The existing primary suspension is provided with a spring between an axle box and a framework, and generates acting force through the deformation of the spring, so that primary suspension rigidity is provided, but the primary suspension structure needs to be provided with spring mounting openings on the framework and the axle box body, so that the structure of the framework and the axle box body is more complex, and meanwhile, the height of the framework above the axle box body is higher, and the interference with a vehicle body is easy to occur.

Furthermore, the outer end of the swing arm is connected with the axle box through bolts, so that the swing arm and the axle box can be mounted and dismounted more conveniently.
In addition, the middle part of the torsion bar is a bending section, the bending section of the first torsion bar is a first bending section, and the bending section of the second torsion bar is a second bending section; the arc tops of the two bending sections are bent in the direction away from each other; preferably, the first curved section is curved upward, and the second curved section is curved downward; in order to prevent the two torsion bars from contacting each other at the intersection point, a bending section is provided at the middle of the torsion bars, and the arc tops of the bending sections of the two torsion bars are away from each other, so that the two torsion bars do not contact each other, thereby preventing the two torsion bars from interfering with each other.

The primary suspension device of the invention has the following advantages: 1) the deformation of the torsion bar is utilized to provide primary suspension stiffness, and a traditional spring is not needed to provide the primary suspension stiffness, so that a spring mounting interface does not need to be arranged on the axle box body and the framework, and the structure of the bogie is simplified. 2) The spring does not need to be arranged above the axle box body, so that the height of the bogie above the axle box body is reduced, and the problem that the traditional bogie is easily interfered by a vehicle body is avoided.

As shown in fig. 1, a suspension system of the present invention includes: a torsion bar 1 and a swing arm; the torsion bar and the swing arms are mounted on the frame 4, the torsion bar is arranged in a crossed manner and connected with the corresponding swing arm, and the torsion bar arranged in a crossed manner is utilized to provide suspension rigidity, so that a traditional spring is not required to be used, and the bogie structure is simplified.
As shown in fig. 2, the torsion bar is divided into a first torsion bar 11 and a second torsion bar 12, and the first torsion bar 11 and the second torsion bar 12 are arranged to cross.
The swing arms are divided into a first swing arm 31, a second swing arm 32, a third swing arm 33 and a fourth swing arm 34; the inner end of the swing arm is connected with the framework 4, and the outer end of the swing arm is connected with the wheel pair through the axle box.
A swing arm mounting seat is arranged on the framework 4 and is divided into a first swing arm mounting seat 41, a second swing arm mounting seat 42, a third swing arm mounting seat 43 and a fourth swing arm mounting seat 44; and a rubber joint 2 or other type of bearings are arranged in the swing arm mounting seat.

The distance between the swing arm mounts is related to the structural design of the truck, and as shown in fig. 6, the transverse distance L1 between the swing arm mounts in this embodiment is approximately equal to the transverse width of the frame body, and the longitudinal distance L2 between the swing arm mounts is approximately equal to the longitudinal width of the frame body.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, one end of the swing arm is connected to the axle box, the height of the one end does not change with the movement of the frame, and the other end is mounted on the frame through a rubber joint, and the height of the one end changes with the frame synchronously. Therefore, when the frame moves vertically relative to the wheel pair, the swing arms at the two ends of the same torsion bar rotate reversely, the torsion bar is subjected to torsional deformation or other forms of deformation under the action of the swing arms at the two ends, and the acting force generated by the deformation of the torsion bar acts on the axle box through the swing arms at the two ends. Two torsion bars are arranged on each bogie frame, and acting force generated by the two torsion bars acts on the four axle boxes through the four swing arms, so that a series of suspension rigidity is provided between the framework and the wheel pair.
