The rear bevel gear 21 is arranged at the lower part of the rear shaft 20, and the rear bevel gear 21 is meshed and matched with the incomplete bevel gear 18; the driving roller 22 is arranged at the upper end of the rear shaft 20, a movable groove 22a which is in sliding fit with the T-shaped frame 23 is formed in the arc surface of the driving roller 22, the T-shaped frame 23 is vertically in sliding fit with the guide rod 25, and the hairbrush 24 is arranged at the front end of the T-shaped frame 23.
