The smokeless coal charging car with the smoke guiding function mainly comprises a steel structure platform 1, a running device 2, a coal bucket device 3, a weighing system 4, a screw feeding device 5, a cab 6, an electric room 7, a hydraulic room 8, a lubricating system 9, a hydraulic system 10, a smoke guiding pipe device 11, a furnace seat cleaning device 16, a furnace cover cleaning device 42, a cover uncovering device 23, a guide sleeve device 26, a flashboard device, an air circuit system 30, an air conditioning system 31, a sliding contactor device 32 and an electric system 44.
The running gear 2 is installed below the steel construction platform 1, and the junction sets up rubber spring, can alleviate the impact of moving load focusing furnace roof effectively in the vehicle running process. A cab 6 is installed below the steel structural platform 1, and a driver operates the apparatus inside the cab 6. The coal bucket device 3 is arranged above the steel structure platform 1 and is used for receiving coal below the coal tower, the weight of the coal in the coal bucket device 3 is measured through the weighing system 4, the accurate control of the coal loading amount can be realized, a reasonable coal loading curve is formed, the coal leveling time is shortened, and the overflow of smoke dust at the coal leveling port of the coke oven during coal loading can be effectively inhibited. The screw feeder 5 is installed below the coal hopper device 3, and a gear motor 49 at the end drives the screw feeder 5 to rotate, so that coal is discharged into the guide sleeve device 26 through the gate plate device to enter the carbonization chamber, and the gate plate device adopts a grab gate plate 29.
The guide sleeve device 26 is coaxial with the coal charging hole and is fixed on the steel structure platform 1 through the bracket 28, the oil cylinder IV 27 drives the guide sleeve 45 to move up and down to be in butt joint with the furnace seat 47 in a spherical sealing mode, the guide sleeve device 26 is matched with the furnace body under negative pressure during coal charging operation, the guide sleeve device 26 can also compensate alignment errors caused by positioning, furnace body deformation and the like through a universal coupling, and the sealing is good and smoke dust-free during coal charging is ensured.
The cover uncovering device 23 is arranged at the left side of the guide sleeve device 26, the oil cylinder III 24 drives the cover uncovering machine 21 to enable the electromagnet 20 to be in contact with the furnace cover 46, after the electromagnet 20 is electrified to generate magnetic force to suck the furnace cover 46, the speed reducing motor II 22 rotates to enable the furnace cover 46 to be separated from the furnace seat 47, and cover uncovering is completed.
The furnace cover cleaning device 42 is arranged on the upper side of the furnace cover 46, and is connected with an oil cylinder VI 43, and the oil cylinder VI 43 drives the furnace cover cleaning device 42 to move and clamp the furnace cover 46, and simultaneously, a gear motor II 22 is started to enable the furnace cover 46 to rotate so as to clean the furnace cover 46.
The furnace seat cleaning device 16 is arranged on the right side of the guide sleeve device 26, the cleaning machine 17 is driven to a working position through the oil cylinder II 19, and the reducing motor I18 drives the cleaning head 25 to rotate to finish cleaning the furnace seat 47.
The smoke guiding pipe device 11 is arranged at a first hole position on the coke side, the water seal cover 48 is fixed on the furnace body, the lifting oil cylinder 34 drives the U-shaped pipe body 39 to move under the guide of the roller wheel 37, the roller wheel 37 is arranged on the fixed support 35, the alignment precision of the smoke guiding pipe device 11 in the lifting process is improved, the U-shaped pipe body 39 comprises a diffusing device 40, an explosion-proof cover 38 and an adjusting turning plate 36, the diffusing device 40 and the explosion-proof cover 38 are both safety measures, and the diffusing device 40 discharges residual smoke dust in a pipe after smoke guiding is completed, so that excessive explosion is prevented from occurring due to accumulation. The explosion-proof cover 38 is opened rapidly by explosion in the pipe during smoke guiding process, and prevents damage to equipment. The negative pressure of the adjusting turning plate 36 is adjusted in real time according to the pressure value in the smoke guiding process, the purpose that smoke is not generated in the coke oven production process and the chemical products are not influenced is achieved, and the adjusting turning plate 36 is driven by the oil cylinder V41. The U-shaped pipe 39 is in butt joint with the water seal cover 48 in a water seal mode, so that the effect that smoke dust does not escape is achieved. In the smoke guiding process, the U-shaped pipe body 39 is made of high-temperature-resistant corrosion-resistant stainless steel due to high smoke temperature and open flame.
The smoke guide pipe device 11 is provided with two sets of cover uncovering mechanisms 50 which are arranged inside the U-shaped pipe body 39, the cover uncovering mechanisms 50 drive the lifting water-opening and closing sealing cover 48 through the cover uncovering oil cylinder 13, and the water-opening and closing sealing cover 48 is carried out inside the U-shaped pipe body 39 to prevent smoke dust in the link from overflowing.
The roller group 33 is arranged below the smoke guide pipe device 11, the roller group 33 is arranged on the track 12, when the side furnace is charged with coal, the smoke guide pipe device 11 can move a furnace distance on the track 12 through the driving of the oil cylinder I14, the side furnace is charged with coal and the smoke guide is simultaneously carried out, and the environmental protection performance is improved.

the running device is arranged below the steel structure platform and is used for driving the whole smokeless coal charging car to run; the cab is arranged below the steel structure platform, the electric chamber and the hydraulic chamber are arranged above the steel structure platform, the hydraulic system, the lubrication system and the air circuit system are arranged in the hydraulic chamber, the hydraulic system provides power for an oil cylinder of the whole smokeless coal charging car, the lubrication system lubricates a lubrication point of the whole smokeless coal charging car, the air circuit system sweeps the steel structure platform, and the electric system is arranged in the electric chamber; the operation of each action unit of the smokeless coal charging car is completed in the cab by a driver, and the action units realize full-automatic operation and unit step sequence operation through an electric system and a hydraulic system; the air conditioning system adjusts the temperature of the cab, the electric room and the hydraulic room; the oil cylinders of the whole smokeless coal charging vehicle are arranged above the steel structure platform and far away from the high-temperature area;
the coal bucket device is arranged above the steel structure platform and is used for receiving coal below the coal tower, the weight of the coal in the coal bucket device is measured through the weighing system, the accurate control of the coal loading amount is realized, a reasonable coal loading curve is formed, the coal leveling time is shortened, and the overflow of smoke dust at a coal leveling port of the coke oven during coal loading is effectively inhibited; the screw feeding device is arranged below the coal bucket device, a speed reducing motor connected with the end part of the screw feeding device drives the screw feeding device to rotate, coal stored in the coal bucket device is discharged into the guide sleeve device through the gate plate device to enter the carbonization chamber, the guide sleeve device is fixed on the steel structure platform, and the gate plate device adopts a grab gate plate;
the uncovering device is arranged at the left side of the guide sleeve device and is used for driving the furnace cover of the furnace body to be separated from the furnace seat so as to finish uncovering; the furnace cover cleaning device is arranged on the upper side of the furnace cover and is used for cleaning the furnace cover; the furnace seat cleaning device is arranged on the right side of the guide sleeve device and is used for cleaning the furnace seat; the smoke guide pipe device is arranged at the first hole position on the coke side and is used for guiding smoke.

The smokeless coal charging car with the smoke guiding function according to claim 1, wherein the rubber springs are arranged at the connection positions of the running device and the steel structure platform, so that the impact of dynamic load on the furnace top of the coke oven during running of the smokeless coal charging car is effectively reduced.
