In the present embodiment, the collecting device 6 includes: a first groove 61; the first groove 61 is arranged on the upper surface of the base 4; the area of the bottom surface of the first groove 61 is smaller than that of the opening; the first groove 61 is positioned below the brush roller 53; the first groove 61 is suitable for storing liquid and receiving abrasive dust falling from the surface of a workpiece; after the workpiece is stained with the liquid, the workpiece is cleaned by the rotating brush roller 53, and the abrasive dust on the surface of the workpiece falls into the first groove 61 and is concentrated on the bottom surface of the first groove 61; the liquid can be selected according to the material of the workpiece, such as clear water, oil and the like; the bottom area of the first groove 61 is smaller than the opening area, so that the abrasive dust falling after cleaning can be conveniently collected on the bottom surface.
In this embodiment, the collecting device 6 further includes: a receiving mechanism 63; the bearing mechanism 63 is arranged in a second groove 62 on the bottom surface of the first groove 61, and the bearing mechanism 63 is matched with the second groove 62; the bottom surface of the second groove 62 is an inclined surface; the abrasive dust can be collected towards the lower surface through the inclined surface; the abrasive dust on the surface of the workpiece falls into the first groove 61 and is collected in the receiving mechanism 63.

In this embodiment, a second water outlet 621 is formed on the side wall of the second groove 62 with a smaller area; a third water outlet hole 41 is formed in the side wall of the base 4; the second outlet hole 621 is adapted to the first outlet hole 6312; the second outlet hole 621 is communicated with the third outlet hole 41; the liquid in the collecting box 631 flows out of the base 4 through the first outlet hole 6312, the second outlet hole 621 and the third outlet hole 41 in sequence.
In this embodiment, the pipeline connecting the second outlet 621 and the third outlet 41 is bent toward the upper surface of the base 4 and then connects to the third outlet 41; the bent pipeline can prevent abrasive dust from flowing out.

In the present embodiment, the trimming device 2 includes: a first fixing frame 21, a first driving mechanism 22, a trimming mechanism 23 and a collecting mechanism 24; the first fixing frame 21 is arranged on the grinding device 3; the first driving mechanism 22 is arranged on the first fixing frame 21; the dressing mechanism 23 is provided on the first drive mechanism 22; the collecting mechanism 24 is provided on the trimming mechanism 23; the first driving mechanism 22 is adapted to drive the dressing mechanism 23 to move along the thickness direction of the grinding wheel 393; the dressing mechanism 23 is adapted to dress the grinding wheel 393 to remove the abrasive dust embedded in the pores of the surface of the grinding wheel 393; the collection mechanism 24 is adapted to collect the scattered abrasive dusts and the coolant at the time of dressing by the dressing mechanism 23.
In the present embodiment, the first drive mechanism 22 includes: a first driving motor 221, a first lead screw 222, a first slide rail 223, a first slider 224 and a connecting block 225; the first fixing frame 21 may be covered with a dust-proof flap 211, and the dust-proof flap 211 may be divided into two parts, disposed on both sides of the first slider 224 along the thickness direction of the grinding wheel 393, and may be folded or contracted when the first slider 224 moves, so as to prevent splashed abrasive dust and coolant from entering the first fixing frame 21; the first driving motor 221 is arranged on the first fixing frame 21; the first lead screw 222 is connected to the first driving motor 221, and the first lead screw 222 is disposed in the first fixing frame 21 along the thickness direction of the grinding wheel 393; the first slide rail 223 is arranged on the inner wall of the first fixing frame 21 along the length direction of the grinding wheel 393; the first sliding block 224 is arranged on the first sliding rail 223 and connected with the first lead screw 222; the connecting block 225 is arranged on the first slider 224; the trimming mechanism 23 is arranged on the connecting block 225; the first driving motor 221 is adapted to drive the first lead screw 222 to rotate, so as to drive the first slide block 224 to slide along the first slide rail 223, so that the dressing mechanism 23 moves along the thickness direction of the grinding wheel 393, and the dressing mechanism 23 moves on the surface of the grinding wheel 393, so as to dress the surface of the grinding wheel 393 completely.
In the present embodiment, the dressing mechanism 23 includes: a second driving motor 231, a second lead screw 232, a second fixing frame 233, a spring 234 and a trimming blade 235; the second driving motor 231 can drive the second screw rod 232 to rotate through a belt and other transmission modes, so that the overall length or height can be reduced; the second fixing frame 233 is arranged in the connecting block 225, and the second fixing frame 233 is connected with the connecting block 225 through a spring 234; the second fixing frame 233 is matched with a second sliding rail 226 on the inner wall of the connecting block 225; the second driving motor 231 is disposed on the second fixing frame 233; the second lead screw 232 is arranged in the second fixing frame 233 along the diameter direction of the grinding wheel 393; the second driving motor 231 is connected with the second lead screw 232, and the second lead screw 232 is connected with the dressing blade 235; the collection mechanism 24 is disposed on the conditioning blade 235; the second driving motor 231 is suitable for driving the second lead screw 232 to drive the trimming blade 235 to abut against the rotating grinding wheel 393, so that the trimming blade 235 trims the grinding wheel 393, and the grinding dust and the cooling liquid splashed during trimming are collected by the collecting mechanism 24; and when the dressing blade 235 abuts against the grinding wheel 393, the spring 234 drives the second fixing frame 233 to slide along the second slide rail 226 on the inner wall of the connecting block 225, so that the excessive force of pressing the surface of the grinding wheel 393 when the dressing blade 235 contacts the grinding wheel 393 is avoided, and the spring 234 drives the second fixing frame 233 to slide upwards along the second slide rail 226 on the inner wall of the connecting block 225 when the pressing force is excessive, so that the pressing force is reduced.
In the present embodiment, the collection mechanism 24 includes: a collection assembly 241 and a collection bag 243; the collection assembly 241 is disposed on a sidewall of the dressing blade 235; the collecting member 241 is connected to the collecting bag 243, and the collecting member 241 is adapted to unfold the collecting bag 243 to collect the abrasive dusts and the coolant splashed at the time of dressing; the collecting member 241 and the collecting bag 243 may be two and disposed at both opposite sidewalls of the finishing blade 235 to collect from both sides, thereby improving the collecting efficiency.
In this embodiment, the collecting assembly 241 includes: a first connecting rod 2411 and a second connecting rod 2412; the first connection rod 2411 and the second connection rod 2412 are hinged with the trimming blade 235, and the first connection rod 2411 is opposite to the second connection rod 2412; the collecting bag 243 is disposed between the first and second connection rods 2411 and 2412, and is connected to the first and second connection rods 2411 and 2412; the first connecting rod 2411 and the second connecting rod 2412 are provided with an inclined groove 2415; the length of the first connecting rod 2411 extending out of the trimming blade 235 is greater than the length of the second connecting rod 2412 extending out of the trimming blade 235; the second driving motor 231 drives the trimming blade 235 to move towards the grinding wheel 393, so that the first connecting rod 2411 moves to one side of the grinding wheel 393, the first driving motor 221 drives the trimming blade 235 to move towards the first connecting rod 2411, the first connecting rod 2411 rotates, the second driving motor 231 continues to drive the trimming blade 235 to move towards the grinding wheel 393, the second connecting rod 2412 moves to the other side of the grinding wheel 393, the first driving motor 221 drives the trimming blade 235 to move towards the second connecting rod 2412, the second connecting rod 2412 rotates, the second driving motor 231 continues to drive the trimming blade 235 to move towards the grinding wheel 393, the first connecting rod 2411 and the second connecting rod 2412 continue to rotate, the chutes 5 of the first connecting rod 2411 and the second connecting rod 2412 abut against the edge of the grinding wheel 393 when the trimming blade 235 contacts the grinding wheel 393, the collecting bag 243 is completely unfolded, and the edge of the grinding wheel 2415 can be trimmed, the dressing blade 235 does not need to be moved to the edge of the grinding wheel 393; the abrasive dust generated when the grinding wheel 393 is dressed by the dressing blade 235 is collected by the collection bag 243 after the collection bag 243 is completely unfolded, and the cooling liquid used for cooling at the time of dressing is collected; cooling fluid may be injected from the aperture between the first and second connecting rods 2411 and 2412 above the collection bag 243 when the collection bag 243 is fully deployed to the contact position of the dressing blade 235 with the grinding wheel 393; the cooling fluid may be injected directly into the contact location of the dressing blade 235 and the grinding wheel 393; the coolant may be coolant that is used to cool the grinding wheel 393 while it is being attached to the grinding wheel 393 for grinding the workpiece.
In this embodiment, the first connection rod 2411 and the second connection rod 2412 have the same hinge structure, that is, a pawl 2413 is disposed on the side wall of the trimming blade 235; a ratchet wheel 2414 matched with the corresponding pawl 2413 is arranged on the first connecting rod 2411; a rotating shaft 2416 is arranged on the side wall of the trimming blade 235, and the first connecting rod 2411 is arranged on the rotating shaft 2416; as the dressing blade 235 moves toward the grinding wheel 393, the first connecting rod 2411 is rotated in one direction about the rotating shaft 2416 by the engagement of the ratchet 2414 and the pawl 2413; the first connection rod 2411 and the second connection rod 2412 can only rotate in one direction through the matching of the ratchet wheel 2414 and the pawl 2413, and the rotation directions of the first connection rod 2411 and the second connection rod 2412 are opposite; after finishing dressing, the first connecting rod 2411 and the second connecting rod 2412 can be pulled to move in a direction away from the dressing blade 235, so that the ratchet wheel 2414 and the pawl 2413 are not on the same plane at all, the first connecting rod 2411 and the second connecting rod 2412 can rotate in the other direction (the first connecting rod 2411 and the second connecting rod 2412 rotate in the opposite direction), the unfolded collecting bag 243 is folded, the cooling liquid collected in the folded collecting bag 243 can be squeezed out, the collected abrasive dust can be taken out, and the collected abrasive dust can be collected for the next dressing.
Grinding device 3
In the present embodiment, the grinding device 3 includes: a third driving motor 31, a third screw rod 32, a third slide rail 33, a third slide block 34, a fourth driving motor 35, a fourth screw rod 36, a fourth slide block 37, a fourth slide rail 38 and a grinding assembly 39; the third driving motor 31 is arranged on the bracket 1; the third screw 32 is arranged on the bracket 1 along the diameter direction of the grinding wheel 393, and the third screw 32 is connected with the third driving motor 31; the third slide rail 33 is arranged on the bracket 1 along the diameter direction of the grinding wheel 393; the third slide block 34 is arranged on the third screw rod 32, and the third slide block 34 is matched with the third slide rail 33; the fourth slider 37 is disposed on the third slider 34; the fourth slide rail 38 is arranged on the connecting plate 391 of the grinding assembly 39 in the thickness direction of the grinding wheel 393, and the fourth slide rail 38 is fitted with the fourth slider 37; the fourth driving motor 35 may be disposed on the connecting plate 391 of the grinding assembly 39, the fourth lead screw 36 is connected to the fourth driving motor 35, and the third driving motor 31 is disposed along the thickness direction of the grinding wheel 393 and is adapted to drive the third lead screw 32 to drive the third slider 34 to move along the third slide rail 33, so as to make the grinding assembly 39 approach or move away from the workpiece; the fourth driving motor 35 is adapted to drive the fourth lead screw 36 to slide between the fourth slide rail 38 and the fourth slide block 37, so that the grinding assembly 39 moves along the thickness direction of the grinding wheel 393.
In the present embodiment, the grinding assembly 39 includes: a connecting plate 391, a fifth drive motor 392, a grinding wheel 393, and a dust cover 394; the fourth slide rail 38 is disposed on the connecting plate 391; the fifth driving motor 392 is disposed on the connection plate 391; the fifth driving motor 392 is connected with the grinding wheel 393; the dust cover 394 is provided on the connecting plate 391 and covers over the grinding wheel 393; the first holder 21 is disposed on the dust cover 394, and the dressing blade 235 can pass through the dust cover 394 to come into surface contact with the grinding wheel 393; after the fifth driving motor 392 drives the grinding wheel 393 to rotate, the third driving motor 31 is adapted to drive the third lead screw 32 to drive the third slide block 34 to move along the third slide rail 33, so that the grinding wheel 393 is close to or far away from the workpiece, and the workpiece is ground when the grinding wheel 393 contacts the workpiece; the fourth driving motor 35 is adapted to drive the fourth lead screw 36 to drive the fourth slide rail 38 and the fourth slide block 37 to slide, so that the grinding wheel 393 moves on the surface of the workpiece along the thickness direction of the grinding wheel 393;
after the grinding wheel 393 finishes grinding the workpiece, the fifth driving motor 392 continues to drive the grinding wheel 393 to rotate, the second driving motor 231 drives the dressing blade 235 to move towards the grinding wheel 393, the first connecting rod 2411 is driven by the first driving motor 221 to move towards the first connecting rod 2411, the first connecting rod 2411 is rotated, the second driving motor 231 continues to drive the dressing blade 235 to move towards the grinding wheel 393, the second connecting rod 2412 is driven to move towards the other side of the grinding wheel 393, the dressing blade 235 is driven by the first driving motor 221 to move towards the second connecting rod 2412, the second connecting rod 2412 is rotated, the second driving motor 231 continues to drive the dressing blade 235 to move towards the grinding wheel 393, the first connecting rod 2411 and the second connecting rod 2412 are driven to continue to rotate, when the dressing blade 235 contacts the grinding wheel 393, the chutes 2415 of the first connecting rod 2411 and the second connecting rod 2412 abut against the edge of the grinding wheel 393, at this time, the collecting bag 243 is completely unfolded, the dressing blade 235 contacts the grinding wheel 393 to dress the grinding wheel 393, and the first driving motor 221 is adapted to drive the first lead screw 222 to rotate and drive the first slider 224 to slide along the first slide rail 223, so that the dressing blade 235 moves on the surface of the grinding wheel 393 to dress the whole surface of the grinding wheel 393.
In summary, the present invention utilizes the fixing device 7, and the fixing device 7 is suitable for fixing a workpiece; a grinding device 3, wherein the grinding device 3 is arranged above the fixing device 7, and the grinding device 3 is suitable for grinding a workpiece; after the fixing device 7 fixes the workpiece, the grinding device 3 grinds the fixed workpiece, so that the workpiece is clamped during grinding, and the clamping effect of the workpiece is ensured to ensure the quality of the workpiece.

the power mechanism comprises: a rotating shaft, an eccentric wheel and a second handle;
the rotating shaft is arranged on the lower shell and penetrates out of the upper cover;
the eccentric wheel is arranged on the rotating shaft;
the second handle is arranged on the part of the rotating shaft penetrating out of the upper cover;
the second handle drives the rotating shaft to rotate, so that the eccentric wheel rotates, and the eccentric wheel contacts the clamping mechanism to drive the clamping mechanism to clamp the workpiece when rotating.
3. A power press-jaw grinding apparatus as claimed in claim 2,
the clamping mechanism includes: the clamping mechanism comprises a connecting column, a clamping spring and a clamping assembly;
the clamping spring is arranged on the inner wall of the lower shell provided with the workpiece hole;
the connecting column is connected with the clamping spring, and the length direction of the connecting column is parallel to the extending direction of the workpiece;
the connecting column and the rotating shaft are sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the workpiece;
the clamping components are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the connecting column;
the second handle drives the rotating shaft to rotate, so that the eccentric wheel rotates, and the eccentric wheel gradually contacts the connecting column when rotating to compress the clamping spring and drive the clamping assembly to contact the workpiece to clamp the workpiece.
