Abstract
本发明公开了一种酶解鱼溶浆加工装置,包括酶解罐,所述酶解罐内设有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴安装有若干搅拌叶,所述搅拌轴底端露出酶解罐连接电机输出端,所述酶解罐顶面设有进料口,所述进料口滑动连接挡块,所述挡块滑动连接螺杆,所述螺杆贯穿固定块,所述固定块固定在酶解罐内顶壁,所述螺杆一端连接转轴,本发明通过转动转轮,带动转轴和螺杆转动,从而挡块移动,调节进料量,固定块对螺杆进行固定,通过电机带动搅拌轴和搅拌叶搅拌鱼溶浆与酶,水箱输送热水到热水层,从而使得酶解罐内的温度处于一定范围内,利于酶解的进行,酶解结束后,送水管通过喷头喷出水,对酶解罐进行清洗。

技术领域
本发明涉及鱼溶浆技术领域,具体是指一种酶解鱼溶浆加工装置。
背景技术
鱼溶浆是鱼粉生产过程中产生的压榨废水。近年来,有关鱼溶浆回收利用的方法已有较多研究,如把鱼溶浆水重新回用到鱼粉生产线上,通过烘干生产鱼粉,但这样的制造工艺对于热能的消耗大,鱼溶液的利用率较低。目前的主流趋势是将鱼溶浆在酶解罐中进行酶解以形成酶解鱼溶浆,再将酶解鱼溶浆进行浓缩,生产出含水量在40%45%的酶解鱼溶~浆产品,既提高了产品附加值又提高了蛋白水的利用效率,现有鱼溶浆酶解罐不方便控制进料量,且酶解过程结束后,不方便对酶解罐进行清洗。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述问题,提供一种酶解鱼溶浆加工装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种酶解鱼溶浆加工装置,包括酶解罐,所述酶解罐内设有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴安装有若干搅拌叶,所述搅拌轴底端露出酶解罐连接电机输出端,所述酶解罐顶面设有进料口,所述进料口滑动连接挡块,所述挡块滑动连接螺杆,所述螺杆贯穿固定块,所述固定块固定在酶解罐内顶壁,所述螺杆一端连接转轴,所述转轴贯穿酶解罐侧壁且连接转轮,所述酶解罐两侧连接有托板,所述托板上设有水箱,所述水箱内设有加热器,所述水箱顶面设有注水口,所述水箱一侧连通输水管,所述酶解罐两侧壁内均设有热水层,所述输水管连通热水层,所述热水层之间设有防水腔,所述防水腔内通过搅拌轴,所述酶解罐顶部贯穿设有一端封闭的送水管,所述送水管设有若干喷头,所述酶解罐底面两侧设有支腿。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本发明通过转动转轮,带动转轴和螺杆转动,从而挡块移动,调节进料量,固定块对螺杆进行固定,通过电机带动搅拌轴和搅拌叶搅拌鱼溶浆与酶,水箱输送热水到热水层,从而使得酶解罐内的温度处于一定范围内,利于酶解的进行,酶解结束后,送水管通过喷头喷出水,对酶解罐进行清洗。
作为改进,所述送水管与酶解罐内部两侧壁之间的连接处上下端设有第一夹紧块和第二夹紧块,第一夹紧块和第二夹紧块方便夹紧送水管。
作为改进,所述输水管安装有第一开关阀,第一开关阀方便控制输水。
作为改进,所述热水层连通有排水管,所述排水管安装有第二开关阀,第二开关阀方便控制排水。
作为改进,所述酶解罐底面连通有排料管,所述排料管安装有第三开关阀,第三开关阀方便控制排出酶解产物。
作为改进,所述电机设有外壳,所述外壳固定在酶解罐底面,所述电机通过固定架固定在外壳内,外壳对电机进行保护。

结合附图,一种酶解鱼溶浆加工装置,包括酶解罐1,所述酶解罐1内设有搅拌轴2,所述搅拌轴2安装有若干搅拌叶3,所述搅拌轴2底端露出酶解罐1连接电机4输出端,所述酶解罐1顶面设有进料口5,所述进料口5滑动连接挡块6,所述挡块6滑动连接螺杆7,所述螺杆7贯穿固定块8,所述固定块8固定在酶解罐1内顶壁,所述螺杆7一端连接转轴9,所述转轴9贯穿酶解罐1侧壁且连接转轮10,所述酶解罐1两侧连接有托板11,所述托板11上设有水箱12,所述水箱12内设有加热器13,所述水箱12顶面设有注水口14,所述水箱12一侧连通输水管15,所述酶解罐1两侧壁内均设有热水层17,所述输水管15连通热水层17,所述热水层17之间设有防水腔18,所述防水腔18内通过搅拌轴2,所述酶解罐1顶部贯穿设有一端封闭的送水管19,所述送水管19设有若干喷头20,所述酶解罐1底面两侧设有支腿27。
所述送水管19与酶解罐1内部两侧壁之间的连接处上下端设有第一夹紧块21和第二夹紧块22。
所述输水管15安装有第一开关阀16。
所述热水层17连通有排水管23,所述排水管23安装有第二开关阀24。
所述酶解罐1底面连通有排料管25,所述排料管25安装有第三开关阀26。
所述电机4设有外壳28,所述外壳28固定在酶解罐1底面,所述电机4通过固定架29固定在外壳28内。
本发明在具体实施时,通过转动转轮10,带动转轴9和螺杆7转动,从而挡块6移动,调节进料量,固定块8对螺杆7进行固定,通过电机4带动搅拌轴2和搅拌叶3搅拌鱼溶浆与酶,水箱12输送热水到热水层17,从而使得酶解罐1内的温度处于一定范围内,利于酶解的进行,酶解结束后,送水管19通过喷头20喷出水,对酶解罐1进行清洗。

1.一种酶解鱼溶浆加工装置,包括酶解罐(1),其特征在于:所述酶解罐(1)内设有搅拌轴(2),所述搅拌轴(2)安装有若干搅拌叶(3),所述搅拌轴(2)底端露出酶解罐(1)连接电机(4)输出端,所述酶解罐(1)顶面设有进料口(5),所述进料口(5)滑动连接挡块(6),所述挡块(6)滑动连接螺杆(7),所述螺杆(7)贯穿固定块(8),所述固定块(8)固定在酶解罐(1)内顶壁,所述螺杆(7)一端连接转轴(9),所述转轴(9)贯穿酶解罐(1)侧壁且连接转轮(10),所述酶解罐(1)两侧连接有托板(11),所述托板(11)上设有水箱(12),所述水箱(12)内设有加热器(13),所述水箱(12)顶面设有注水口(14),所述水箱(12)一侧连通输水管(15),所述酶解罐(1)两侧壁内均设有热水层(17),所述输水管(15)连通热水层(17),所述热水层(17)之间设有防水腔(18),所述防水腔(18)内通过搅拌轴(2),所述酶解罐(1)顶部贯穿设有一端封闭的送水管(19),所述送水管(19)设有若干喷头(20),所述酶解罐(1)底面两侧设有支腿(27)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种酶解鱼溶浆加工装置,其特征在于:所述送水管(19)与酶解罐(1)内部两侧壁之间的连接处上下端设有第一夹紧块(21)和第二夹紧块(22)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种酶解鱼溶浆加工装置,其特征在于:所述输水管(15)安装有第一开关阀(16)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种酶解鱼溶浆加工装置,其特征在于:所述热水层(17)连通有排水管(23),所述排水管(23)安装有第二开关阀(24)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种酶解鱼溶浆加工装置,其特征在于:所述酶解罐(1)底面连通有排料管(25),所述排料管(25)安装有第三开关阀(26)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种酶解鱼溶浆加工装置,其特征在于:所述电机(4)设有外壳(28),所述外壳(28)固定在酶解罐(1)底面,所述电机(4)通过固定架(29)固定在外壳(28)内。
