The present disclosure provides a nasal irrigator and a method of using the same, the nasal irrigator comprising: a positive pressure portion including: the nasal cavity cleaning device comprises a first liquid storage bottle, an air inlet pipe arranged on the first liquid storage bottle, an air inlet pump arranged on the air inlet pipe, a liquid outlet pipe arranged on the first liquid storage bottle, and a water injection nasal wash head arranged at a liquid outlet of the liquid outlet pipe; negative pressure portion, negative pressure portion includes: the second liquid storage bottle, a liquid inlet pipe arranged on the second liquid storage bottle, an air outlet pipe arranged on the second liquid storage bottle, an air exhaust pump arranged on the air outlet pipe and a water absorption nose washing head arranged at a liquid inlet of the liquid inlet pipe; and the control part is connected with the positive pressure part and the negative pressure part and controls the working states of the positive pressure part and the negative pressure part, the working state of the positive pressure part comprises the working state of the air intake pump, and the working state of the negative pressure part comprises the working state of the air exhaust pump. As shown in fig. 3, the positive pressure part 100 further includes: a first impeller 191 provided on the water injection washing nose head 150 for forming a vortex flow of the water injected into the nostril from the water injection washing nose head 150; and a first micro-motor 192 disposed within said handset 300; wherein the output shaft of the first micro motor 192 is connected to a first rotating shaft 193, and the first impeller 191 is driven to rotate by the first rotating shaft 193; the negative pressure portion 200 further includes: a second impeller 291 provided on the nose-washing water-absorbing head 250 for forming a vortex flow of water flowing into the nose-washing water-absorbing head 250 from the nostril; and a second micro-motor 292 arranged in the hand-held device 300; the output shaft of the second micro motor 292 is connected to a second rotating shaft 293, and the second impeller 291 is driven to rotate by the second rotating shaft 293; the working state of the positive-voltage part 100 further includes the working state of the first micro motor 192; the operation state of the negative pressure part 200 also includes the operation state of the second micro motor 292.
By adopting the scheme, the first impeller 191 is additionally arranged on the water injection washing nose head 150, so that the nasal wash liquid enters the nasal cavity to form a vortex, the washing capacity of the nasal wash liquid is enhanced, and a better nasal wash effect is achieved; and on the basis, the water flow is reduced, the water hammer effect of the bend can be reduced, the impact force on the nasal mucosa at the bend is reduced, and the nasal irrigation effect is ensured not to be deteriorated. The water hammer effect means that if a valve is suddenly closed in a water channel, water in a pipeline suddenly brakes, huge impact is generated on the valve, and the water hammer impacts at the corner of the pipeline at any time, so that the water hammer needs to bear large impulsive force because the momentum direction of the water needs to be changed.
In some embodiments, the nasal irrigator further comprises a detector for detecting the current water content of the nasal cavity; the control part is also connected with the detector and used for adjusting the working states of the positive pressure part 100 and the negative pressure part 200 in real time according to the current water content of the nasal cavity.
Wherein, miniature acoustic detector is selected for use to the detector, miniature acoustic detector includes: a patch for application to a target nasal cavity location; a sound source for emitting sound waves in a pulsed manner, the sound source being disposed in the center of the patch; a pressure sensor for receiving the reflected wave, the pressure sensor being disposed at a peripheral edge of the patch; and the processor is used for judging the current water content of the target nasal cavity according to the frequency spectrum characteristics of the reflected wave, and is connected with the control part, the sound source and the pressure sensor.

The control unit is mainly configured to receive feedback data from the pressure sensor, the flow meter, and the detector, and control the operating states of the intake air pump 130, the extraction air pump 240, the throttle valve, and the impeller according to the feedback data. The control part can be a chip and is arranged in the nose washing device.
As shown in fig. 2, the nasal irrigator may include a housing 400, the first reservoir 110 and the second reservoir 210 are disposed inside the housing 400, the housing 400 has an upper opening, an openable and closable door 410 is disposed at the opening, the liquid outlet of the liquid outlet tube 140 extends from the top of the housing 400, the liquid inlet of the liquid inlet tube 220 extends from the top of the housing 400, the liquid outlet tube 140 and the liquid inlet tube 220 are fixed by the hand-held device 300, a control knob 420 may be disposed on the housing 400 to adjust the first medical throttle 160 and the second medical throttle 260, and the control portion may be a chip disposed inside the housing 400.
In addition, in some embodiments, the nasal irrigator further comprises a communication module for transmitting nasal irrigation data with a terminal device, wherein the nasal irrigation data comprises real-time working parameter data of the positive pressure part 100 and the negative pressure part 200 and water content data of a target nasal sinus. Wherein the real-time operating parameter data comprises: the power of the intake air pump 130 and the exhaust air pump 240, the operating states of the first medical throttle valve 160 and the second medical throttle valve 260, the operating states of the first micro-motor 192 and the second micro-motor 292, and the like.
In the scheme, the data transmission between the nose washing device and the terminal equipment (such as terminal equipment such as a mobile phone or a computer) is realized through the communication module, so that nose washing data in the nose washing process, such as real-time working parameter data and water content data of a target nasal sinus, can be uploaded, and the terminal equipment can customize an individualized nose washing scheme through historical nose washing data.
Wherein, communication module includes at least one in bluetooth module, WIFI module and communication interface.
The terminal equipment stores historical nasal irrigation data uploaded from the nasal irrigator, and the historical nasal irrigation data can be a series of nasal irrigation data generated in multiple nasal irrigation within a preset period of time or preset times;
the terminal equipment analyzes historical nasal irrigation data and determines nasal irrigation limit parameters corresponding to a target patient, wherein the nasal irrigation limit parameters are tolerance and standard safety limit of a user;
the terminal equipment generates the working parameters of the positive pressure part 100 and the working parameters of the negative pressure part 200 according to the nasal irrigation limit parameters, the working parameters of the positive pressure part 100 comprise the highest pressure peak value of the air inlet pump 130, and the working parameters of the negative pressure part 200 comprise the highest pressure peak value of the air exhaust pump 240, so that the water injection pressure and the water injection flow are adjusted to control the water amount in the nasal cavity according to historical nasal irrigation data, and the water amount is ensured to be suitable for the nasal cavity and the nasal sinus volume of a user.
In addition, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a method for using a nasal irrigator, which is applied to the nasal irrigator in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and the method for using the nasal irrigator includes:
the control part is used for controlling the positive pressure part and the negative pressure part to work alternately, wherein when the positive pressure part works, nasal wash liquid is injected into nostrils so as to enlarge the volume of the paranasal sinuses, and the nasal wash liquid enters the paranasal sinuses; when the negative pressure part works, the volume of the nasal sinuses is reduced under the action of the negative pressure, so that nasal wash and excrement are discharged.
The use method of nasal irrigator that this disclosed embodiment provided can realize that negative pressure replacement method washs the paranasal sinus, compares in traditional one side nostril water injection, the mode that the opposite side nostril goes out water, can effectively wash the paranasal sinus.

Claims (10)
1. A nasal irrigator, comprising:
a positive pressure portion for injecting nasal wash into a nostril, the positive pressure portion comprising: the nasal cavity washing device comprises a first liquid storage bottle, an air inlet pipe arranged on the first liquid storage bottle, an air inlet pump arranged on the air inlet pipe, a liquid outlet pipe arranged on the first liquid storage bottle, and a water injection nasal cavity washing head arranged at a liquid outlet of the liquid outlet pipe;
a negative pressure portion for suctioning intranasal contaminants from within a nostril, the negative pressure portion comprising: the second liquid storage bottle, a liquid inlet pipe arranged on the second liquid storage bottle, an air outlet pipe arranged on the second liquid storage bottle, an air exhaust pump arranged on the air outlet pipe, and a water absorption nose washing head arranged at a liquid inlet of the liquid inlet pipe;
the control part is connected with the positive pressure part and the negative pressure part and used for controlling the working states of the positive pressure part and the negative pressure part, the working state of the positive pressure part comprises the working state of the air inlet pump, and the working state of the negative pressure part comprises the working state of the air exhaust pump.
2. The nasal irrigator of claim 1,
the positive pressure part also comprises a first medical throttle valve arranged on the liquid outlet pipe and used for controlling the water injection flow of the liquid outlet pipe for injecting water into the nostril;
the negative pressure part also comprises a second medical throttle valve arranged on the liquid inlet pipe and used for controlling the water suction flow of the liquid inlet pipe sucking water from the nostrils;
the working state of the positive pressure part further comprises: the working state of the first medical throttle valve and the second medical throttle valve.
3. The nasal irrigator of claim 1,
the positive pressure part also comprises a first pressure sensor and a first flowmeter which are arranged on the liquid outlet pipe, and the negative pressure part also comprises a second pressure sensor and a second flowmeter which are arranged on the liquid inlet pipe;
the control part is further connected with the first pressure sensor, the second pressure sensor, the first flow meter and the second flow meter respectively, and is used for controlling the working states of the positive pressure part and the negative pressure part according to pressure information and flow information fed back by the first pressure sensor, the second pressure sensor, the first flow meter and the second flow meter.
4. The nasal irrigator of claim 2,
the nose washer still includes handheld ware, the drain pipe with the feed liquor pipe is fixed on the handheld ware, just the handheld ware is located on the drain pipe fill water wash the nose head with position between the first stock solution bottle, on the feed liquor pipe absorb water wash the nose head with position between the second stock solution bottle.

the positive pressure portion further includes: the first impeller is arranged on the water injection washing nose head and is used for enabling water flow injected into a nostril from the water injection washing nose head to form vortex; and a first micro-motor disposed within said handset; the output shaft of the first micro motor is connected with a first rotating shaft and drives the first impeller to rotate through the first rotating shaft;
the negative pressure portion further includes: the second impeller is arranged on the water-absorbing nose washing head and is used for forming vortex flow of water flowing into the water-absorbing nose washing head from nostrils; the second micro motor is arranged in the hand-held device; the output shaft of the second micro motor is connected with a second rotating shaft and drives the second impeller to rotate through the second rotating shaft;
the working state of the positive pressure part also comprises the working state of the first micro motor;
the working state of the negative pressure part also comprises the working state of the second micro motor.
6. The nasal irrigator of claim 5,
the nose washer also comprises a detector for detecting the current water content of the nasal cavity;
the control part is also connected with the detector and used for adjusting the working states of the positive pressure part and the negative pressure part in real time according to the current water content of the nasal cavity.
7. The nasal irrigator of claim 6,
the probe includes a miniature acoustic detector, the miniature acoustic detector including:
a patch for application to a target nasal cavity location;
a sound source for emitting sound waves in a pulsed manner, the sound source being disposed in the center of the patch;
a pressure sensor for receiving the reflected wave, the pressure sensor being disposed at a peripheral edge of the patch;
and the processor is used for judging the current water content of the target nasal cavity according to the frequency spectrum characteristics of the reflected wave, and is connected with the control part, the sound source and the pressure sensor.
8. The nasal irrigator of claim 6,
the nose washer further comprises a communication module used for carrying out nose washing data transmission between the nose washer and the terminal equipment, and the nose washing data comprise real-time working parameter data of the positive pressure part and real-time working parameter data of the negative pressure part and water content data of the target nasal sinuses.
9. The nasal irrigator of claim 1,
the nasal irrigator further comprises:
a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the nasal wash liquid in the first liquid storage bottle, wherein the temperature sensor is arranged on at least one of the first liquid storage bottle and the liquid outlet pipe,
the heater is used for heating the nasal wash in the first liquid storage bottle;
the control part still with temperature sensor with the heater is connected respectively, is used for when the nose washing liquid temperature that temperature sensor detected does not reach the target temperature, control the heater heating nose washing liquid extremely in the first stock solution bottle the target temperature.

A method for using the nasal irrigator, which is applied to the nasal irrigator according to any one of claims 1 to 9, and comprises the following steps: the control part is used for controlling the positive pressure part and the negative pressure part to work alternately, wherein when the positive pressure part works, nasal wash liquid is injected into nostrils so as to enlarge the volume of the paranasal sinuses, and the nasal wash liquid enters the paranasal sinuses; when the negative pressure part works, the volume of the nasal sinuses is reduced under the action of the negative pressure, so that nasal wash and excrement are discharged.
