One specific application of this embodiment is: firstly, pushing an aluminum-plastic plate between an arc-shaped pressing plate 105 and a U-shaped fixing plate 103 from a feeding hole, pressing the arc-shaped pressing plate 105 by a fastening spring 104 to fix the aluminum-plastic plate between the arc-shaped pressing plate 105 and the U-shaped fixing plate 103, secondly, pushing the aluminum-plastic plate between the arc-shaped pressing plate 105 and the U-shaped fixing plate 103 to fix, simultaneously, driving a cleaning rotating shaft 204 to rotate by a driving motor 201 of a cleaning mechanism 2 through a driving belt 202 and a belt pulley belt 203, wherein the cleaning rotating shaft 204 is respectively provided with an upper side and a lower side of the aluminum-plastic plate, cleaning bristles 205 on the upper side and the lower side respectively clean the upper side and the lower side of the aluminum-plastic plate to clean stains on the surface of the aluminum-plastic plate, thirdly, extending a first hydraulic telescopic rod 5 to drive a connecting chute 101 to move downwards, so that the aluminum-plastic plate between the U-shaped fixing plate 103 and the arc-shaped pressing plate 105 is soaked in a solution in a degreasing tank 18 to degrease the aluminum-plastic plate, fourthly, after the aluminum-plastic plate is soaked for a period of time, the first hydraulic telescopic rod 5 retracts to drive the connecting chute 101 to move upwards, the electric telescopic rod 9 extends out again to push the connecting long plate 6, the moving slide block 7 on the connecting long plate 6 slides along the moving chute 8, so that the aluminum-plastic plate moves to a position between the cleaning mechanisms 3 from the upper side of the degreasing pool 18, and in the fifth step, the booster pump 301 re-pressurizes the waste water which is flushed through the aluminum-plastic plate, the waste water is conveyed to the first flushing nozzle 306 through the first water pipe 303 to flush the surface of the aluminum-plastic plate again, after the aluminum-plastic plate is flushed by the first flushing nozzle 306, the outside tap water is conveyed to the second flushing nozzle 307 through the outside water inlet pipe 305 and the second water pipe 304 to flush the aluminum-plastic plate again, meanwhile, the first water pipe 303 is provided with two first flushing nozzles 306, and the second water pipe 304 is provided with two second flushing nozzles 307, can wash the upper and lower two sides of plastic-aluminum board, the sixth step, the second hydraulic stretching pole 11 of both sides drives anti-skidding gasket 12 and removes to the centre, and second hydraulic stretching pole 11 drives anti-skidding gasket 12 from both sides centre gripping plastic-aluminum board, and application shower nozzle 16 carries out the application to the plastic-aluminum board again, and air-dry fan 13 carries out quick air-drying to the plastic-aluminum board after the application for the coating on plastic-aluminum board surface is dry, takes out the good plastic-aluminum board of application through the discharge gate.
