When the self heat dissipation efficiency of the box body 2 and the outer cover 4 made of aluminum alloy is lower than the heat generation efficiency of the circuit in the box body 2, the temperature in the box body 2 can rise; the temperature sensor 14 in the box body 2 can transmit the real-time temperature in the box body 2 to the controller 13, when the temperature in the box body 2 is high and heat dissipation is needed, the controller 13 controls the electric telescopic rod 9 to lift the outer cover 4, the baffle 8 at the bottom of the opening 3 on the box body 2 can prevent the opening 3 from being directly exposed, and external dust and water vapor are prevented from directly acting on a circuit through the bottom of the opening 3; when the air inlet grille 7 is positioned above the box body 2 and the exhaust grille 6 is positioned below the bottom end of the outer cover 4, the interior of the box body 2 is communicated with the outside through the air inlet grille 7 and the exhaust grille 6; at this time, the fan 10 on the outer cover 4 rotates to draw the outside air into the box body 2 through the air inlet grille 7, and then the outside air is discharged from the exhaust grille 6 at the bottom of the box body 2, so that the heat exchange efficiency between the outside air and the inside of the box body 2 is improved, and the cooling and heat dissipation effects are achieved. After the temperature in the box body 2 is reduced to a proper temperature, the controller 13 controls the electric telescopic rod 9 to lower the outer cover 4 relative to the box body 2.
