Abstract
本发明涉及燃油添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种提升燃油效率的添加剂及其制备方法,其中,一种提升燃油效率的添加剂,其组分配方按重量百分比包括植物油酸100g~190g,二甲基丙基25g~50g,山梨醇液90g~120g,高纯油酸酰胺40g~70g,蓖麻油60g~90g,正辛醇10g~30g,防腐剂70g~100g,一级纯水90g~120g,山梨醇酐单油酸酯70g~100g,脂肪酸35g~50g,乳化剂50g~80g。本发明使燃油自动清理油路中的油垢,提高了燃烧充分性,组分无毒无害且非属易燃易爆,具有较高使用安全性,减少了汽车尾气污染物排放。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及燃油添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种提升燃油效率的添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
当下汽车工业发展迅速,车辆制造生产数量逐年增长,随之带来了诸多问题,除了巨量的能源消耗外,尾气排放造成的空气污染问题使得环境遭受的破坏正在日益恶化,已经明显影响到了人们的生活质量和生产活动,甚至持续伤害着人体健康。
大气污染的根源虽然来自多方面,但燃油不充分导致的不合格尾气排放居首位。石油中由于轻组分比较少,直馏柴、汽油的比例很小,并且直馏燃油也不能满足发动机对辛烷值和十六烷值的要求,因此,目前使用的柴、汽油都是经过催化裂化和加氢重整后的化工产品。但是由于加氢重整技术还不够完善,导致柴、汽油中不饱和烃类含量过高,致储运和使用中胶质和积碳过高,影响了汽车发动机技术的改进和发展。特别是为了提高燃烧效率和机械效率而设计发展的汽油机电喷技术和柴油机高增压技术,要求柴、汽油中的胶质含量和烯烃含量严格满足发动机燃油喷嘴清净和燃烧室清净的需要,而这些是目前石油炼制技术无法完全满足的。另外,即使是在机械设计上作了这样的努力,燃油的燃烧仍然达不到环保要求,也浪费了大量燃油。
发达国家为了满足发动机新技术,以及节能和环保的迫切要求,都在研究各种改善燃油燃烧的技术,研究最多的就是通过在燃油中加入一些化学物质,提高燃油品质,达到让燃烧充分和减少尾气污染物排放的目的。现在,以防治胶质沉积、净化尾气、清除积碳为目的的燃油添加剂在发达国家和地区已得到普遍地应用。在我国,石化系统和各科研单位都在努力研制适合我国国产柴、汽油特点(烯烃含量过高)的产品。其中,部分品牌产品得到了石化系统的推荐并开始在一些炼油厂和石油公司使用。这些添加剂一般都是含有聚丁烯基琥珀酰亚胺,聚丁烯基多胺,聚氧代烷胺衍生物等大分子胺类化合物表面活性剂,对发动机积碳和沉积物有一定化学清洗作用。目前,我国成品油中烯烃含量平均高达30-40%,虽经二次加工,但也未能显著改善。致使我国燃油的稳定性较差,特别容易产生胶质。因此,在燃油中加入添加剂以缓解成品油在储运过程中因为上述不稳定因素所产生的劣化,抑制油路胶质沉积,防止燃烧室积炭生成,保持发动机正常运转和降低尾气排放都是非常必要的。但是,一般的化学清洗类添加剂(清净剂)加入燃油中的主要作用是防止化油器或喷嘴附着沉积物(胶质),虽然对除去已沉积在燃烧室和油路中的沉积物也有一定作用,但其作用仅仅是维持了发动机的正常工作点,只达到了燃油添加剂的一部分功效,没有从根本上解决提高燃烧效率、降低有害物质排放和广泛清除积碳的问题,因此,这类添加剂降低尾气排放的效果并不好。
因此,有必要针对目前全球节能减排的油品容易存在胶质杂质、燃油燃烧不充分等原因导致能源浪费、有害物排放而造成环境污染等问题而研发一款产品来解决此类问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种提升燃油效率的添加剂及其制备方法,解决以上技术问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种提升燃油效率的添加剂,其组分配方按重量百分比包括如下各个成分:
优选的,所述组分配方按重量百分比包括:
190g的植物油酸、50g的二甲基丙基、120g的山梨醇液、70g的高纯油酸酰胺、90g的蓖麻油、30g的正辛醇、80g的防腐剂、120g的一级纯水、100g的山梨醇酐单油酸脂、50g的脂肪酸、80g的乳化剂。
所述防腐剂采用丙酸类防腐剂或者对羟基苯甲酸丙酯。
优选的,所述乳化剂采用司盘-80。
一种提升然后效率的添加剂的制备方法,包括如下制备步骤:
(1)按所述组分配方中的重量配比称取一定量的植物油酸、高纯油酸酰胺、二甲基丙基、蓖麻油和山梨醇液后依次加入反应装置中搅拌后得到混合物A,搅拌时长不小于1小时;
(2)按所述组分配方中的重量配比称取一定量的纯水,将所述纯水沿所述反应装置的容器壁加入后再搅拌得到混合物的B,其中,搅拌时长不小于1小时;
(3)按所述组分配方中的重量配比称取一定量的正辛醇、防腐剂、山梨醇酐单油酸脂、脂肪酸和乳化剂后依次加入到混合物B中混合后,再倒入不锈钢反应釜搅拌直至出现稳定均匀透明棕色液体后过滤后得到成品的活性油添加剂,其中,不锈钢反应釜的搅拌时长不小于3小时。
(4)将得到的成品的所述活性油添加剂经过灌装后包装。
其中,所述制备步骤3)中的所述乳化剂优选为司盘-80。
其中,所述制备步骤3)中的所述防腐剂选用丙酸类防腐剂或者对羟基苯甲酸丙酯。
优选的,所述制备步骤1)~制备步骤3)中的各个组分的称重为:
植物油酸190g,
二甲基丙基50g,
高纯油酸酰胺70g,
蓖麻油90g,
山梨醇液120g,
一级纯水120g,
正辛醇30g,
防腐剂80g,
山梨醇酐单油酸脂100g,
脂肪酸50g,
乳化剂80g。
优选的,所述制备步骤1)中的搅拌时长为2小时。
优选的,所述制备步骤2)中的搅拌时长为2小时。
优选的,所述制备步骤3)中的反应釜搅拌时长为4小时。
有益效果:由于采用上述技术方案,本发明相比于现有技术,
1)通过纳米尺度的水颗粒超强物理活性及其在热运动中所携带的动能和动量使燃油具备较强的“自洁”能力,自动清理油路中的油垢,提高了燃烧充分性,解决了因为发动机燃烧室内积碳沉积、燃油燃烧不充分和不均匀所带来的燃油浪费的问题;
2)主要由纳米尺度的水颗粒和纳米组装材料组成,均是化学性质和物理结构稳定的碳水化合物,无毒无害且非属易燃易爆,具有较高使用安全性;
3)经过微乳化技术,在纳米尺度的范围内,组装材料包敷的纳米水球形颗粒与石油馏分等连续相的界面张力系数完全消失,在物理学上解决了纳米水颗粒的团聚和其他热力学稳定问题;
4)全面降低碳氢化合物HC、一氧化碳CO和氮氧化物NOx三个污染物的排放,减少了汽车尾气污染物排放。

本申请的一种提升燃油效率的添加剂,其组分配方按重量百分比包括植物油酸100g~190g,二甲基丙基25g~50g,山梨醇液90g~120g,高纯油酸酰胺40g~70g,蓖麻油60g~90g,正辛醇10g~30g,防腐剂70g~100g,一级纯水90g~120g,山梨醇酐单油酸酯70g~100g,脂肪酸35g~50g,乳化剂50g~80g。
在其中一些优选实施例中,所述组分配方按重量百分比包括:190g的植物油酸、50g的二甲基丙基、120g的山梨醇液、70g的高纯油酸酰胺、90g的蓖麻油、30g的正辛醇、80g的防腐剂、120g的一级纯水、100g的山梨醇酐单油酸脂、50g的脂肪酸、80g的乳化剂。
在其中一些优选实施例中,防腐剂采用丙酸类防腐剂或者对羟基苯甲酸丙酯,当选用丙酸类防腐剂时,优选采用丙酸钙。
在其中一些优选实施例中,乳化剂采用司盘-80。
本申请还揭示了一种提升然后效率的添加剂的制备方法,参照图1,所述制备方法包括如下制备步骤:
(1)按上述组分配方中的重量配比称取一定量的植物油酸、高纯油酸酰胺、二甲基丙基、蓖麻油和山梨醇液后依次加入反应装置中搅拌后得到混合物A,搅拌时长不小于1小时;
(2)按上述组分配方中的重量配比称取一定量的纯水,将所述纯水沿所述反应装置的容器壁加入后再搅拌得到混合物的B,其中,搅拌时长不小于1小时;
(3)按所述组分配方中的重量配比称取一定量的正辛醇、防腐剂、山梨醇酐单油酸脂、脂肪酸和乳化剂后依次加入到混合物B中混合后,再倒入不锈钢反应釜搅拌直至出现稳定均匀透明棕色液体后过滤后得到成品的活性油添加剂,其中,不锈钢反应釜的搅拌时长不小于3小时。
(4)将得到的成品的所述活性油添加剂经过灌装后包装。
制得的所述活性油添加剂,其产品特征标准为:液体,深棕色,闪点>80℃,非易燃品、不具腐蚀性、不具麻醉性、不具刺激性、不伤害皮肤,密度0.98kG/L,凝点<-40℃,倾点<-18℃;产品燃烧无灰。
在其中一些优选实施例中,制备步骤3)中的乳化剂选用司盘-80。
在其中一些优选实施例中,制备步骤3)中的防腐剂选为丙酸类防腐剂或者对羟基苯甲酸丙酯。
在其中一些优选实施例中,制备步骤1)~制备步骤3)中的各个组分的称重为:植物油酸190g,二甲基丙基50g,高纯油酸酰胺70g,蓖麻油90g,山梨醇液120g,一级纯水120g,正辛醇30g,防腐剂80g,山梨醇酐单油酸脂100g,脂肪酸50g,乳化剂80g。
在其中一些优选实施例中,制备步骤(1)中的搅拌时长为2小时。
在其中一些优选实施例中,制备步骤(2)中的搅拌时长为2小时。
在其中一些优选实施例中,制备步骤(3)中的反应釜搅拌时长为4小时。
本发明的产品(活性油添加剂)中,含有数密度巨大(可达106个/升)的直径在40nm-60nm尺度的球形水颗粒。这种介观尺度的水颗粒,在室温条件下,可以获得每秒十几米的热运动速度,即:使其在布朗热运动的作用下在燃油中形成热力学均一、稳定分散相。按1:12000的比例(重量比)加入燃油后,纳米尺度水颗粒随燃油进入燃烧室,通过燃油喷嘴,在“压缩冲程”的机械功作用下,燃油首先会被分解为至少直径大小在30微米以上的燃油雾滴。在压缩冲程后期,气缸温度大大超过水的沸点,从而使燃油雾滴中的水颗粒发生汽化现象,由于水瞬间蒸发的速度明显快于油,燃油雾滴迅速被“撕裂”(分解)成纳米尺度的油汽颗粒(分子团)----完成了燃油“二次雾化”。在之后的“爆燃冲程”阶段充分、均匀燃烧。根据微型液体理论,这个过程还会使燃油的物理活性提高,进而提高燃油的燃烧性能。这两种作用的综合结果使燃油的消耗大幅度降低,发动机的动力性能大幅度提高。同时,在发动机的每个工作循环,添加剂中具有清净功能的有效成份一直发挥着作用。对新的发动机,这种作用防止了燃烧室内表面的积碳生成,起到随时养护的作用。对旧的发动机,这种过程会使原有的积碳分解,并随废气排出,让发动机的设计工作点得以恢复。因此,本申请可有效提高汽车动力性能,让轿车在高速路节省燃油高达30%,消除积碳80-90%,净化尾气50-86%以上,抗车辆爆震抖动,降低发动机噪音,让油品彻底燃烧充分而升级具有达到节能减排最终目的。
综上所述,本发明采用液相纳米组装技术,强化了配方中的组分,使其具有活性,其中纳米尺度水颗粒的超强物理活性,作用于胶质,既防止胶质沉积,又可以在燃烧室内以其自身特有机制作用于燃油的燃烧,用物理的方法解决了燃烧充分性问题,从而在防治发动机燃烧室内积碳沉积的问题的同时,也降低了尾气中有害物质的排放,因为相当数量的有害物质都是燃烧不完全和不均匀产生的。同时,使燃油的消耗得到大幅度降低,发动机的动力性能得以大幅度提升。
为了进一步实验开发应用的原料配方不断地进行升级试验,在实践方法检验过程中特检验取证调用下述试验车,在环保部门的尾气检测台架与实路测验的做法如下:
试验车信息:”新购进的奥迪轿车A6(奥迪牌FV7201TFCVTG),排气量2.2L,座位数5个,发动机号码185042,该轿车已经行驶79839公里,规定使用95号高标号油品。
试验车未添加本发明的所述活性油添加剂时,按照GB 18285-2005《点燃式发动机汽车排气污染物排放限值及测量方法(双怠速法及简易工况法)》的方法进行汽车尾气污染物排放检测,并按照GB/T 2545.1-2008《汽车燃料消耗量试验方法第1部分:乘用车燃料消耗量试验方法》进行90km/h等速工况行驶燃料消耗量试验,即为状态a;试验车加满燃油后,按照1:12000(重量:体积)的添加比例添加本发明的所述活性油添加剂,共进行了2870km的跑合,其间加油3次,总共使用24ml的所述活性油添加剂。跑合结束后按照GB18285-2005《点燃式发动机汽车排气污染物排放限值及测量方法(双怠速法及简易工况法)》的方法进行汽车尾气污染物排放检测,并按照GB/T 2545.1-2008《汽车燃料消耗量试验方法第1部分:乘用车燃料消耗量试验方法》进行90km/h等速工况行驶燃料消耗测验。
其中,检测地点、气象条件、道路状况、检测时荷载种类情况等如下表1、表2、表3所示:

通过上述测试结果,不难看出,本发明的所述活性油添加剂可有效提升燃油燃烧效率,从而降低废气排放。

Claims (9)
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提升燃油效率的添加剂,其特征在于,所述组分配方按重量百分比包括:
190g的植物油酸、50g的二甲基丙基、120g的山梨醇液、70g的高纯油酸酰胺、90g的蓖麻油、30g的正辛醇、80g的防腐剂、120g的一级纯水、100g的山梨醇酐单油酸脂、50g的脂肪酸、80g的乳化剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种提升燃油效率的添加剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂采用丙酸类防腐剂。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种提升燃油效率的添加剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂采用对羟基苯甲酸丙酯。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种提升燃油效率的添加剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂采用司盘-80。
6.一种用于制备如权利要求1或2所述的提升燃油效率的添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下制备步骤:
(1)按所述组分配方中的重量配比称取一定量的植物油酸、高纯油酸酰胺、二甲基丙基、蓖麻油和山梨醇液后依次加入反应装置中搅拌后得到混合物A,搅拌时长不小于1小时;
(2)按所述组分配方中的重量配比称取一定量的纯水,将所述纯水沿所述反应装置的容器壁加入后再搅拌得到混合物的B,其中,搅拌时长不小于1小时;
(3)按所述组分配方中的重量配比称取一定量的正辛醇、防腐剂、山梨醇酐单油酸脂、脂肪酸和乳化剂后依次加入到混合物B中混合后,再倒入不锈钢反应釜搅拌直至出现稳定均匀透明棕色液体后过滤后得到成品的活性油添加剂,其中,不锈钢反应釜的搅拌时长不小于3小时;
(4)将得到的成品的所述活性油添加剂经过灌装后包装。
7.根据权利要求6所述的提升燃油效率的添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其中,所述制备步骤2)中的所述纯水为一级水,所述制备步骤3)中的所述乳化剂为司盘-80,所述制备步骤3)中的所述防腐剂为丙酸类防腐剂或者对羟基苯甲酸丙酯。
8.根据权利要求7所述的提升燃油效率的添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备步骤1)~制备步骤3)中的各个组分的称重为:
植物油酸 190g,
二甲基丙基 50g,
高纯油酸酰胺 70g,
蓖麻油 90g,
山梨醇液 120g,
一级纯水 120g,
正辛醇 30g,
防腐剂 80g,
山梨醇酐单油酸脂 100g,
脂肪酸 50g,
乳化剂 80g。
9.根据权利要求8所述的提升燃油效率的添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备步骤1)中的搅拌时长为2小时,所述制备步骤2)中的搅拌时长为2小时,所述制备步骤3)中的反应釜搅拌时长为4小时。
