Folding lock
Technical Field
The invention relates to a folding lock, in particular to a lock which can further embed and buckle a lock column and can prevent a thief from opening a latch slot of a lock seat so as to achieve the anti-theft effect of the optimal lock buckle.
Background
Locks, most commonly cable locks, U-locks and fold-locks, which are commonly used to secure articles in place to prevent theft of the articles (e.g., bicycles), although the kinds of locks for locking articles are many, the folding lock is most convenient, mainly because the cable lock and the U-shaped lock have large volume, heavy weight and occupy quite large space when being stored, the folding lock can reduce the volume to the minimum in a folding way, so that the volume after being stored occupies less space, most of the common folding locks are provided with an inserting slot on the lock seat for inserting the end of the folding sheet, the lock core is linked with the lock column and penetrates into the inserting hole of the folding sheet to complete the locking action, however, the existing folding lock is easy to be opened by a tool through the inserting slot of the lock seat, so that the lock column is separated from the inserting hole of the folding sheet to lose the locking effect, and the anti-theft effect is still not ideal.
Disclosure of Invention
The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a folding lock, which can effectively solve the disadvantages of the existing folding lock.
The folding lock of the invention mainly comprises:
a folding sheet group, which is composed of a fixed folding sheet, a movable folding sheet, a plurality of middle folding sheets and a plurality of rivets, wherein the fixed folding sheet, the movable folding sheet and the plurality of middle folding sheets are respectively pivoted on the two outer sides of the plurality of middle folding sheets by the plurality of rivets, the fixed folding sheet and the movable folding sheet are respectively pivoted on the two outer sides of the plurality of middle folding sheets, a connecting seat is fixedly arranged on the fixed folding sheet, a through hole is arranged on the connecting seat, the outer end of the movable folding sheet is arranged as an inserting part, and an inserting sincere hole is arranged on the inserting part;
the lock seat is arranged on the inner side surface of the connecting seat on the fixed folding sheet, one end of the lock seat is provided with a containing groove, the wall surface of the lock seat is provided with an inserting groove, the containing groove is communicated with the inserting groove, the other end of the lock seat is provided with an inserting hole, the inserting hole of the lock seat penetrates through the inserting groove, and the inner wall surface of the inserting hole is relatively convexly provided with an inlay;
the fixing sleeve penetrates through the through hole of the connecting seat on the fixing folding piece and is arranged in the accommodating groove of the lock seat, a flange is arranged on the outer wall surface of one end part of the fixing sleeve, a containing chamber is arranged in the fixing sleeve, an annular groove is arranged at the outer end part of the containing chamber of the fixing sleeve, a sliding groove is axially arranged on the wall surface of the containing chamber of the fixing sleeve, an arc-shaped positioning embedded groove is vertically arranged, and a through hole communicated with the containing chamber is formed in the other end part of the fixing sleeve;
a lock cylinder seat arranged in the containing chamber of the fixed sleeve, wherein one end of the lock cylinder seat is provided with the containing chamber, the inner wall surface of the containing chamber of the lock cylinder seat is provided with a positioning strip groove, the other end of the lock cylinder seat is provided with a through hole penetrating through the containing chamber, the outer wall surface of the lock cylinder seat is provided with a positioning convex body arranged in the sliding groove of the fixed sleeve, the wall surface of the lock cylinder seat is provided with a steel ball hole communicated with the through hole of the lock cylinder seat, a positioning steel ball is arranged in the steel ball hole, and the other end surface of the lock cylinder seat is provided with a fixed insertion hole;
the lock core is arranged in the accommodating chamber of the lock core seat, one end of the lock core is provided with a key hole, the other end of the lock core is provided with a lock rod, the lock rod is provided with a cutting groove, and the wall surface of the lock core is provided with a clamping rod which is embedded in a positioning strip groove of the lock core seat;
a connecting rotary seat assembled on the lock core seat, one end of the connecting rotary seat is provided with a convex column, the convex column of the connecting rotary seat is arranged in the through hole of the lock core seat in a penetrating way, the convex column of the connecting rotary seat is internally provided with a lock rod hole for the lock rod of the lock core to penetrate, the convex column of the connecting rotary seat is provided with a notch, the other end of the connecting rotary seat is provided with a connecting convex body, the connecting convex body is internally provided with a through hole, the wall surface of the connecting rotary seat is provided with a first pin hole, the first pin hole is internally provided with a first fixing pin, the first fixing pin is inserted in the notch of the lock rod of the lock core, the wall surface of the connecting convex body is provided with a second pin hole, the second pin hole is internally provided with a second fixing pin, the end surface of the connecting rotary seat is provided with a fixing jack, a torsion spring is arranged between the connecting rotary seat and the lock core seat, one end of the torsion spring is embedded in the, the other end of the torsion spring is embedded in the fixed jack of the lock cylinder seat;
a lock column, which is arranged on the connecting rotary seat, one end of the lock column is provided with a convex column, the convex column of the lock column is arranged in a through hole of the connecting rotary seat, the convex column of the lock column is provided with a pin hole for inserting a second fixing pin on the connecting rotary seat, the lock column is provided with a blocking edge, the other end of the lock column is provided with an embedding groove, the wall surface of the other end of the lock column is provided with a tangent plane corresponding to the position of an inlay in the inserting hole of the lock seat, and a compression spring is sleeved on the connecting rotary seat and the lock column;
the fixed sleeve ring is arranged in the containing chamber of the fixed sleeve, the wall surface of the fixed sleeve ring is provided with a C-shaped snap ring, and the C-shaped snap ring is embedded in the annular groove of the fixed sleeve.
The folding lock of the invention, wherein, the outer end of the through hole of the connecting seat of the folding sheet group is provided with a flange, the flange of the fixed sleeve is used for the flange of the connecting seat to keep and position, the wall surface of the containing groove of the lock seat is provided with a spiral flange, and the outer wall surface of the fixed sleeve is provided with a spiral caulking groove which is used for being embedded with the spiral flange of the lock seat.
The folding lock of the invention, wherein, the wall of one end of the lock core base is equipped with at least a pinhole, there is a fixed pin in the pinhole, a anti-drilling part locates on the lock core base, the anti-drilling part has a convex body, the convex body of the anti-drilling part locates in the chamber of the lock core base, the convex body of the anti-drilling part has a ring groove for the fixed pin of the lock core base to insert, there is a key perforation on the anti-drilling part.
The folding lock has the advantages that: the lock cylinder can be further buckled, so that a thief can be prevented from opening the inserting slot of the lock seat, the lock core structure has the drilling-proof effect, and the optimal anti-theft effect can be achieved.

Detailed Description
In order to achieve the above-mentioned objects and advantages, the present invention provides a method for implementing the following embodiments, which are shown in the drawings and described in detail as follows:
referring to fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention mainly includes:
a folding sheet set 1, which is composed of a fixed folding sheet 10, a movable folding sheet 11, a plurality of middle folding sheets 12 and a plurality of rivets 13, wherein the fixed folding sheet 10, the movable folding sheet 11 and the plurality of middle folding sheets 12 are respectively formed by riveting and pivoting the plurality of rivets 13 one by one, the fixed folding sheet 10 and the movable folding sheet 11 are respectively pivoted at the two outer sides of the plurality of middle folding sheets 12, a connecting seat 14 is fixedly arranged on the fixed folding sheet 10, a through hole 140 is arranged on the connecting seat 14, the outer end part of the through hole 140 is provided with a blocking edge 141, the outer end of the movable folding sheet 11 is arranged as an inserting part 110, and an inserting hole 111 is arranged on the inserting part 110;
a lock base 2, which is arranged on the inner side surface of the connecting seat 14 on the fixed folding sheet 10, wherein one end of the lock base 2 is provided with a containing groove 20, the wall surface of the containing groove 20 is provided with a spiral flange 21, the wall surface of the lock base 2 is provided with an inserting groove 22, the containing groove 20 is communicated with the inserting groove 22, the other end of the lock base 2 is provided with an inserting hole 23, the inserting hole 23 penetrates through the inserting groove 22, and the inner wall surface of the inserting hole 23 is relatively convexly provided with an inlay 24;
a fixing sleeve 3 passing through the through hole 140 of the connecting seat 14 on the fixing folding sheet 10 and disposed in the accommodating groove 20 of the locking seat 2, a flange 30 is disposed on an outer wall surface of one end portion of the fixing sleeve 3, the flange 30 is used for blocking and positioning the blocking edge 141 of the connecting seat 14, a spiral caulking groove 31 matched with the spiral flange 21 of the locking seat 2 is disposed on the outer wall surface of the fixing sleeve 3, a containing chamber 32 is disposed in the fixing sleeve 3, an annular groove 33 is disposed at an outer end portion of the containing chamber 32, a sliding groove 34 is axially disposed on a wall surface of the containing chamber 32, an arc-shaped positioning caulking groove 35 is vertically disposed, and a through hole 36 communicated with the containing chamber 32 is disposed at the other end portion of the fixing sleeve 3;
a barrel seat 4 disposed in the accommodating chamber 32 of the fixing sleeve 3, one end of the barrel seat 4 being provided with an accommodating chamber 40, an inner wall surface of the accommodating chamber 40 being provided with a positioning strip groove 41, the other end of the barrel seat 4 being provided with a through hole 42 penetrating the accommodating chamber 40, an outer wall surface of the barrel seat 4 being provided with a positioning protrusion 43 disposed in the sliding groove 34 of the fixing sleeve 3, a wall surface of the barrel seat 4 being provided with a steel ball hole 44 communicating with the through hole 42, the steel ball hole 44 being provided with a positioning steel ball 45, a wall surface of one end of the barrel seat 4 being provided with at least one pin hole 46, the pin hole 46 being provided with a fixing pin 47 therein, and the other end surface of the barrel seat 4 being provided with a fixing insertion hole 48;
a lock core 5, which is disposed in the chamber 40 of the core holder 4, one end of the lock core 5 is provided with a key hole 50, the other end of the lock core 5 is provided with a lock bar 51, the lock bar 51 is provided with a cutting groove 52, and the wall surface of the lock core 5 is provided with a latch bar 53 (as shown in fig. 3) for being embedded in the positioning bar groove 41 of the core holder 4;
a connecting rotary seat 6 assembled on the core seat 4, one end of the connecting rotary seat 6 is provided with a convex column 60, the convex column 60 is arranged in the through hole 42 of the core seat 4 in a penetrating way, a lock rod hole 61 for the lock rod 51 of the lock core 5 to penetrate is arranged in the convex column 60, the convex column 60 is provided with a notch 62, the other end of the connecting rotary seat 6 is provided with a connecting convex body 63, a through hole 64 is arranged in the connecting convex body 63, the wall surface of the connecting rotary seat 6 is provided with a first pin hole 65, a first fixing pin 650 is arranged in the first pin hole 65, the wall surface of the connecting convex body 63 is provided with a second pin hole 66, a second fixing pin 660 is arranged in the second pin hole 66, the end surface of the connecting rotary seat 6 is provided with a fixing jack 67, a torsion spring 68 is arranged between the connecting rotary seat 6 and the core seat 4, one end of the torsion spring 68 is embedded in the fixing jack 67 of the connecting rotary seat 6, the other end of the torsion spring 68 is embedded in the fixed insertion hole 48 of the lock cylinder seat 4;
a lock column 7, which is arranged on the connecting rotary seat 6, one end of the lock column 7 is provided with a convex column 70, the convex column 70 is provided with a pin hole 71, the lock column 7 is provided with a blocking edge 72, the other end of the lock column 7 is provided with an embedding groove 73, the wall surface of the other end of the lock column 7 corresponding to the inlay 24 in the inserting hole 23 of the lock seat 2 is relatively provided with a tangent plane 74, and a compression spring 75 is sleeved on the connecting rotary seat 6 and the lock column 7;
an anti-drilling component 8 disposed on the lock cylinder base 4, the anti-drilling component 8 having a protrusion 80, the protrusion 80 being disposed in the accommodating chamber 40 of the lock cylinder base 4, the protrusion 80 having an annular groove 81, the anti-drilling component 8 having a key through hole 82;
a fixing ring 9 disposed in the containing chamber 32 of the fixing sleeve 3, a C-shaped retaining ring 90 disposed on the wall of the fixing ring 9, the C-shaped retaining ring 90 being embedded in the annular groove 33 of the fixing sleeve 3, so as to form a folding lock structure.
In the assembly of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 6, the lock base 2 is first disposed on the inner side surface of the connecting base 14 of the folded sheet set 1, the fixing sleeve 3 is assembled into the through hole 140 from the outer side of the connecting base 14 and disposed in the accommodating groove 20 of the lock base 2, the spiral caulking groove 31 of the fixing sleeve 3 and the spiral flange 21 of the lock base 2 are mutually caulked and fixed, the flange 30 of the fixing sleeve 3 is retained and positioned by the retaining edge 141 of the connecting base 14, so that the lock base 2 and the fixing sleeve 3 are fixedly disposed on the connecting base 14, the rotary seat 70 of the lock post 7 is further inserted into the through hole 64 of the connecting rotary seat 6, the second fixing pin 660 of the connecting rotary seat 6 is inserted into the pin hole 71 of the lock post 7, the lock post 70 and the connecting rotary seat 6 are fixedly disposed, the torsion spring 68 is further sleeved on the connecting rotary seat 6, so that one end of the torsion spring 68 is inserted into the fixing insertion hole 67 of the connecting rotary seat 6, the convex column 60 of the connecting rotary seat 6 is inserted into the through hole 42 of the core base 4, the other end of the torsion spring 68 is inserted into the fixing jack 48 of the core base 4, the core 5 is placed into the chamber 40 of the core base 4, the lock rod 51 of the core 5 is inserted into the lock rod hole 61 of the connecting rotary seat 6, the first fixing pin 650 of the connecting rotary seat 6 is inserted into the cutting groove 52 of the lock rod 51, the connecting rotary seat 6 is assembled with the core base 4 and the core 5, the cutting groove 62 of the connecting rotary seat 6 corresponds to the position of the steel ball hole 44 of the core base 4, the positioning steel ball 45 is arranged into the steel ball hole 44 of the core base 4 and the cutting groove 62 of the connecting rotary seat 6 (as shown in figure 6), the convex column 80 of the anti-drilling component 8 is arranged at the end of the chamber 40 of the core base 4, the fixing pin 47 of the core base 4 is inserted into the annular groove 81 of the anti-drilling component 8, and the end of the core base 4 is assembled with the anti-drilling component 8, the lock cylinder seat 4 can idle, the compression spring 75 is sleeved on the connecting rotary seat 6 and the lock column 7, the assembled lock cylinder seat 4, the lock cylinder 5, the torsion spring 68, the connecting rotary seat 6, the lock column 7, the compression spring 75, the anti-drilling component 8 and other components are placed in the containing chamber 32 of the fixed sleeve 3 together, the lock column 7 penetrates into the inserting slot 22 of the lock seat 2 through the through hole 36 of the fixed sleeve 3, the end part of the lock column 7 is inserted into the inserting hole 23 of the lock seat 2, the fixed lantern ring 9 is arranged in the containing chamber 32 of the fixed sleeve 3, the fixed lantern ring 9 is fixed in the fixed sleeve 3 by embedding the C-shaped snap ring 90 in the annular groove 33 of the fixed sleeve 3, and the lock cylinder seat 4 is positioned in the fixed sleeve 3, so that the whole assembly can be completed.
When the present invention is used, please refer to fig. 2-9, each folding sheet 10, 11, 12 of the folding sheet set 1 is unfolded and wound on the object to be locked and the fixed object, the inserting part 110 of the movable folding sheet 11 is inserted into the inserting groove 22 of the lock base 2, the inserting hole 111 on the inserting part 110 corresponds to the lock column 7 and the inserting hole 23 of the lock base 2, the protruded lock core base 4 is pressed towards the fixed sleeve 3, the lock column 7 is inserted into the inserting hole 111 of the movable folding sheet 11 and the inserting hole 23 of the lock base 2, the compression spring 75 is pressed to be in a compressed state, and the positioning steel ball 45 on the lock core base 4 corresponds to the positioning embedding groove 35 of the fixed sleeve 3, at this time, the positioning steel ball 45 is not pressed against the wall surface of the chamber 32 of the fixed sleeve 3, the torsion spring 68 is in an elastic return manner and drives the connecting rotary seat 6 to rotate, the positioning steel ball 45 is pressed against the outer surface of the connecting rotary seat 6 and is separated from the connecting rotary seat 62, the outer wall surface of the convex column 60 connected with the rotary seat 6 is abutted and clamped in the positioning caulking groove 35 of the fixed sleeve 3 (as shown in fig. 5), when the rotary seat 6 is driven by the torsion spring 68, the lock column 7 is driven to rotate, so that the inlay 24 of the lock seat 2 is embedded in the caulking groove 73 at the end part of the lock column 7 (as shown in fig. 4), and thus, the locking action can be completed (as shown in fig. 3); when the lock is to be unlocked, please refer to fig. 6, only by rotating the lock core 5 by the key a, the lock rod 51 of the lock core 5 drives the connecting rotary seat 6 to rotate and make the torsion spring 68 in a torsion state, the notch 62 of the connecting rotary seat 6 is aligned with the ball hole 44 of the lock core seat 4 (as shown in fig. 8), the positioning ball 45 can move towards the notch 62 of the connecting rotary seat 6, so that the positioning ball 45 is no longer clamped in the positioning insertion slot 35 of the fixed sleeve 3, the lock post 7 rotates with the connecting rotary seat 6, and the inlay 24 in the insertion hole 23 of the lock seat 2 is separated from the insertion slot 73 of the lock post 7 (as shown in fig. 7), and the compression spring 75 is elastically restored to push the lock core seat 4 outwards and make the lock post 7 separated from the insertion slot 22 of the lock seat 2 (as shown in fig. 9), so that the insertion part 110 of the movable folding piece 11 can be moved out from the insertion slot 22 of the lock seat 2, the tripping action can be completed; besides the locking device which is clamped by the positioning steel balls 45, the invention also arranges the inlay 24 in the inserting hole 23 of the lock base 2 and arranges the caulking groove 73 on the lock column 7, which can further embed and buckle the end part of the lock column 7, can prevent the thief from opening the inserting groove 22 of the lock base 2, and arranges the anti-drilling component 8 on the lock core base 4, which can prevent the thief from using a drill to destroy the internal structure of the lock core, thereby achieving the best anti-theft efficacy of the locking device.
