Technical Field
The present invention relates to a terminal conveying device.
Background
The terminal conveying device is a common device in the field of terminal processing, and the conventional terminal conveying device generally uses a driving device to drive a pawl to move so as to convey a terminal, wherein the pawl easily brings the terminal back when resetting, and the surface of the terminal is easily scratched so as to influence the quality of the terminal.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to overcome the above-mentioned deficiencies in the prior art, and to provide a terminal conveying device capable of accurately positioning a terminal, effectively preventing the surface of the terminal from being scratched, and being compatible with various terminals.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the terminal conveying device of the present invention includes a bottom plate, a first driving device, a feeding bracket, a first elastic element, a first shaft support plate, a first feeding wheel, a feeding plate, a guide block, a second driving device, a third driving device, an unlocking device, a second elastic element, a second shaft support plate, a second driving device mounting block, and a second feeding wheel, wherein the feeding bracket is slidably connected to the bottom plate, the first driving device is fixed on the bottom plate and connected to the feeding bracket, the first shaft support plate is connected to the feeding bracket through the first elastic element, the second shaft support plate is connected to the feeding bracket through the second elastic element, the third driving device is fixed on the second shaft support plate and connected to the first shaft support plate, the first feeding wheel is fixed on an end of the third driving device, the second feeding wheel is fixed on the third driving device and arranged between the first shaft support plate and the second shaft support plate, the feeding plate is fixed on the feeding support, the second driving device mounting block is fixed on the feeding plate, the second driving device is fixed on the second driving device mounting block, the guide block is connected with the second driving device, and the unlocking device is fixed on the feeding plate.
Preferably, the terminal conveying device of the present invention further includes a material channel, and the material channel is fixed to the bottom plate.
Preferably, the terminal conveying device further comprises a material belt guide device and a material belt guide device mounting plate, wherein the material belt guide device mounting plate is fixed on the bottom plate, and the material belt guide device is connected with the material belt guide device mounting plate.

As shown in fig. 1, the terminal conveying device of the present invention further includes a material channel 14, and the material channel 14 is fixed on the bottom plate 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the terminal conveying device of the present invention further includes a tape guide 12 and a tape guide mounting plate 13, the tape guide mounting plate 13 is fixed on the bottom plate 1, and the tape guide 12 is connected to the tape guide mounting plate 13.

2. The terminal-feeding device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a material channel, said material channel being fixed to said base plate.
3. The terminal feeding device according to claim 1, further comprising a tape guide, a tape guide mounting plate fixed to the base plate, the tape guide being connected to the tape guide mounting plate.
4. The terminal conveying apparatus of claim 1, further comprising an inductor, the inductor being fixed to the base plate.
