The working principle of the organic waste gas treatment device provided by the invention is as follows: when the shower head 26 sprays organic waste gas, the waste water flows into the water storage tank 5, the waste water is guided to the discharge port A22 through the guide plate 24 and enters the filter bin 6, the waste water is filtered through the filter screen plate A21 in the filter bin 6 and then returns to the water storage tank 5 through the discharge port B23 for recycling, when the organic waste gas enters the filter bin 2, the fan blades 28 can be driven to rotate, the rotating rod B33 is driven, the rotating rod B33 and the rotating rod A32 can synchronously rotate through the mutual meshing between the two groups of bevel gears 34, so that the eccentric wheel 31 rotates, the filter screen plate B39 is intermittently knocked, impurities adhered to the filter screen plate B39 fall into the collection bin 25 through the lower hopper 30 for centralized storage treatment, the limiting chute 35 and the shower head 26 are formed in a T shape and are matched with each other, and the collection bin 25 on the limiting slide block 36 can be quickly disassembled and assembled from the limiting block 37 on the lower hopper 30, and then conveniently handle the impurity of collecting in the storehouse 25, through conveyer pipe D15 department on every group filter storehouse 2 be provided with solenoid valve 20, when the impurity of collecting in the storehouse 25 is handled to the filter plate B39 of certain group filter storehouse 2 change or to it, only need close solenoid valve 20 on the conveyer pipe D15 when needs, then handle it can, need not to stop whole device, and then improve the device's work efficiency.

step one, starting a fan (8) to enable organic waste gas to enter a spray tower (4) through a waste gas inlet (38), pumping water in a water storage tank (5) through a water pump (14) and spraying out from a spray header (26), and treating large particles contained in the organic waste gas entering the spray tower (4);
step two, the waste water with impurities after being sprayed falls onto a guide plate (24) in the water storage tank (5), enters the filtering bin (6) through a discharge port A (22), is filtered through a filtering screen plate A (21), and returns to the water storage tank (5) through a discharge port B (23) for cyclic utilization;
conveying organic waste gas into the filtering bin (2) through the conveying pipe C (11) and filtering the organic waste gas through the filtering screen plate B (39), wherein when the organic waste gas reaches the filtering bin (2), the fan blades (28) are driven to rotate, so that the eccentric wheel (31) on the rotating rod A (32) rotates to knock the filtering screen plate B (39), and meanwhile, the filtered impurities fall into the collecting bin (25) through the discharging hopper (30) and are stored in a concentrated mode;
and step four, enabling the waste gas to enter the adsorption bin (3) through a conveying pipe B (10), performing adsorption treatment through an activated carbon filter block (27) in the adsorption bin (3), and then reaching the discharge tower (7) through a conveying pipe A (9) to be discharged, thereby finishing the treatment.
