Disclosure of Invention
The open pocket with at least two specifications and sizes is arranged in the folder, paper with different sizes is respectively filled in the open pocket, and the folded edge of the larger paper can not generate crease after the larger paper is filled in the folder and folded.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a crease-free folder, comprising: at least one first open pocket, at least one second open pocket and a folder are distributed from top to bottom; the first open bag and the second open bag are transparent bags which are formed by overlapping two flexible plastic films and sealing three sides of the bags; the area of the first open-top pocket is smaller than that of the second open-top pocket; a front panel, a side panel and a back panel are connected and distributed on the folder from left to right; wherein, the edges of the side panels, the inner surfaces of the front panel and the back panel which are mutually connected are respectively provided with an indentation or a groove; the first open bag, the second open bag and the side edge of the front panel are in hot-melt fusion connection to form a sealing edge; the file is arranged in the shell.
Furthermore, a section of convex sealing edge is arranged in the middle of the bottom edge opposite to the opening in the first open pocket and the second open pocket.
Furthermore, when the side panel of the file folder is in a circular arc structure, a third open pocket is arranged on the outer surface of the file folder, the third open pocket is an open pocket with three sealed sides, and folding marks are prevented from appearing on the folded edges of the paper after the paper is loaded into the open pocket.
In the embodiment of the invention: the file open pockets with two specifications are arranged in the file. The small open-top pocket of the document does not need to be folded after being filled with the paper, and the large open-top pocket of the document needs to be folded after being filled with the paper. Because the side edge of the folder has a certain width, the folded edge of the large paper is an arc-shaped edge instead of being bent 180 degrees to form a folded edge in the folding process. The arc-shaped edge can not cause crease marks on the paper. Thus, after the large paper is put into the folder and is bent, the folded edge does not generate crease. The small paper can be directly put into the small open pocket of the folder for storage without bending.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-12, a non-creasing file 1 comprises: at least one first open pocket 2, at least one second open pocket 3 and a folder 1 are distributed from top to bottom; the first open bag 2 and the second open bag 3 are transparent bags which are formed by overlapping two flexible plastic films and sealing three sides of the bags; the area of the first open-top pocket 2 is smaller than that of the second open-top pocket 3; a front panel 11, a side panel 12 and a back panel 13 are connected and distributed on the folder 1 from left to right; wherein, the edges of the side panels 12, the front panel 11 and the back panel 13 which are connected with each other are respectively provided with an indentation or a groove; the first open pocket 2, the second open pocket 3 and the side edge of the front panel 11 are in hot melting fusion connection to form a sealing edge 6; the file 1 is mounted in the housing 5.
Specifically, the folder 1 is formed by sequentially connecting a front panel 11, a side panel 12 and a back panel 13 into one panel, wherein, at the connecting part of the side panel 12, the front panel 11 and the back panel 13 of the folder 1, a dent or a shallow groove is respectively arranged on the inner surface of the folder 1, so that the front panel 11 and the back panel 13 can be folded inwards to form the folder 1 which can be folded and closed.
Meanwhile, the inner surface of the front panel 11 of the file 1 and the side edges of the at least one first open-top pocket 2 and the at least one second open-top pocket 3 are overlapped with each other and are heat-fused. Wherein, the surface of at least one second open pocket 3 is jointed with the inner surface of the file 1, and at least one first open pocket 2 is overlapped and placed on the surface of the second open pocket 3. The area of the second open-mouth pocket 3 is at least twice larger than the area of the first open-mouth pocket 2. For example: the second open-top pocket 3 can be filled with A3 paper and the first open-top pocket 2 with a4 paper.
Since the second open pocket 3 is attached to the inner surface of the file 1 and the side panels 12 of the file 1 have a width of between 2-10 cm. When the file 1 is closed, the folded edge of the document placed in the second open-topped pocket 3 forms an arc-shaped surface in the region of the inner side panel 12 of the file 1. The folding edge of the document can not generate crease. Meanwhile, the width of the first open-mouth bag 2 is smaller than or equal to the width of the front panel 11. The edge of the first open-mouth bag 2 is kept at a distance from the folded area of the second open-mouth bag 3, so that after the second open-mouth bag 3 is folded in half, the edge of the first open-mouth bag 2 does not touch the folded area of the first open-mouth bag 2, typically at a distance of 1-6 cm. The edge of which does not come into contact with the folded edge region of the second open-mouth bag 3 and does not influence the curved folded edge of the second open-mouth bag 3.
After the paper documents are put into the openings of the first open pocket 2 and the second open pocket 3, the folder 1 is closed and the folder 1 is put into the housing 5. The shell 5 is a hollow cuboid structure with an opening at the side. According to the requirement, one side of the opening of the shell 5 is provided with a connecting belt, the other side is provided with a button, and the connecting belt and the button are mutually buckled or connected and fixed.
Or, the front panel 11 and the side panel 12 of the folder 1 are respectively provided with a connecting line and a button on the side edges, and the folder 1 is wound and closed through the connecting line and the button. Further comprising: the side edge of the folder 1 is buckled and connected through a magnet.
The two panels of the first open pocket 2 and the second open pocket 3 are of a three-side sealing structure, or two adjacent sides are in sealing connection, and at least one opening or two openings are reserved for placing documents. The first open pocket 2 and the second open pocket 3 are file pockets formed by three-side sealing of the edges of two plastic films made of transparent materials. The greater the thickness of the paper loaded into the open pocket, the thicker the thickness of the face plate of the open pocket. Conversely, the smaller the thickness of the paper, the smaller the thickness of the panel of the open pocket. Wherein, the larger the thickness of the panel of the open pocket is, the better the anti-wrinkle effect on the paper is. Typically, the thickness of the second open-top bag 3 is greater than the thickness of the first open-top bag 2.
Wherein, the sealing edge 6 is arranged on the sealing edge at the bottom edge of the open bag, and then a section of local hot melting fusion is carried out. The height of the sealing edge 6 after hot melting and fusion is higher than the whole height of the bottom edge sealing edge. At this time, the first open pocket 2 or the second open pocket 3 is divided into two separate areas by the raised sealing edge, and the paper can be integrally filled in the open pocket or smaller paper can be filled in the divided small area. The divided region is one half of the original region. For example: a section of sealing edge is newly arranged above the bottom edge of the first open-mouth bag 2 with the size of A4 paper, the height of the sealing edge is 1-4cm, and the width of the sealing edge is 0.1-2 cm. The sealing edge divides the first open-top bag 2 into two open-top bags of a5 size, and a5 size sheets of paper are inserted into the grooves respectively for fixation. Similarly, the first open-top bag 2 can be used for containing a sheet of paper of size A4 with a certain remaining space. Similarly, a section of sealing edge is newly arranged above the bottom edge of the second open-mouth bag 3 with the size of A3 paper, and the height of the sealing edge is 1-4cm, and the width of the sealing edge is 0.1-2 cm. The sealing edge divides the first open-top bag 2 into two open-top bags of a4 size, and a4 size sheets of paper are inserted into the grooves respectively for fixation.
The paper file folder is characterized in that when the side panel 12 is an arc-shaped surface or a semi-arc-shaped surface, at least one third open pocket 4 is arranged on the outer surface of the file folder 1, three side edges of the third open pocket 4 are connected with the outer surface of the file folder 1 in an adhesive bonding or hot melting fusion mode, an opening is formed in the top of the third open pocket 4 and used for inserting paper files into the third open pocket 4 for storage, and the folded edge of the paper is guaranteed to be an arc-shaped surface and cannot generate creases.
The plurality of first open-mouth bags 2 and the plurality of second open-mouth bags 3 are respectively grouped and are connected by hot melting fusion at the same side edge. Alternatively, a plurality of the first open-mouth bag 2 and the second open-mouth bag 3 overlapped with each other are arranged in parallel in sequence on one side of the inner surface of the front panel 11 to be fusion-bonded by heat.
And setting the number of open bags in the folder 1 according to needs, and selecting and purchasing by a user according to actual needs. If the file 1 is mainly used for the centralized storage of various certificates of companies, the file 1 with relatively small number of pages can be selected, and the number of open pockets with various sizes in the file 1 is enough to satisfy the loading of various certificates of companies.
When an open pocket is not arranged in the folder 1, the folder further comprises: a clip is provided for clamping the document. And a ring buckle is arranged for connecting and fixing the open bag with a row of through holes at the edge.
