The invention aims to improve the foundation construction quality and efficiency of a roadbed contact net and ensure the embedding accuracy of embedded foundation bolts.
In order to achieve the purpose, the complete set of tooling for foundation construction of the high-speed railway roadbed contact network is designed and is characterized by comprising a side mold, wherein the side mold consists of a long-edge template and a short-edge template, and a plurality of strip-shaped holes are formed in the long-edge template; the positioning frame is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped holes; the positioning steel plate is cut with a square hole in the middle, chamfers are arranged at four corners of the square hole, and a plurality of small holes are formed in the positioning steel plate and are arranged along two sides of the square hole; and the adjusting bolt penetrates through the strip-shaped hole of the positioning frame and is connected with the positioning steel plate.
Preferably, the side mould is installed at the lofting position of the contact net, and the embedded foundation bolts of the contact net are placed in the side mould.
Preferably, the positioning steel plate is welded around the connecting steel plate after being accurately aligned by two or more positioning steel plates, the positioning steel plate is in bolt connection with the positioning frame, and the positioning steel plate is installed on the side mold after being connected.
Preferably, the anchor bolts of the contact net penetrate into holes of the positioning steel plate and are fixed on the positioning steel plate by nuts.
Preferably, the bar hole on the side form is used for adjusting the longitudinal position of the positioning steel plate, the positioning frame is firmly connected with the side form by bolts, the bar hole on the positioning frame is used for adjusting the transverse position of the positioning steel plate, the height of the anchor bolt of the embedded contact net is vertically positioned by a screw, and then the anchor bolt is vertically fixed by a nut on the screw.
The installation method of the complete set of tool comprises the following steps:
A. installing a side mold according to a lofting position of a contact network, and placing embedded foundation bolts of the contact network into the template;
B. the positioning steel plate is connected with the positioning frame through bolts and then is installed on the side mold;
C. the anchor bolts of the contact net penetrate into the holes of the positioning steel plates and are fixed on the upper and lower parts of the positioning steel plates by nuts;
D. after the longitudinal position of the positioning steel plate is adjusted to be in accordance with the design by using the strip-shaped holes on the side mold, the positioning frame is firmly connected with the side mold by using bolts;
E. after the transverse position of the positioning steel plate is adjusted by using the strip-shaped hole on the positioning frame to be consistent with the design, the height of the anchor bolt of the pre-buried contact net is positioned up and down by using an M16 screw to be consistent with the design, and then the anchor bolt is fixed up and down by using a nut on the screw;
F. and (6) pouring a contact net foundation.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the method is simple and convenient to operate, and the time for installing the foundation bolts of the embedded contact net can be greatly reduced; the positioning is accurate, the position standard of the embedded foundation bolts of the contact net is ensured, and unqualified products are reduced; the contact net foundation can be guaranteed to be flat and shaped after concrete pouring, and standardized construction quality is improved.

The square hole is cut in the middle of the positioning steel plate 7, the four corners of the square hole are provided with chamfers, the square hole is used for pouring concrete, the weight of the tool is reduced, the size of the opening hole can be adjusted according to the embedded foundation bolt hole, and four M16 adjusting bolts 4 with the welding length of 310mm are welded above the steel plate. The position, the size and the number of the bolt holes in the steel plate can be adjusted according to different contact net foundations, so that the steel plate is suitable for contact net foundations of different models.

As shown in fig. 2, a long-side die 1 and a short-side die 2 are installed according to a lofting position of a contact network, the long-side die 1 and the short-side die 2 are firmly connected through bolts, and anchor bolts 8 embedded in the contact network are placed in a template;
the positioning steel plate 7 is connected with the positioning frame 3 through an adjusting bolt 4 welded on the positioning steel plate 7, and the positioning steel plate and the positioning frame are installed on a side die after being connected;
an anchor bolt 8 of the contact net penetrates through a hole of the positioning steel plate 7, and is fixed on the positioning steel plate 7 by adopting an anchor bolt lower nut 9 and an anchor bolt upper nut 10;
the position of the positioning frame 3 is adjusted by using the strip-shaped holes on the long-edge side die 2, and after the longitudinal position of the positioning steel plate 7 is matched with the design, the positioning frame 3 and the long-edge side die 2 are firmly connected by adopting bolts.
After the transverse position of the positioning steel plate 7 is adjusted by using the strip-shaped hole in the positioning frame 3 to be consistent with the design, the height of the anchor bolt of the embedded contact net is adjusted to be consistent with the design by using the upper adjusting nut 5 and the lower adjusting nut 6 on the adjusting bolt 4, and then the anchor bolt is fixed up and down by using the upper adjusting nut 5 and the lower adjusting nut 6.
