Background
At present, along with social development, people's demand to glasses is more and more big, requirement to glasses is to the high quality gradually, high performance development, the pad pasting technique of moulding plastics of integral type glasses can satisfy people's demand, but the tradition pad pasting forming die performance of moulding plastics is more laggard, adopt the method of vacuum location, there is the appearance of flaw point, the surperficial pad pasting is inhomogeneous, the condition such as bubble can appear, especially when facing irregular lens curved surface pad pasting or polarizing film or color-changing membrane, these all can't accomplish accurate location, one shot forming's effect.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a synchronous injection molding film pasting forming die, integrated glasses and a production method.
The invention is realized in such a way that the synchronous injection molding film sticking forming die comprises an upper die and a lower die.
The upper die is provided with a fixing column, and the lower die is provided with a fixing hole.
An upper mounting platform is arranged on the upper die, and a lower mounting platform is arranged on the lower die.
An upper film pasting table is arranged on the upper mounting table, and a lower film pasting table is arranged on the lower mounting table.
The upper mounting table is provided with a positioning groove, and a positioning column is arranged in the positioning groove.
The upper positioning column and the lower positioning column are connected through a connecting curved rod.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a mold for synchronous injection molding and film-coating using the mold, the method comprising:
synchronous injection molding and film pasting are carried out through a synchronous injection molding and film pasting forming die by adopting a synchronous injection molding and film pasting forming technology;
and directly positioning the cut polarizing film or the color-changing film on a mold, and instantly laminating at high temperature after injection molding.
Furthermore, the injection-molded integrated glasses lens is a curved surface, a polarizing film or a color-changing film is pasted on the film, and the integrated glasses are in an irregular-curvature shape.
Further, the synchronous injection film-sticking forming die is directly formed without edge cutting treatment, is uniformly attached and has no flaw on the surface; and when the integrated glasses are strengthened, liquid can not accumulate on the surfaces of the hinges.
Furthermore, the integral type glasses of moulding plastics has the hinge in advance designed, but direct mount earpiece alright use.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a one-piece eyeglass manufactured by the above manufacturing method.
By combining all the technical schemes, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that: the invention adopts the synchronous injection molding and film pasting forming technology, synchronous injection molding and film pasting are carried out through a synchronous injection molding and film pasting forming die, the injection molding integrated spectacle lens is a curved surface, a polarizing film or a color changing film is pasted on the film, the shape of the integrated spectacle is an irregular curvature shape, the die can be directly formed without edge cutting treatment, only the cut polarizing film or the color changing film needs to be directly positioned on the die, and the injection molding is instantly laminated at high temperature and is uniformly laminated without flaws on the surface; when the integrated glasses are strengthened, liquid can not accumulate on the surfaces of the hinges, the surfaces of the hinges have high quality impression, and the hinges designed in advance can be directly installed on the glasses legs to be used.

The synchronous injection molding film-sticking forming mold provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises an upper mold 1 and a lower mold 2.
Wherein, the upper die 1 is provided with a fixing column 7, and the lower die 2 is provided with a fixing hole 8.
An upper mounting table 3 is arranged on the upper die 1, and a lower mounting table 4 is arranged on the lower die 2.
An upper film pasting table 5 is arranged on the upper mounting table 3, and a lower film pasting table 6 is arranged on the lower mounting table 4.
A positioning groove 9 is formed in the upper mounting table 3, and a positioning column 10 is arranged in the positioning groove 9.
The upper positioning column 10 and the lower positioning column 10 are connected through a connecting curved rod 11.
The production method of the synchronous injection molding film-sticking forming die provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
synchronous injection molding and film sticking are carried out through a film sticking mould by adopting a synchronous injection molding and film sticking forming technology; and directly positioning the cut polarizing film or the color-changing film on a mold, and instantly laminating at high temperature after injection molding.
The integrated glasses lens is a curved surface, the film is pasted with a polarizing film or a color-changing film, the film is free of defects, and the appearance of the integrated glasses is an irregular curvature shape which is bilaterally symmetrical; the synchronous injection film-sticking forming die is directly formed without edge cutting treatment, only needs to be uniformly attached, and has no flaw on the surface; when the integrated glasses are strengthened, liquid does not accumulate on the surfaces of the hinges, and the pre-designed hinges can be directly installed on the glasses legs to be used.
