According to the drawings of fig. 1 to 3, the invention provides a steering column platformization fixing structure, which comprises a main cross beam 1, a front connecting support 2, an upper support 3, a front connecting lining plate 4, a reinforcing support 5 and a lower support 6, wherein a groove 31 is formed in the upper support 3, the main cross beam 1 is lapped in the groove 31, the front connecting support 2 is positioned above the upper support 3, one end of the front connecting support 2 is connected with the side wall of the main cross beam 1, and the front connecting lining plate 4 connects one end of the upper support 3 with the other end of the front connecting support 2. Preceding connection support 2, preceding connection welt 4, upper bracket 3 and main beam 1 form a box-packed closed cavity jointly, and when implementing, each part links together, forms a whole, and the reinforcing intensity to the fixed and required intensity that turns to of better satisfied steering column.

In the implementation, the front connecting support 2, the lower support 6 and the main beam 1 are universal to all vehicle types of the same platform without any change in order to save cost, so that the front connecting support can be produced in batch; the other front connection lining plate 4, the reinforcement bracket 5 and the upper bracket 3 need to be changed according to three postures of the main beam 1, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, from top to bottom, the three postures are divided into a high posture, a middle posture and a low posture of the main beam 1, wherein the middle posture and the low posture of the main beam 1 are approximately overlapped, the lap joint angle of the upper bracket 3 and the main beam 1 is deviated, if the installation connection needs to be met, the length of the front connection lining plate 4 is gradually lengthened from the high posture to the low posture so as to be connected with the upper bracket 3, and the reinforcement bracket 5 is also gradually lengthened from the high posture to the low posture so as to adapt to the change of the upper bracket 3.
Further, the middle attitude of the main cross member 1 is close to the low attitude thereof, and the height difference between the high-attitude position and the low-attitude position of the main cross member 1 is 30mm, as shown in fig. 6, when the high attitude of the main cross member 1 is lowered by 30mm downward, the three attitudes of the main cross member 1 coincide with each other, but as can also be seen from fig. 6 and 7, even if the main cross member 1 coincides, the positions or heights of the upper brackets 3 in the three attitudes do not coincide, resulting in a dimensional change required for the front connection pad 4 and the reinforcing brackets 5 directly connected to the upper brackets 3. The overlapped part comprises the lower bracket 6 and the front connecting bracket 2 besides the main beam 1, so that the front connecting bracket 2, the lower bracket 6 and the main beam 1 are commonly used for series of vehicle types with the same platform.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the upper bracket 3 is provided with welding surfaces 32 at both sides, the front connecting bracket 2 is also provided with welding surfaces 32 at both sides, and the two welding surfaces 32 are connected by welding. Still further, the width and length of the welding surface 32 are kept uniform in the three postures in which the main beam 1 is located at different positions. Because the front connecting bracket 2 is of a general structure, the welding surface 32 of the upper bracket 3 directly connected with the front connecting bracket 2 also needs to be treated in a general way, so that the upper bracket 3 can be stably welded with the front connecting bracket 2 no matter the upper bracket is positioned in different postures.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, one end of the front connection lining plate 4 near the front connection bracket 2 is provided with a bracket connection surface 41, and the bracket connection surface 41 is connected with the front connection bracket 2 through a bolt.
