Abstract

发明公开了一种便于生产的柔性晶硅太阳能电池板,包括柔性框、金属栅线板和太阳能板,所述柔性框的内部设置有安装槽,所述安装槽的内部安装有安装板,所述安装板内安装有电池片,所述安装板的顶部等距安装有两组金属栅线板,所述金属栅线板的顶部等距安装有太阳能板,所述太阳能板内安装有晶硅板,所述晶硅板的底部安装有衬底板。本发明通过在金属栅线板的顶部等距安装有太阳能板,太阳能板采用的粘连进行组装,结构简单且方便太阳能板进行安装,从而可便于进行批量生产,同时在太阳能板局部损坏时可进行局部更换,而不需要整体更换,不仅提高了装置的检修效率,同时也降低了装置的检修成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池板技术领域,具体为一种便于生产的柔性晶硅太阳能电池板。
背景技术
太阳能是人类取之不尽用之不竭的可再生能源,也是清洁能源,不产生任何的环境污染,在太阳能的有效利用当中,太阳能光电利用是近些年来发展最快,最具活力的研究领域,是其中最受瞩目的项目之一;为此,人们研制和开发了太阳能电池,制作太阳能电池主要是以半导体材料为基础,其中柔性晶硅利用光电材料吸收光能后发生光电子转换反应,提高了太阳能源的转化效率。
现有的便于生产的柔性晶硅太阳能电池板存在的缺陷是:
1、现有的便于生产的柔性晶硅太阳能电池板中的晶硅板采用一体化结构,一体化结构不仅增加了生产加工的难度,同时也不便于进行局部更换,使其晶硅板损坏时需要整体更换,从而增加了工作人员的检修难度,同时也增加了检修成本,降低了装置的实用性;
2、现有的便于生产的柔性晶硅太阳能电池板的在发射极的电阻过大,导致装置在使用的过程中极大地影响电池性能,同时也影响装置的使用寿命,为此我们提出一种便于生产的柔性晶硅太阳能电池板来解决现有的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于生产的柔性晶硅太阳能电池板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种便于生产的柔性晶硅太阳能电池板,包括柔性框、金属栅线板和太阳能板,所述柔性框的内部设置有安装槽,所述柔性框的底部通过螺栓安装有背板,所述安装槽的内部安装有安装板,所述安装板内安装有电池片,所述安装板的顶部等距安装有两组金属栅线板,所述金属栅线板的顶部等距安装有太阳能板,所述太阳能板内安装有晶硅板,所述晶硅板的底部安装有衬底板,所述晶硅板的顶部安装有防反光板,所述背板的底部安装有接线盒。
优选的,所述柔性框的底部两侧安装有安装轨,安装轨的内部设置有调节槽。
优选的,所述金属栅线板的顶部等距安装有粘连层,粘连层的顶部安装有发射极。
优选的,所述衬底板的底部安装有粘连板,且粘连板的底部安装有电极端。
优选的,所述接线盒的两侧安装有安装件,且接线盒的一侧等距安装有三组接线端。
优选的,所述电池片的顶部安装有防护薄膜,且电池片的底部安装有散热层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过在金属栅线板的顶部等距安装有太阳能板,太阳能板采用的粘连进行组装,结构简单且方便太阳能板进行安装,从而可便于进行批量生产,同时在太阳能板局部损坏时可进行局部更换,而不需要整体更换,不仅提高了装置的检修效率,同时也降低了装置的检修成本。
2、本发明通过在安装板的顶部等距安装有两组金属栅线板,通过在金属栅线板与晶硅板接触部位的粘连层和粘连板进行高浓度掺杂,而在发射极以外的区域进行低浓度掺杂,这样既保证较好的蓝光响应的条件下,降低了晶硅板和发射极之间的接触电阻,又降低了表面的复合,提高了装置的寿命,从而增加了装置实用性。

请参阅图1-6,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种便于生产的柔性晶硅太阳能电池板,包括柔性框1、金属栅线板2和太阳能板3,柔性框1的内部设置有安装槽101,柔性框1采用的是硅胶材质而制,具有良好的柔韧性,可便于装置进行柔性弯折,安装槽101可为安装板5提供安装位置,便于安装板5进行安装,柔性框1的底部通过螺栓安装有背板104,背板104可便于检修柔性框1内部结构,方便柔性框1进行内部检修,安装槽101的内部安装有安装板5,安装板5内安装有电池片501,电池片501可便于储存接收到的电量,便于进行电量储存,安装板5的顶部等距安装有两组金属栅线板2,通过在金属栅线板2与晶硅板301接触部位的粘连层201和粘连板303进行高浓度掺杂,而在发射极202以外的区域进行低浓度掺杂,这样既保证较好的蓝光响应的条件下,降低了晶硅板301和发射极202之间的接触电阻,又降低了表面的复合,提高了装置的寿命,从而增加了装置实用性,金属栅线板2的顶部等距安装有太阳能板3,太阳能板3采用的粘连组装,结构简单且方便太阳能板3安装,可便于进行批量生产,且在太阳能板3局部损坏时可进行局部更换,不需要整体更换,提高了装置的检修效率,同时也降低了装置的检修成本,太阳能板3内安装有晶硅板301,晶硅板301采用的是硅晶材料制成,硅晶是一种半导体材料,太阳能电池发电的原理主要就是利用硅晶半导体的光电效应,且晶硅板301可减小装置的整体重量,便于装置进行整体安装,晶硅板301的底部安装有衬底板302,衬底板302可采用硅材质,具有良好的柔软性,晶硅板301的顶部安装有防反光板304,防反光板304可有效的消减晶硅板301的反光率,从而可提高晶硅板301的转化率,背板104的底部安装有接线盒4,通过接线盒4可便于装置进行线路连接。
进一步,柔性框1的底部两侧安装有安装轨102,安装轨102的内部设置有调节槽103,通过安装轨102以及调节槽103可便于柔性框1进行调节安装,使其可根据安装需要进行调节柔性框1的安全位置,提高了装置的安装效率。
进一步,金属栅线板2的顶部等距安装有粘连层201,粘连层201的顶部安装有发射极202,金属栅线板2通过粘连层201与粘连板303配合可将发射极202与电极端进行电性连接,从而实现了太阳能板3的快速安装,同时也便于太阳能板3进行拆装,便于太阳能板3局部损坏时进行局部更换检修,从而提高了装置的检修效率,降低了装置的检修成本,提高了装置的实用性。
进一步,衬底板302的底部安装有粘连板303,衬底板302可通过粘连板303可与粘连层201进行连接,方便太阳能板3进行安装的同时也便于太阳能板3进行局部更换,使其降低了装置检修效率,且粘连板303的底部安装有电极端,电极端可与晶硅板301电性连接,通过电极端可将晶硅板301吸收太阳能转化的电能通过发射极202输送到金属栅线板2,金属栅线板2通过导线输送到电池片501,电池片501通过接线盒4连接的导线进行电量输送。
进一步,接线盒4的两侧安装有安装件401,通过安装件401与螺栓配合可将接线盒4固定在背板104的底部,便于接线盒4进行固定安装,且接线盒4的一侧等距安装有三组接线端402,接线盒4通过接线端402可便于进行线路连接,方便多组装置进行串联电路,方便装置进行线路组装。
进一步,电池片501的顶部安装有防护薄膜502,通过防护薄膜502可对电池片501进行保护,防止灰尘、雨水以及外力破坏电池片501,保证了电池片501的安全性,且电池片501的底部安装有散热层503,通过散热层503可增加电池片501的散热结构,提高了电池片501的散热效果,防止电池片501在长期工作中发生热量积累,保证了电池片501持续运行。
工作原理:利用晶硅板301的半导体的光电效应可将太阳能转化为电能,并通过电极端与发射极202配合输送到金属栅线板2,金属栅线板2通过导线输送到电池片501,电池片501通过接线盒4连接的导线进行电量输送,且通过粘连板303可与粘连层201进行连接,方便太阳能板3进行安装的同时也便于太阳能板3进行局部更换,使其降低了装置检修效率。

1.一种便于生产的柔性晶硅太阳能电池板,包括柔性框(1)、金属栅线板(2)和太阳能板(3),其特征在于:所述柔性框(1)的内部设置有安装槽(101),所述柔性框(1)的底部通过螺栓安装有背板(104),所述安装槽(101)的内部安装有安装板(5),所述安装板(5)内安装有电池片(501),所述安装板(5)的顶部等距安装有两组金属栅线板(2),所述金属栅线板(2)的顶部等距安装有太阳能板(3),所述太阳能板(3)内安装有晶硅板(301),所述晶硅板(301)的底部安装有衬底板(302),所述晶硅板(301)的顶部安装有防反光板(304),所述衬底板(302)的底部安装有粘连板(303),且粘连板(303)的底部安装有电极端,所述背板(104)的底部安装有接线盒(4),所述金属栅线板(2)的顶部等距安装有粘连层(201),粘连层(201)的顶部安装有发射极(202),金属栅线板(2)通过粘连层(201)与粘连板(303)配合将发射极(202)与电极端进行电性连接。
