the regulating handle (19) is sleeved at the upper end of the cylinder part of the movable block (18), the movable block (18) forms a rotating structure on the shell (16), the movable block (18) is clamped with the winding spring (20) at the inner side wall of the winding disc (20) of the shell (16), a connecting block (21) capable of sliding up and down is inserted into the groove part of the column part of the movable block (18), a first spring (22) is arranged at the sliding connection part of the connecting block (21) and the column part of the movable block (18), one end of the first spring (22) is attached to the inner side wall of the column part of the movable block (18), and the other end of the first spring (22) is clamped on the side wall of the connecting block (21);
the adjusting handle (19) comprises a rotating handle (23), a positioning block (24), a second spring (25) and a limiting bolt (26), wherein the rotating handle (23) is sleeved on the column part of the movable block (18) and then fixedly connected with the connecting block (21) through a bolt, the rotating handle (23) forms a sliding structure on the column part of the movable block (18) through the connecting block (21), the positioning block (24) capable of stretching and sliding is symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the rotating handle (23) front and back, the second spring (25) is arranged at the sliding connection part of the positioning block (24) and the rotating handle (23), one end of the second spring (25) is clamped on the inner side wall of the rotating handle (23), the other part of the second spring (25) is inserted on the side wall of the positioning block (24), the limiting bolt (26) used for limiting is arranged at the through groove part in the middle of the positioning block (24), and the limiting bolt (26) and the through groove part of the positioning block (24) are connected on the inner side wall of the rotating handle (23) through threads.
The second exercise mechanism (3) is arranged corresponding to the index finger metacarpophalangeal joint of the palm wearing device (1);
the second exercise mechanism (3) comprises an adjusting mechanism (12), a first elastic rope (13), a finger wearing device (14) and a fingerstall (15), the adjusting mechanism (12) on the second exercise mechanism (3) is fixedly arranged on a pipe groove part at the metacarpophalangeal joint of the metacarpal support plate (7) through bolts, the first elastic rope (13) is also arranged at the lower end of the adjusting mechanism (12) on the second exercise mechanism (3), the finger wearing device (14) is arranged at the middle part of the first elastic rope (13) on the second exercise mechanism (3) and the long pipe part at the metacarpophalangeal joint of the metacarpal support plate (7) after penetrating, and the fingerstall (15) is also fixedly inserted at the end part of the first elastic rope (13) on the second exercise mechanism (3) after penetrating;
the finger wearing device (14) comprises a finger supporting block (27), a fourth binding belt (28) and a second magic tape (29), wherein a through hole part is formed in the middle of the finger supporting block (27), the lower side wall of the finger supporting block (27) is of an arc-shaped structure, the through hole part of the finger supporting block (27) is connected with a first elastic rope (13) in a penetrating mode, the finger supporting block (27) forms a sliding structure on the first elastic rope (13), the fourth binding belt (28) is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the finger supporting block (27), the fourth binding belt (28) is in a winding state on the finger supporting block (27), the outer surface of the finger supporting block (27) is sewed to be connected with a mother surface of the second magic tape (29), the inner surface of the end part of the finger supporting block (27) is sewed to be connected with a child surface of the second magic tape (29), and the second elastic rope (30) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the finger supporting block (27) through bolts;
the third exercise mechanism (4) is arranged corresponding to the middle finger metacarpophalangeal joint of the palm wearing device (1);
the integral structure of the third exercise mechanism (4) is the same as that of the second exercise mechanism (3), an adjusting mechanism (12) on the third exercise mechanism (4) is fixedly arranged on a pipe groove part at a metacarpophalangeal joint in the metacarpal support plate (7) through bolts, and a first elastic rope (13) on the third exercise mechanism (4) is in penetrating connection with a long pipe part at the metacarpophalangeal joint in the metacarpophalangeal support plate (7);
the fourth exercise mechanism (5) is arranged corresponding to the ring finger metacarpophalangeal joint of the palm wearing device (1);
the whole structure of the fourth exercise mechanism (5) is the same as that of the second exercise mechanism (3), an adjusting mechanism (12) on the fourth exercise mechanism (5) is fixedly arranged on a pipe groove part at the ring finger metacarpophalangeal joint of the palm support plate (7) through bolts, and a first elastic rope (13) on the fourth exercise mechanism (5) is in penetrating connection with a long pipe part at the ring finger metacarpophalangeal joint of the palm support plate (7);
the fifth exercise mechanism (6) is arranged corresponding to the metacarpophalangeal joints of the little fingers of the palm wearing device (1);
the whole structure of the fifth exercise mechanism (6) is the same as that of the second exercise mechanism (3), an adjusting mechanism (12) on the fifth exercise mechanism (6) is fixedly arranged on a pipe groove part at the metacarpophalangeal joint of the metacarpal support plate (7) through bolts, and a first elastic rope (13) on the fifth exercise mechanism (6) is in penetrating connection with a long pipe part at the metacarpophalangeal joint of the metacarpal support plate (7) through the bolts;
wherein all install second elastic rope (30) between finger wearing device (14) on second exercise mechanism (3) and third exercise mechanism (4) on finger wearing device (14), between finger wearing device (14) on third exercise mechanism (4) and fourth exercise mechanism (5) on finger wearing device (14) and between finger wearing device (14) on fourth exercise mechanism (5) and fifth exercise mechanism (6) on finger wearing device (14).
