Abstract
本发明公开了一种叉车电池模组,包括电芯(6),在电芯之间设有固定保护垫(13)、上部设有正极连接柱(61)和负极连接柱(62),在电芯的两侧设有左侧板(1)和右侧板(2)、前后两端设有前板(3)和后板(4)、上部设有盖板(11)和用于将电芯(6)串联或并联的金属连接导体(5),金属连接导体和正极连接柱或负极连接柱连接,在电芯的四周设有绝缘片(7),在左侧板和右侧板的顶部和两侧边的边缘均设有弯折边(8)。本发明可以解决现有铅酸电池普遍没有固定结构的问题,且增加设有绝缘片,防止短路;通过金属连接导体,可以使得多个电芯成为一个模组,方便组装使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及叉车电池模组领域,具体涉及一种叉车电池模组。
背景技术
目前的叉车电池正处于铅酸电池替换锂离子电池的过程,铅酸电池普遍没有模组模块,电芯直接码放在箱体内部,体积大重量大,组装困难,生产效率低,靠线缆加锁螺钉方式串联所有电芯的正负极柱,形成电流回路。由于电芯上下方向没有固定结构,叉车运行过程中,电芯很容易产生弹跳窜动,日积月累,电芯极柱与电缆逐渐松脱,内阻变大影响导电效率,并产生安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明提供一种叉车电池模组,解决现有铅酸电池普遍没有固定结构,没有模组模块,且组装困难、生产效率低等的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种叉车电池模组,包括均匀排布的多个电芯,在所述电芯之间设有用于防止碰撞和起固定作用的固定保护垫,在所述电芯上部设有正极连接柱和负极连接柱,在所述电芯的两侧对称设有左侧板和右侧板,在所述电芯的前后两端对称设有前板和后板,在所述电芯的上方设有盖板和用于将所述电芯串联或并联的金属连接导体,所述金属连接导体和所述正极连接柱或所述负极连接柱连接,在所述电芯的四周设有绝缘片,所述绝缘片位于所述电芯和所述左侧板、所述右侧板、所述前板以及所述后板两两之间,在所述左侧板和所述右侧板的顶部和两侧边的边缘均设有弯折边,所述弯折边的弯折角度范围为90°-110°,所述弯折边与所述电芯相互卡和连接,在所述左侧板和所述右侧板的两侧边的边缘均设有台阶卡扣,在所述前板和所述后板上设有与所述台阶卡扣相匹配的台阶卡孔。
优选的,所述固定保护垫为双面胶。
优选的,在所述前板和所述后板上设有电极固定架,所述金属连接导体和所述电极固定架固定连接。
优选的,所述金属连接导体为波浪形状的金属板,在所述金属连接导体设有导体固定件,所述金属连接导体通过所述导体固定件和所述电芯固定连接。
优选的,所述金属连接导体至少设有两个。
优选的,所述金属连接导体材质为铝材质或铜材质。
优选的,所述左侧板和所述右侧板的材质为金属或塑料。
优选的,所述前板和所述后板的材质为金属或塑料。
本发明实现的有益效果:相对现有的组装方式,本发明电芯通过固定保护垫、左侧板、右侧板、前板以及后板的上的弯折边组装在一起,并通过左侧板和右侧板的两侧边的台阶卡扣与和前板和后板上的台阶卡孔相匹配卡和连接,并在电芯上方设有用于将电芯串联或并联的金属连接导体。本发明叉车电池模组,一方面,可以解决现有铅酸电池普遍没有固定结构的问题,且增加设有绝缘片、固定保护垫,防止短路、防止运输过程中电芯之间相互碰撞;另一方面,通过金属连接导体、固定保护垫,可以使得多个电芯成为一个模组,方便组装使用。同时,本发明结构简单,组装方便、生产效率高。不仅如此,本发明的固定保护垫可以使得电芯之间具有一定的间隙,可以很好的防止电芯在充、放电过程中因膨胀发生损毁问题。

如图所示,叉车电池模组,包括均匀排布的多个电芯6,在电芯6之间设有用于防止碰撞和起固定作用的固定保护垫13,在电芯6上部设有正极连接柱61和负极连接柱62,在电芯6的两侧对称设有左侧板1和右侧板2,在电芯6的前后两端对称设有前板3和后板4,在电芯6的上方设有盖板11和用于将电芯6串联或并联的金属连接导体5,金属连接导体5和正极连接柱61或负极连接柱62连接,在电芯6的四周设有绝缘片7,绝缘片7位于电芯6和左侧板1、右侧板2、前板3以及后板4两两之间,在左侧板1和右侧板2的顶部和两侧边的边缘均设有弯折边8,弯折边的弯折角度范围为90°-110°,弯折边8与电芯6相互卡和连接,在左侧板1和右侧板2的两侧边的边缘均设有台阶卡扣9,在前板3和后板4上设有与台阶卡扣9相匹配的台阶卡孔10。

1.一种叉车电池模组,其特征在于:包括均匀排布的多个电芯(6),在所述电芯(6)之间设有用于防止碰撞和起固定作用的固定保护垫(13),在所述电芯(6)上部设有正极连接柱(61)和负极连接柱(62),在所述电芯(6)的两侧对称设有左侧板(1)和右侧板(2),在所述电芯(6)的前后两端对称设有前板(3)和后板(4),在所述电芯(6)的上方设有盖板(11)和用于将所述电芯(6)串联或并联的金属连接导体(5),所述金属连接导体(5)和所述正极连接柱(61)或所述负极连接柱(62)连接,在所述电芯(6)的四周设有绝缘片(7),所述绝缘片(7)位于所述电芯(6)和所述左侧板(1)、所述右侧板(2)、所述前板(3)以及所述后板(4)两两之间,在所述左侧板(1)和所述右侧板(2)的顶部和两侧边的边缘均设有弯折边(8),所述弯折边的弯折角度范围为90°-110°,所述弯折边(8)与所述电芯(6)相互卡和连接,在所述左侧板(1)和所述右侧板(2)的两侧边的边缘均设有台阶卡扣(9),在所述前板(3)和所述后板(4)上设有与所述台阶卡扣(9)相匹配的台阶卡孔(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的叉车电池模组,其特征在于:所述固定保护垫(13)为双面胶。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的叉车电池模组,其特征在于:在所述前板(3)和所述后板(4)上设有电极固定架(12),所述金属连接导体(5)和所述电极固定架(12)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的叉车电池模组,其特征在于:所述金属连接导体(5)为波浪形状的金属板,在所述金属连接导体(5)设有导体固定件(51),所述金属连接导体(5)通过所述导体固定件(51)和所述电芯(6)固定连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的叉车电池模组,其特征在于:所述金属连接导体(6)至少设有两个。
6.根据权利要求4所述的叉车电池模组,其特征在于:所述金属连接导体(6)材质为铝材质或铜材质。
7.根据权利要求4所述的叉车电池模组,其特征在于:所述左侧板(1)和所述右侧板(2)的材质为金属或塑料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的叉车电池模组,其特征在于:所述前板(3)和所述后板(4)的材质为金属或塑料。
