Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of wind power generation, and particularly relates to an oil leakage anti-pollution alarm system and method for a wind power gear box.
Background
In recent years, the types and number of wind generating sets installed in wind farms have been increasing due to the vigorous development of the wind power industry. However, the problem of safe operation of the wind turbine generator is more and more, particularly the problem of oil leakage of the wind turbine generator. Lubricating oil leaks to affect the safe operation of a gear box of the wind turbine generator, and causes serious pollution to the generator, a tower and the environment, even can cause fire and the like.
The structure types of the gear boxes used by the wind turbine generator are different, but the oil leakage parts are generally the combination parts of a high-speed shaft, a low-speed shaft, a gear box cover, a gear box lubricating oil pipe and a box body of the gear box. The high-speed and low-speed shafts of the wind power gear box are generally sealed in a contact type and a non-contact type. With contact seals, the seal material needs to be soaked in lubricating oil for a long period of time and to adapt to the operating conditions of severe friction. But when wind farms are built in extreme environments, such as: in areas of high altitude and extreme temperature differentials, such sealing is typically subject to degradation and damage for two to three years. The non-contact sealing mode is a labyrinth sealing mode, the labyrinth sealing mode depends on a tiny gap between labyrinth grooves to damp leaked lubricating oil, and the pressure of the leaked lubricating oil is gradually reduced through the multistage labyrinth grooves. But after too much to cause wearing and tearing to the labyrinth groove of foreign particle in the lubricating oil, when the clearance too big can not cause the damping to the lubricating oil that leaks or outside dust gets into labyrinth groove lubricating oil and will flow out and cause the gear box to reveal. Due to poor material performance, poor sealing performance and casting defects, the oil leakage phenomenon of the gearbox cover is caused. The joint part of the lubricating oil pipe of the gear box always has an oil leakage phenomenon, and the reason for the oil leakage phenomenon is that the joint is more, but the assembly is improper, and the leakage condition is easy to occur. The box body combining part is caused by uneven bolt fastening force of the shell and warping deformation of the shell due to low processing smoothness of the combining surface of the box body.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an oil leakage anti-pollution alarm system and method for a wind power gear box, which can play a role in early warning, reduce pollution to a unit, a tower and the environment and improve the safety factor of the whole wind field.
The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
an anti-pollution alarm system and method for oil leakage of a wind power gear box comprise an oil receiving disc, a sensor and an alarm device;
wherein, connect the food tray to pass through the bolt and install in the lower extreme of the input of gear box and output, the sensor is installed in connecing the interior survey of food tray, the alarm device of the other end connection control room of sensor.
The invention is further improved in that the depth of the oil receiving disc is set to be 5-10 cm.
The invention is further improved in that an oil receiving tray is arranged at the lower end of the oil leakage position to collect leaked lubricating oil.
A further development of the invention is that sensor means are provided inside the oil pan, which send a signal to an alarm device when the collected lubricating oil reaches a critical value.
An anti-pollution alarm system and method for oil leakage of a wind power gear box are based on the anti-pollution alarm system and method for oil leakage of the wind power gear box, and the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: an oil receiving disc with a proper size is made according to the size of the gear box;
step 2: fixing the oil receiving disc at a corresponding position of the gear box by using a bolt;
and step 3: installing a sensor device in the oil receiving disc;
and 4, step 4: connecting the sensor to a CMS alarm system;
and 5: and setting corresponding parameters for debugging.
An anti-pollution alarming method for oil leakage of a wind power gear box comprises the following steps:
step 1: when the gear box starts to operate, oil leaks at the joint parts of the high-speed shaft, the low-speed shaft, the gear box cover, the lubricating oil pipe of the gear box and the box body, and oil drops drop into the oil receiving disc;
step 2: when the capacity of the oil receiving tank reaches the maximum value, the sensor sends a warning device to transmit a signal;
and step 3: and after the control room personnel receive the alarm, the fan is stopped and checked.
The invention is further improved in that the depth of the oil receiving disc is set to be 5-10 cm.
The invention is further improved in that an oil receiving tray is arranged at the lower end of the oil leakage position to collect leaked lubricating oil.
A further development of the invention is that sensor means are provided inside the oil pan, which send a signal to an alarm device when the collected lubricating oil reaches a critical value.
The invention has at least the following beneficial technical effects:
the invention provides an anti-pollution alarm system and an anti-pollution alarm method for oil leakage of a wind power gear box, which prevent the oil leakage of the gear box from polluting a unit, a tower and the environment and avoid the risk that a fan catches fire due to the oil leakage of the gear box.
The invention provides an oil leakage anti-pollution alarm system and method for a wind power gear box. When the capacity that connects the food tray reaches the maximum value, sensor device transmission signal to CMS alarm system, after the control room personnel received the alarm, shut down the inspection to the fan. The invention has simple principle and convenient operation, can effectively avoid the engine room and environment pollution caused by the leaked oil, and better solves the problem of the leakage of the gear box.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, taking a certain fan as an example, oil receiving discs 3 with the depth of 5-10cm are respectively installed at the lower ends of the front box body 1 and the parallel stage 2 and are fixed through bolts. Referring to fig. 4, a sensor 5 is installed in the oil receiving pan 3, the sensor 5 is connected to a CMS alarm device of a control room, oil drops drop into the oil receiving pan 3 during the operation of a fan, when the oil storage amount of the oil receiving pan 3 reaches a critical value, the sensor 5 sends a signal to the CMS alarm device, when a person in the control room receives the alarm, the operation of the fan is stopped by a control system, and the upper machine checks the joint, the high-speed shaft, the low-speed end and the lubricating oil joint of the front box body of the gearbox.
The invention provides an anti-pollution alarm system and method for oil leakage of a wind power gear box, wherein the installation comprises the following five steps:
step 1: an oil receiving disc with a proper size is made according to the size of the gear box;

step 1: when the gear box starts to operate, oil leaks at the joint parts of the high-speed shaft, the low-speed shaft, the gear box cover, the lubricating oil pipe of the gear box and the box body, and oil drops drop into the oil receiving disc;
step 2: when the capacity of the oil receiving tank reaches the maximum value, the sensor sends an alarm system to transmit signals;
and step 3: and after the control room personnel receive the alarm, the fan is stopped and checked.
