A multi-stage rotary rice drying device comprises a deslagging cylinder (1), a water removal sleeve (5) and a second support frame (11), and is characterized in that two sides of the outer wall of the water removal sleeve (5) are respectively clamped with fixing rings (13), the bottom of one fixing ring (13) is rotatably connected with a first support frame (7), the outer wall of the top of the first support frame (7) is rotatably connected with a hydraulic rod (6), the hydraulic rod (6) is rotatably connected with the other fixing ring (13), the inner wall of the water removal sleeve (5) is rotatably connected with a drying sleeve (34), more than two sealing plates (32) which are uniformly distributed are fixed on the inner wall of the drying sleeve (34) through bolts, a heating plate is movably mounted on the inner wall of each sealing plate (32), a water flowing port (33) and an air vent are formed in the inner wall of each drying sleeve (34), a first motor (9) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of one fixing ring (13) through bolts, an output shaft of the first motor (9) forms a running fit with the drying sleeve (34) through a gear, and a first drain pipe (8) is clamped on the inner wall of the bottom of the dewatering sleeve (5).

The multi-stage rotary rice drying device according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of one side of the deslagging cylinder (1) close to the bottom is rotatably connected with a packing auger (25), the outer wall of one side of the deslagging cylinder (1) is fixed with a motor III (16) through a bolt, the output shaft of the motor III (16) is connected with the packing auger (25) through a shaft coupling, and the outer wall of the top of the deslagging cylinder (1) is connected with a feeding bin (21) in a clamping manner.

The multi-stage rotary rice drying device according to claim 2, wherein the inner walls of two sides of the residue removing cylinder (1) are respectively provided with a drain outlet (26), the inner wall of the drain outlet (26) is movably provided with a first filter screen (22), the first filter screens (22) are arc-shaped, the arc-shaped direction faces towards the packing auger (25), the outer wall of one drain outlet (26) is provided with an air inlet cover (23), the inner wall of the air inlet cover (23) is clamped with an air inlet pipe (24), the air inlet pipe (24) is connected with an external heat pump, and the outer wall of the other drain outlet (26) is provided with a collecting bag (15).

The multi-stage rotary rice drying device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the inner wall of one side of the second support frame (11) is rotatably connected with a cleaning sleeve (12), two ends of the cleaning sleeve (12) are respectively rotatably connected with a connecting sleeve (17), the connecting sleeve (17) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the second support frame (11), the cleaning sleeve (12) is positioned on the inner wall and the outer wall of the connecting sleeve (17) and is provided with a water inlet (31), and the inner walls of the two connecting sleeves (17) are respectively connected with a second drain pipe (10) and a first inlet pipe (18) in a clamping manner.

The multi-stage rotary rice drying device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the outer wall of the top of the second supporting frame (11) is fixed with a second water storage barrel (3) through a bracket, one end of the second water storage barrel (3) is clamped with a second water inlet pipe (19), the outer wall of one side of the second supporting frame (11) is fixed with a second motor (14) through a bolt, and the output shaft of the second motor (14) is connected with the cleaning sleeve (12) through a gear.
6. The multi-stage rotary rice drying device as claimed in claim 5, wherein more than two cleaning rods (27) are fixed on the inner wall of the cleaning sleeve (12), and the more than two cleaning rods (27) are distributed according to a spiral.

The multi-stage rotary rice drying device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the inner wall of the washing sleeve (12) is rotatably connected with a rotary sleeve (30), the outer wall of one side of the second support frame (11) is fixed with a motor four (20) through bolts, and the output shaft of the motor four (20) is connected with the rotary sleeve (30) through gears.

The multi-stage rotary rice drying device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the outer wall of the rotary sleeve (30) is provided with a second filter screen (28), more than two stirring rods (29) are fixed on the second filter screen (28), the more than two stirring rods (29) are distributed according to a spiral, and the cleaning rod (27) is in contact with the outer wall of the second filter screen (28).

The multi-stage rotary rice drying apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein one end of the rotary sleeve (30) is connected to the trash removing cylinder (1) through a first connecting pipe (2), and the other end of the rotary sleeve (30) is connected to the drying sleeve (34) through a second connecting pipe (4).
