Background
The oily sludge is waste generated in the production and development process of oil fields, and mainly comprises ground oil sludge, settling tank oil sludge, scum bottom sludge of a combined station and the like generated in the processes of oil exploitation, gathering and transportation and accidents. For the treatment of the oily sludge, China has introduced the national clean production promotion law and the solid waste environmental pollution prevention and treatment law, and has made the requirement of harmless treatment on the oily sludge. The oily sludge has many sources and complex components, and the treatment difficulty is increased. The oil-containing sludge has high oil content, and in the treatment process, if the oil is not screened for recycling, the treatment capacity and cost are increased, and the waste of resources is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a steel tank device for effectively removing impurities from oily sludge, making the shape and components of the oily sludge uniform, and efficiently collecting and transferring oil contained in the oily sludge, thereby effectively reducing the oil content of the oily sludge.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a steel operation tank device comprises a steel tank body, a guide rail, a movable travelling crane operation machine, a water turning air flotation spray pipe and an oil collecting tank; the top of the steel tank body is open, the guide rail is arranged at the open top of the steel tank body, and the mobile traveling crane operation machine is slidably arranged on the guide rail; a filter net cage is arranged at the upper part of the feeding end of the steel tank body, an oil receiving groove is arranged at the upper part of the discharging end of the steel tank body, a water outlet is arranged in the middle of the discharging end of the steel tank body, and a discharging hole is arranged at the lower part of the discharging end of the steel tank body; a plurality of water turning air flotation spray pipes are arranged at the bottom in the steel tank body;
the movable travelling crane operation machine comprises a travelling platform, a horizontal stirrer, a magnetic catching device and an oil scraping device; the two sides of the walking platform are provided with walking wheels, and a horizontal stirrer, a magnetic catching device and a fixed rod are arranged below the walking platform; the horizontal stirrer and the magnetic catching device extend into the tank body; the front end of the walking platform is provided with an oil scraping device;
the upper end of the water turning air flotation spray pipe is provided with a water inlet and an air inlet, the lower end of the water turning air flotation spray pipe is provided with a spray head, the air inlet is connected with a high-pressure air source, and a second valve is arranged between the air inlet and the high-pressure air source; the discharge port is connected with the centrifugal pump, and a fourth valve is arranged between the discharge port and the centrifugal pump.
Furthermore, the water outlet is connected with a high-pressure water pump, a fifth valve is arranged between the water outlet and the high-pressure water pump, and the high-pressure water pump is connected with one end of a water inlet pipe of the water turning air flotation spray pipe; the other end of the water inlet pipe of the water turning air flotation spray pipe is provided with a first valve and a water source interface.
Furthermore, an anti-blocking spray pipe is arranged in the tank body on the inner side of the discharge port, the upper end of the anti-blocking spray pipe is connected with a water inlet pipe of the water turning air flotation spray pipe, and a nozzle is arranged at the lower end of the anti-blocking spray pipe; a third valve is arranged between the anti-blocking spray pipe and the water inlet pipe; and a sixth valve and a seventh valve are respectively arranged on the anti-blocking spray pipe and the water inlet pipe on two sides of the water inlet pipe connector.
Furthermore, the mobile crane operation machine also comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder, a hydraulic motor, an electric winch, a motor and a speed reducer; the horizontal stirrer is driven by the hydraulic motor, and the magnetic catching device is provided with a plurality of groups of magnets; the electric winch is arranged at the front end of the walking platform; the hydraulic oil cylinder is arranged on the walking platform and is connected with the fixed rod; the walking wheels are driven by a motor and a speed reducer, and safety protective guards are arranged around the walking platform.
Further, a high-pressure air source connected with the water turning air flotation spray pipe externally is a steam generator, and steam is introduced into the water turning air flotation spray pipe.
Furthermore, the filtering net cage is movably connected with the steel tank body.
Furthermore, one end of the oil receiving groove is provided with a sinking oil receiving port, and the bottom of the oil receiving groove inclines upwards.
Further, an inner inclined strut is arranged at the closing opening of the steel tank body.
Furthermore, steel jar body guardrail and steel jar body maintenance pavement are set up at steel jar body top, steel jar body guardrail with steel jar body maintenance pavement is detachable.
Furthermore, the height of the horizontal stirrer and the height of the magnetic capture device are higher than that of a spray head of the water turning air flotation spray pipe.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the steel working tank device can effectively remove sundries in the oily sludge, make the shape and the components of the oily sludge uniform, can efficiently collect and transport oil contained in the oily sludge, and effectively reduce the oil content of the oily sludge. The oily sludge is poured into a filtering net cage at the feeding end of a steel tank body by a tank car or other conveying equipment, sundries are screened out, the filtered oily sludge flows into the tank body and is diluted by introducing a certain amount of clear water, finally the steel tank body forms a bottom settled layer, a middle clear water layer and an upper oil floating layer, the oil content of the treated sludge is obviously reduced, and a large amount of floating oil is collected for secondary utilization.
The high-pressure water pump of the steel working tank device pumps the clear water layer liquid in the middle of the suction tank into the water-turning air flotation spray pipe at the bottom of the tank body, and adopts a self-circulation dilution mode, so that the treatment capacity of subsequent equipment is obviously reduced, and the treatment cost is reduced.

Detailed Description
The following are specific examples of the present invention and further describe the technical solutions of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
Example 1
A steel operation tank device comprises a steel tank body 1, a guide rail 3, a movable traveling crane operation machine 4, a water turning air flotation spray pipe 5 and an oil receiving tank 6. The top of the steel tank body 1 is open, the guide rail 3 is arranged at the open top of the steel tank body 1, and the movable traveling crane operation machine 4 is slidably arranged on the guide rail 3. The upper portion of the feed end of the steel tank body 1 is provided with a filter net cage 2, the upper portion of the discharge end of the steel tank body 1 is provided with an oil receiving groove 6, the middle portion of the discharge end of the steel tank body 1 is provided with a water outlet 34, and the lower portion of the discharge end of the steel tank body 1 is provided with a discharge hole 35. A plurality of water turning air flotation spray pipes 5 are arranged at the bottom in the steel tank body 1.
The mobile traveling crane 4 includes a traveling platform 16, a horizontal agitator 25, a magnetic catcher 24, and an oil scraper 20. The two sides of the walking platform 16 are provided with walking wheels 21 which automatically reciprocate along the guide rail 3. A horizontal stirrer 25, a magnetic catching device 24 and a fixed rod are arranged below the walking platform 16. A horizontal stirrer 25 and a magnetic catching device 24 extend into the interior of the tank. The front end of the walking platform 16 is provided with an oil scraping device 20.
The upper end of the water turning air flotation spray pipe 5 is provided with a water inlet 37 and an air inlet 12, the lower end of the water turning air flotation spray pipe 5 is provided with a spray head 32, the air inlet 12 is connected with a high-pressure air source, and a second valve 13 is arranged between the air inlet 12 and the high-pressure air source.
The discharge port 35 is connected with the centrifugal pump 10, and a fourth valve 11 is arranged between the discharge port 35 and the centrifugal pump 10.
Example 2
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the water outlet 34 is connected with the high-pressure water pump 8, the fifth valve 9 is arranged between the water outlet 34 and the high-pressure water pump 8, and the high-pressure water pump 8 is connected with one end of a water inlet pipe 38 of the water turning air flotation spray pipe 5. The high-pressure water pump 8 pumps the clear water layer liquid in the middle of the suction tank into the water-turning air-floating spray pipe 5 at the bottom of the tank body to form self-circulation.
The other end of the water inlet pipe 38 of the water turning air flotation spray pipe 5 is provided with a first valve 15 and a water source interface 36 which are connected with a water source, and water is introduced into the steel tank body 1 before operation to dilute oil sludge.
Oily sludge is poured into a filtering net cage 2 at the feeding end of a steel tank body 1 by a tank car or other conveying equipment, sundries are screened out, the filtered oily sludge flows into the tank and is diluted by introducing a certain amount of clear water, and finally the steel tank body forms a bottom settled layer, a middle clear water layer and an upper floating oil layer.
The mobile crane operation machine 4 on the top of the steel tank body 1 moves in an automatic reciprocating mode, the horizontal stirrer 25 and the magnetic catching device 24 move along with the mobile crane operation machine 4, and the oil sludge deposition layer on the bottom of the tank body is stirred forcibly and magnetic caught to remove iron-cutting impurities. The water that sets up is interrupted to 1 bottom of steel jar body overturns air supporting spray tube 5 blowout and has the mixed aqueous vapor of certain pressure, and shower nozzle 32 is towards the discharge end, and water overturns the large-traffic design of air supporting spray tube shower nozzle for duckbilled, and oil in the sedimentary deposit fatlute is with solid phase separation under the effect of stirring and aqueous vapor overturning, along with the quick come-up of gas, and the solid phase in the sedimentary deposit fatlute moves towards the discharge end under the effect of water spraying, moves to discharge gate 35 and is pumped to next stage oily sludge treatment equipment. The upper layer of floating oil is scraped into the oil receiving groove 6 to be pumped away and stored.
Example 3
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 2 in that: an anti-blocking spray pipe 7 is arranged in the tank body at the inner side of the discharge port 35, the upper end of the anti-blocking spray pipe 7 is connected with a water inlet pipe 38 of the water turning air flotation spray pipe 5, and the lower end of the anti-blocking spray pipe 7 is provided with a nozzle. A third valve 14 is arranged between the anti-blocking spray pipe 7 and the water inlet pipe 38. And a sixth valve 39 and a seventh valve 40 are respectively arranged on the water inlet pipe 38 at two sides of the joint of the anti-blocking spray pipe 7 and the water inlet pipe 38. The sixth valve 39 is closed, the seventh valve 40 is opened, and the anti-blocking nozzle 7 can be used alone.
Example 4
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the mobile crane 4 further comprises a hydraulic cylinder 18, a hydraulic motor 26, an electric winch 19, an electric motor 22 and a speed reducer 23. The horizontal agitator 25 is driven by a hydraulic motor 26, and the magnetic catching device 24 is provided with a plurality of sets of magnets 27. The electric winch 19 is disposed at the front end of the traveling platform 16 and drives the oil scraping device 20 to adjust the angle. The hydraulic oil cylinder 18 is arranged on the walking platform 16 and is connected with the fixed rod to drive the horizontal stirrer 25 and the magnetic catching device 24 to move up and down; the horizontal stirrer 25 and the magnetic catching device 24 are adjustable in height, and the height is adjusted in an electrodeless mode through the hydraulic oil cylinder 18. The traveling wheels 21 are driven by a motor 22 and a reduction gear 23 to automatically reciprocate on the guide rails. Safety guard rails 17 are arranged around the walking platform 16.
Example 5
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the high-pressure air source externally connected with the water turning air flotation spray pipe 5 is a steam generator, steam is introduced into the water turning air flotation spray pipe 5, and the water turning air flotation spray pipe also has a heating function.
Example 6
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the filter net cage 2 is movably connected with the steel tank body 1, and the filter screen 33 is in modular design and convenient to replace.
Example 7
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: one end of the oil receiving groove 6 is provided with a sinking oil receiving port 28, and the bottom of the oil receiving groove 6 inclines upwards.
Example 8
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: an inner inclined strut 29 is arranged at the closing opening of the steel tank body 1, and the top opening is free of a lacing wire and blocking. The steel tank body 1 can be used in a single tank or in a combination of a plurality of tanks.
Example 9
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the top of the steel tank body 1 is provided with a steel tank body guardrail 30 and a steel tank body maintenance walkway 31. The steel tank body guard rails 30 and the steel tank body maintenance walkways 31 are detachable, and transportation and maintenance are facilitated.
Example 10
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the height of the horizontal stirrer 25 and the magnetic catching device 24 is higher than that of the spray head 32 of the water-turning air flotation spray pipe 5.
