Background

In the prior art, the automatic massage chairs on the market have a plurality of defects, namely 1) the prior massage products are large in size and difficult to be directly implanted into furniture such as sofas or office chairs, for example, the back of the office chair is generally thinner, 2) the prior massage products mainly comprise plastic parts and lack an adaptive strength adjusting mechanism, and are easy to damage when being used in furniture such as office chairs and sofas, and 3) the prior massage products have single massage action, cannot be linked with each massage head and have poor massage comfort.
Therefore, it is necessary to design a massage machine core structure for a seat to solve the technical problems of the above-mentioned scheme.

Preferably, the driving mechanism comprises a motor, the motor is correspondingly arranged with the gear shaft transmission mechanism, the gear shaft transmission mechanism comprises a driving gear, a driven gear and a rotating shaft, the driving gear is fixedly sleeved on an output shaft of the motor, the driven gear is meshed with the driving gear, and the driven gear is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the driving mechanism 1 comprises a motor 11, the motor 11 is arranged corresponding to the gear shaft transmission mechanism 5, the gear shaft transmission mechanism 5 comprises a driving gear, a driven gear 51 and a rotating shaft 52, the driving gear is fixedly sleeved on an output shaft of the motor 11, the driven gear 51 is meshed with the driving gear, the driven gear 51 is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft 52, the motor 11 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 52 through gear set matching transmission, the rotating shaft 52 is also a transmission structure and is mainly connected with the eccentric wheel mechanism 2, and therefore the function that the motor 11 drives the eccentric wheel to rotate is achieved.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the eccentric wheel mechanism 2 comprises an eccentric wheel 21, a bearing 22, a bearing seat 23, a first metal plate 24 and a second metal plate 25, wherein an inner ring of the bearing 22 is installed on the eccentric wheel 21, an outer ring of the bearing 22 is installed in the bearing 22 seat, the first metal plate 24 is connected with the eccentric wheel 21 and the inner ring of the bearing 22, the second metal plate 25 is connected with the bearing 22 seat and the outer ring of the bearing 22, the eccentric wheel 21 is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft 52, the rotating shaft 52 rotates to drive the eccentric wheel 21 to rotate, the bearing 22 acts on the eccentric wheel 21, and the bearing seat 23, the first metal plate 24 and the second metal plate 25 are fixedly installed in a matched mode.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the massage adjusting mechanism 4 further includes a compression spring 43, an installation support seat 44, and a snap spring 45, wherein the massage wheel 41 is rotatably disposed at the upper end of the massage shaft 42, the compression spring 43 is sleeved on the massage shaft 42 and is located at the bottom of the massage wheel 41, the bottom of the massage shaft 42 passes through a connection point between two adjacent connecting rods 31 of the connecting rod mechanism 3 and is fixedly installed on the installation support seat 44 through the snap spring 45, and when the massage head is stressed, the massage head can perform radial rotation movement around the massage shaft 42, and simultaneously the compression spring 43 performs axial telescopic movement. So that the massage wheel 41 can adapt to the body curve. In the preferred embodiment, the bearing seat 23 of the eccentric wheel mechanism is provided with a connecting hole, and the massage shaft 42 simultaneously passes through the connecting hole of the bearing seat 23, the connecting point between two adjacent connecting rods and the mounting hole provided on the guide shaft 47, so that when the eccentric wheel rotates, the eccentric wheel can drive the whole four-bar mechanism 3 to start to operate.
In summary, the embodiment has the advantages that the eccentric wheel drives the hinge to connect, 4 paths of reciprocating massage are performed, the grabbing action of hands is simulated, the traditional massage mechanism can only swing the massage, each massage wheel 41 is independent and can not be linked, meanwhile, 4 paths of massage wheels can be changed into 2 paths, according to the requirements of different clients, the massage heads rotate around the shaft in the radial direction and move up and down in the axial direction under the action of the pressure spring 43, and therefore the massage wheels 41 can freely adjust the height according to the back curve of a human body. The conventional massage wheel 41 has no adaptive spring adjustment. Is in hard contact with human body the massage comfort is poor.
