Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the related art, the invention provides a curtain wall unit body hoisting system, which aims to solve the technical problems that the existing hoisting mode consumes machinery and manpower and is easy to cause safety problems.
The invention provides a curtain wall unit body hoisting system, which is used for hoisting curtain wall unit bodies and comprises the following components:
the hoisting support is arranged on the roof;
one end of the guide cable is arranged on the hoisting bracket, and the other end of the guide cable is arranged on the ground;
a suspension assembly mounted on the guide cable;
the first winch is arranged on the roof or the hoisting support, and when the first winch pulls the suspension assembly, the suspension assembly goes up and down along the guide cable rope to hoist the curtain wall unit body fixed on the suspension assembly.
This technical scheme leads the subassembly that hangs of going up and down through should saying the hawser, guarantees the hoist and mount safety and the stability of curtain cell cube, simple structure labour saving and time saving.
In some of these embodiments, the suspension assembly comprises:
the suspension bracket is connected with the first winch, and the curtain wall unit body is suspended on the suspension bracket;
and the stabilizing frame is hung on the hanging frame and is slidably arranged on the guide cable, and the stabilizing frame is sleeved on the curtain wall unit body.
According to the technical scheme, the suspension frame and the stabilizing frame are used for supporting and limiting and guiding the curtain wall unit bodies respectively, the structure is split, the weight is light, and the load of the first winch is reduced.
In some of these embodiments, the suspension assembly further comprises:
and the top end of the first hoisting belt is arranged on the suspension bracket, and the bottom end of the first hoisting belt is fixed on the top end of the curtain wall unit body.
This technical scheme realizes the support of mounted frame to the curtain cell cube through first hoist and mount area, realizes the hoist and mount of curtain cell cube.
In some of these embodiments, the suspension assembly further comprises:

This technical scheme is connected the mounted frame and curtain cell cube through second hoist and mount area, plays redundant effect, prevents that curtain cell cube hoist and mount in-process from dropping.
In some of these embodiments, the first and second hoisting belts are symmetrically arranged in two. This technical scheme is through two hoist and mount areas to evenly supporting curtain cell cube both sides, keeps the curtain cell cube steady.
In some of these embodiments, the stabilizer comprises:
the limiting part is hung on the suspension bracket, the middle part of the limiting part is provided with a limiting groove, and the curtain wall unit body penetrates through the limiting groove;
and the guiding part is arranged on the limiting part and is arranged on the guiding cable in a sliding way.
This technical scheme slides on the guide cable rope through the guide portion, realizes the guide that the guide hawser removed the steady rest.
In some of these embodiments, the guide portion has a guide hole through which the guide cable is threaded. This technical scheme is spacing to the steady rest through wearing to establish messenger's guide hawser, guarantees that it removes along the guide hawser.
In some embodiments, the guide portion has a guide wheel mounted thereon, and the guide wheel rolls on the guide cable when the suspension assembly is lifted. In some of these embodiments, further comprising:
the tensioning seat is provided with a tensioning wheel and is arranged on the ground;
and the second winch is arranged on the ground, the guide cable bypasses the tension wheel from the lower side and is connected with the second winch, and the second winch pulls the guide cable to be tensioned.
According to the technical scheme, the guide cable is tensioned through the traction of the second winch, the droop and the deflection of the guide cable are reduced, and the lifting stability of the suspension assembly is improved.
Based on the technical scheme, the lifting of the suspension assembly is guided by the guide cable and the suspension assembly is stably lifted under the action of resisting wind power, so that the curtain wall unit body is stably hoisted, manual participation is not needed in the hoisting process, labor is saved and safety in the operation process is realized, the system structure is simple, excessive mechanical participation is not needed, and the technical problems that machinery and labor are consumed and safety is easily caused in the conventional hoisting mode are solved.

The technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, in one exemplary embodiment of the curtain wall unit hoist system of the present invention, the curtain wall unit hoist system includes a hoist bracket 1, a guide rope 21, a suspension assembly 3, and a first hoist 41.
The hoisting support 1 is installed on the roof A at the top of the building, one end of the guide cable 2 is installed on the hoisting support 1, and the other end is installed on the ground B. The suspension unit 3 is mounted on the guide cable 2 and the first hoisting machine 41 is mounted on the roof a or on the hoisting support 1 and is connected to the suspension unit 3 by means of the pulling cable 22.
The curtain wall unit C is fixed to the hanger assembly 3, and the first winding machine 41 draws the hanger assembly 3 through the pulling cable 22 to raise the hanger assembly 3 along the guide cable 21, thereby lifting the curtain wall unit C to a desired installation position on the top of the building. When the first winch 41 is fixed on the roof a at the top of the building as shown in fig. 2, the fixed pulley 11 is installed on the hoisting bracket 1, and the traction cable 22 is connected with the suspension assembly 3 downwards after passing around the fixed pulley 11; as shown in fig. 1, when the first hoist 41 is secured to the lifting bracket 1, the tow cable 22 is directly connected downwardly to the hitch unit 3.
In the above exemplary embodiment, the suspension assembly 3 in the curtain wall unit hoisting system is slidably mounted on the guide cable 21, the guide cable 21 can guide the lifting of the suspension assembly 3, so that the suspension assembly 3 is lifted along the guide cable 21, the lifting process is stable, the guide cable 21 can limit the suspension assembly 3 in the lifting process, the suspension assembly 3 is prevented from being separated from the fixed guide cable 21 and swinging on a horizontal plane, the windward side of the guide cable 21 is less, the influence of wind force can be resisted, and the suspension assembly 3 is difficult to swing, so that the lifting stability of the suspension assembly 3 under the action of wind force is still maintained, the curtain wall unit C can be stably lifted along with the suspension assembly 3, the safety in hoisting is higher, no manual participation is needed in the hoisting process, the operation is labor-saving, the system is simple in structure, and fewer mechanical devices are needed, and the technical problem that the safety problem is easily caused by mechanical and manpower consumption in the current hoisting mode is solved To give a title.
In some embodiments, the suspension assembly 3 includes a suspension bracket 31 and a stabilizer bracket 32. The curtain wall unit C is hung on the hanger bracket 31, the traction cable 22 is connected with the hanger bracket 31, and the first winch 41 directly pulls the hanger bracket 31 through the traction cable 22, thereby lifting the curtain wall unit C fixed on the hanger bracket 31. The stabilizer 32 is sleeved on the curtain wall unit body C, so that the stabilizer 32 surrounds the curtain wall unit body C, and the curtain wall unit body C is limited to shake in the horizontal direction and keep stable. The stabilizer 32 is slidably mounted on the guide cable 21 to be lifted along the guide cable 21 and restricts the curtain wall unit body C from being lifted along the guide cable 21. The stabilizing frame 32 is hung on the hanging frame 31 through the connecting cable 23, so that the hanging frame 31 is connected with the stabilizing frame 32, the distance between the hanging frame 31 and the stabilizing frame 32 is fixed, and the stabilizing frame 32 is kept sleeved on the curtain wall unit body C to continuously limit and guide the curtain wall unit body C. The suspension assembly 3 adopts the suspension bracket 31 and the stabilizing bracket 32 which are separated and connected, thereby reducing the weight of the structure and reducing the load when the first winch 41 is hoisted.
In some embodiments, the suspension assembly 3 further comprises a first sling 33. The top end of the first hoisting belt 33 is installed on the suspension bracket 31, and the bottom end of the first hoisting belt 33 is fixed on the top end of the curtain wall unit body C, so that the suspension bracket 31 is connected with the curtain wall unit body C, and the suspension bracket 31 is used for suspending and hoisting the curtain wall unit body C through the first hoisting belt 33. First hoist and mount area 33 is connected on curtain cell cube C top, makes curtain cell cube C whole can both freely droop, can not unbalance under the dead weight effect and take place the swing, guarantees hoist and mount stability.
In some embodiments, the suspension assembly 3 further comprises a second sling 34. The top end of the second hoisting belt 34 is installed on the suspension bracket 31, and the bottom end of the second hoisting belt 34 is connected to the upper part of one side edge of the curtain wall unit body C. The second hoisting belt 34 is used as redundancy for connecting the suspension frame 31 and the curtain wall unit body C, and when the first hoisting belt 33 is broken or a fixed point falls off, the second hoisting belt 34 keeps the suspension frame 31 in suspension and hoisting on the curtain wall unit body C, so that the safety is improved. The lateral part of curtain cell cube is connected to second hoist and mount area 34 to keep away from first hoist and mount area 33, avoid two hoist and mount contacts between the area and take place the winding, make first hoist and mount area 33 unable flare-ups, curtain cell cube C hangs unbalance.
In some embodiments, the first sling 33 and the second sling 34 are symmetrically arranged in two. The hoisting belts are symmetrically arranged, so that the two sides of the curtain wall unit body C are supported and kept stable.
In some embodiments, the stabilizer 32 includes a stop portion 321 and a guide portion 322. The stopper portion 321 is connected to the hanger 31 via the connecting cable 23, and is thus hung on the hanger 31. The middle of the limiting part 321 is provided with a limiting groove 323, and the curtain wall unit C penetrates through the limiting groove 323, so that the stabilizing frame 32 is sleeved on the curtain wall unit C. The guide portion 322 is mounted on the stopper portion 321, and is slidably mounted on the guide wire 21, so that the stabilizer 32 is lifted and lowered along the guide wire 21.
In some embodiments, the guide portion 322 has a guide hole 324, and the guide cable 21 is inserted through the guide hole 324, so that the guide cable 21 cannot be radially withdrawn from the guide portion 324, the sliding connection between the guide cable and the guide portion is maintained, and meanwhile, the guide cable 21 can limit the radial movement of the guide portion 322 through the guide hole 324, so as to prevent the stabilizing frame 32 from shaking, and keep the curtain wall unit C stably lifted.
In some embodiments, guide wheel 325 is mounted on guide 324. As the suspension assembly 3 is raised and lowered, the guide rollers 325 roll on the guide cables 21. Through the rolling contact of guide pulley 325 and guide cable 21, avoid the friction, reduce wearing and tearing, improve life. In order to keep the guide wheel 325 rolling on the guide cable 21, the guide wheel 325 may be provided with a wheel groove in which the guide cable 21 is located.
In some embodiments, two guide cables 21 are provided at intervals, the suspension assembly 3 is lifted and lowered in the space between the two guide cables 21, and both sides are slidably connected to the corresponding guide cables 21. Two guide cables 21 respectively guide the lifting of two sides of the same suspension assembly 3, so that the lifting stability of the suspension assembly 3 can be improved. In order to match the two guide cables 21, the stabilizer 32 has two guide portions 322 so that both sides of the stabilizer 32 are slidably mounted on the corresponding guide cables 21, respectively.
In some embodiments, the curtain wall unit hoist system further comprises a tension seat 5 and a second hoist 42. The tensioning seat 5 and the second winding machine 42 are both installed on the ground B, the tensioning seat 5 is provided with a tensioning wheel 51, and the bottom end of the guide rope 21 is connected with the second winding machine 42 after bypassing the tensioning wheel 51 from the lower side. The guiding cable 21 is tensioned under the traction of the second winch 42, so as to avoid the deformation of the guiding cable by the action of gravity, and the curtain wall unit C is prevented from colliding with the building body and being damaged by being too close to the building stairs in the process of lifting the suspension assembly 3 along the guiding cable 21. And the tensioned guide cable 21 can resist the action of wind power and keep stable, thereby improving the lifting stability and safety of the curtain wall unit body C.
Through the description of the embodiments of the curtain wall unit body hoisting system, it can be seen that the embodiments of the curtain wall unit body hoisting system at least have one or more of the following advantages:
1. the lifting of the suspension assembly is guided through the guide cable, the stability of lifting of the unit body of the curtain wall is improved, the safety of lifting is guaranteed, mechanical equipment is few in use, and time and labor are saved.
2. The suspension assembly adopts a split structure, so that the weight is light, and the load of the winch is reduced.
3. The curtain cell cube adopts two hoist and mount areas to connect, and connection structure is redundant, improves the security.
4. The guide hawser has two, hangs the subassembly both sides and goes up and down stably, improves curtain cell cube hoist and mount stability.
5. The guide cable is tensioned by ground equipment, so that the damage of the curtain wall unit body due to the contact with stairs is avoided, and meanwhile, the wind resistance is improved.
Finally, it should be noted that: the embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
