技术领域
本发明总体涉及用以轧制诸如棒、杆此类细长产品的连续的轧钢机,尤其涉及对此类轧钢机精轧部分的改进设计。
背景技术
如美国专利No.5,325,697(肖尔等人)中的例子,其中的内容引述在此,以供参考。已知道可在沿一普通的主轧道设置的拉细丝机和后拉细丝机(一般称为“减径-定径机”)中连续地轧制产品。尽管该实践具有许多优点,这已获得广泛的商业接受,但是一个缺点是,当上游的拉细丝机被维修或改装为轧制不同产品时,则不能继续利用该减径-定径机。
发明内容
本发明通过提供一种第二轧道来解决该问题。该第二轧道在拉细丝机之前的一上游连接处离开主轧道,对拉细丝机形成一旁路,而后在减径-定径机之前的一下游连接处再次连接到主轧道上。在上游和下游连接处的转换器以一种模式运作时,只沿着主轧道引导产品,以在拉细丝机和减径-定径机中连续地进行轧制。另外,当拉细丝机因各种原因停止工作时,例如为了正常保养等而无压下通过单个机架时,转换器可使产品转向沿着第二轧道运行,绕过拉细丝机,以只在减径-定径机中进行轧制。而且,至少一个水冷却单元在主轧道和第二轧道之间是可移动的,以冷却在上述两种运作模式中正被引向减径-定径机的产品。
根据本发明的第一个方面,提供了一种用以轧制细长产品的轧钢机的精轧部分,它包括:沿一主轧道依次设置的一拉细丝机和一减径-定径机;在拉细丝机之前的一上游连接处离开主轧道的一第二轧道,该第二轧道绕过拉细丝机,在减径-定径机之前的一下游连接处再次连接到主轧道上;位于连接处的转换机构,该转换机构以第一模式运作时,可沿着主轧道引导产品,以在拉细丝机和减径-定径机中进行轧制,且当以第二模式运作时,最初沿第二轧道引导产品,以绕过拉细丝机,而后将产品返回到主轧道上,以在减径-定径机中进行轧制;以及位于上下游连接处之间的一水冷却单元,以及用以在主轧道和第二轧道之间移动该水冷却单元的装置,以冷却在每个模式中被轧制的产品。
根据本发明的第二个方面,提供了一种精轧细长产品的方法,它包括;在一第一运作模式中,通过设置在一主轧道上的一拉细丝机和一减径-定径机来轧制产品;在一第二运作模式中,将产品从主轧道转移到绕过拉细丝机的一第二轧道,而后返回至主轧道,以在减径-定径机中进行轧制;以及在主轧道和第二轧道之间移动一水冷却单元,以冷却在每个模式中正被轧制的产品。

具体实施方式
在上游传统的粗轧制和中间轧制部分(图未示)中已经轧制过的加工部分沿着两个平行的传送通路10被引至按照本发明的两个轧钢机精轧部分12A、12B,其中一个与另一个镜像对称。
每个精轧部分都包括沿着与每个传送通路10对齐的一主轧道P1设置的一个拉细丝机14、水冷却单元16、18和一个减径-定径机20。该拉细丝机14具有多个相互机械连接的轧钢机架,该多个轧钢机架被一公用的传动装置所驱动,并且被构造和安排成以无扭曲方式轧制产品。一个此类拉细丝机描述在美国专利No.5,577,405(肖尔等人)中,其中所揭示的内容引述在此,以供参考。
该减径-定径机20可以是如美国专利No.5,325,697中所描述的所谓“后拉细丝机”,其中一个或多个小缩径圆形通道之前是一个缩径椭圆形-圆形通道区,通过通道之间的时间间隔相当短,以避免正被轧制的产品中产生不正常的晶粒长大。
每个轧钢机精轧部分12A、12B还设置有一个第二轧道P2,该第二轧道P2在拉细丝机14之前的一上游连接处22与主轧道P1分开,并且在减径-定径机20之前的一下游连接处24再次与主轧道P1结合在一起。每个第二轧道P2的中间部分是各个相邻拉细丝机14的旁路。位于连接处22、24的转换机构S可以第一模式操作,以沿着主轧道P1引导产品,以在拉细丝机14和减径-定径机20上进行轧制。在第二运作模式中,转换器S可将产品从主轧道P1转移至第二轧道P2,以在返回到主轧道之前绕过拉细丝机14,以只在减径-定径机20中进行轧制。
可选择且较佳地,水冷却单元16通过传统的装置例如活塞缸式单元28可沿着轨道26横向移动。当位于主轧道P1上时,水冷却单元16可与下游水冷却单元18一致运作,来冷却在进入到减径-定径机20中继续接受轧制之前从拉细丝机14中呈现出的这些产品。当移动至16′所示的位置时,各水冷却单元停靠在第二轧道P2上,在这里,它们再次运作,来冷却在减径-定径机中接受轧制之前绕过拉细丝机的这些产品。
端头-废料剪切单元32可以位于下游的连接处24和减径-定径机20之间。从减径-定径机中呈现出的产品被引向传统的受控冷却和处理系统(图未示)。
按照上述的设计,在一运作模式中,可在拉细丝机14和减径-定径机20中连续地轧制产品。在另一运作模式中,当拉细丝机停止工作时,大直径的产品在减径-定径机20中继续被轧制。在任何情况下,如果需要的话,通过适当地定位水冷却单元16,可在减径-定径机中进行低温热机轧制。

Claims (5)

1.一种用以轧制细长产品的轧钢机的精轧部分,它包括:
沿一主轧道依次设置的一拉细丝机和一减径-定径机;
在所述拉细丝机之前的一上游连接处离开所述主轧道的一第二轧道,所述第二轧道绕过所述拉细丝机,在所述减径-定径机之前的一下游连接处再次连接到所述主轧道上;
位于所述连接处的转换机构,所述转换机构以第一模式运作时,可沿着所述主轧道引导产品,以在所述拉细丝机和所述减径-定径机中进行轧制,且当以第二模式运作时,最初沿所述第二轧道引导产品,以绕过所述拉细丝机,而后将所述产品返回到所述主轧道上,以在所述减径-定径机中进行轧制;以及
位于所述上下游连接处之间的一水冷却单元,以及用以在所述主轧道和第二轧道之间移动所述水冷却单元的装置,以冷却在每个所述模式中被轧制的产品。
2.如权利要求1所述的轧钢机精轧部分,其特征在于,还包括位于所述下游连接处和所述减径-定径机之间的所述主轧道上的一个端头-废料剪切单元。
3.如权利要求1所述的轧钢机精轧部分,其特征在于,还包括位于所述主轧道上的一第二冷却单元,它与所述第一水冷却单元和所述下游连接处都间隔开。
4.如权利要求1所述的轧钢机精轧部分,其特征在于,它结合有一相同的第二轧钢机精轧部分,所述两个精轧部分被设置成为彼此镜像对称。
5.一种精轧细长产品的方法,它包括:
在一第一运作模式中,通过设置在一主轧道上的一拉细丝机和一减径-定径机来轧制所述产品;
在一第二运作模式中,将所述产品从所述主轧道转移到绕过所述拉细丝机的一第二轧道,而后返回至所述主轧道,以在所述减径-定径机中进行轧制;以及
在所述主轧道和第二轧道之间移动一水冷却单元,以冷却在每个所述模式中正被轧制的产品。
