The technical problem mainly solved by the embodiment of the invention is to provide a capsule which can filter extraction liquid.
In order to solve the above technical problem, one technical solution adopted by the embodiments of the present invention is: providing a capsule, wherein the capsule comprises a cup body, a sealing film, a separation component, a liquid outlet component and a filtering component, the cup body is provided with an accommodating groove, and the bottom of the accommodating groove is provided with a mounting opening; the sealing film is sealed and covers the notch of the containing groove; the separation assembly is arranged in the accommodating groove and divides the accommodating groove into a first cavity and a second cavity, wherein the first cavity is communicated with the notch of the accommodating groove, and the second cavity is communicated with the mounting opening; the liquid outlet assembly is arranged at the mounting port; the filter assembly is arranged in the second chamber and covers the liquid outlet assembly.
Optionally, the separation assembly includes a diaphragm and a separation ring extending from the inner surface of the receiving groove, the separation ring surrounds the receiving groove, the diaphragm is fixed to the other end of the separation ring in a sealing manner, and the diaphragm separates the receiving groove into a first chamber and a second chamber.
Optionally, a first membrane breaking column is arranged on the separating ring, the first membrane breaking column is located in the second chamber, the first membrane breaking column is provided with a first convex tip, and the first convex tip abuts against a surface, facing the second chamber, of the membrane.
Optionally, the number of the first membrane rupturing columns is multiple, and the multiple first membrane rupturing columns are arranged on the inner surface of the separation ring at intervals.
Optionally, the liquid outlet assembly is provided with a water outlet and a water guide hole communicating the water outlet with the second chamber, the liquid outlet assembly extends to form an insertion column, and the insertion column is located in the water outlet.
Optionally, at least two first guide rings are arranged on a surface of the liquid outlet assembly facing the second cavity, the at least two first guide rings are arranged at intervals, at least one first notch is arranged on each first guide ring, and the water guide hole is located between every two adjacent first guide rings.

The embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the capsule comprises a cup body, a sealing film, a separation assembly and a liquid outlet assembly, wherein the cup body is provided with an accommodating groove, the sealing film is covered on a groove opening of the accommodating groove in a sealing manner so as to seal the capsule, a mounting opening is formed in the bottom of the accommodating groove, and the liquid outlet assembly is arranged at the mounting opening so as to realize the liquid outlet function of the capsule; the separation assembly is arranged in the containing groove and divides the containing groove into a first cavity and a second cavity from top to bottom, wherein the second cavity is provided with a filtering assembly, and the filtering assembly covers the liquid outlet assembly to filter the extract liquid before liquid outlet; the extraction liquid can be filtered by the arrangement, the turbidity of the extraction liquid is reduced, the taste is improved, and the blockage of a water outlet pipeline of the capsule extraction machine caused by the turbidity of the extraction liquid is avoided.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. If in the embodiments of the present application there is a description referring to "first", "second", etc., the description of "first", "second", etc. is for descriptive purposes only and is not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Referring to fig. 1, a capsule 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a cup body 10 and a sealing film 20. The sealing film 20 is hermetically covered on the cup body 10 for realizing the sealing function of the capsule 1, and the cup body 10 is used for storing and realizing extraction.
As shown in fig. 2, the cup body 10 is provided with a receiving groove 11, the receiving groove 11 includes a notch 115 and a groove bottom 111, the sealing film 20 is sealed in the notch 115 of the receiving groove 11, the groove bottom 111 of the receiving groove 11 is provided with a mounting opening 1111, and the mounting opening 1111 is used for installing a liquid outlet component 1112 to realize the liquid outlet function of the capsule 1. The receiving groove 11 is provided with a separating component 113, the separating component 113 separates the receiving groove 11 into a first chamber 112 and a second chamber 114, wherein the first chamber 112 is communicated with the notch 115 of the receiving groove 11, and the second chamber 114 is communicated with the mounting opening 1111.
In some embodiments, the first chamber 112 is used to store capsule contents, such as raw leaf tea, capsule powder.
The separation assembly 113 includes a diaphragm 1131 and a separation ring 1132 extending from the inner surface of the receiving cavity 11, wherein the separation ring 1132 surrounds the inner surface of the receiving cavity 11, the diaphragm 1131 is hermetically fixed to the other end of the separation ring 1132, and the diaphragm 1131 is made of an aluminum film and separates the receiving cavity 11 into the first chamber 112 and the second chamber 114 for sealing and separating. The separation ring 1132 is provided with a first membrane breaking column 11321, the first membrane breaking column 11321 is located in the second chamber 114, the first membrane breaking column 11321 is provided with a first convex tip 11321a, the first convex tip 11321a abuts against the diaphragm 1131, and when the hydraulic pressure is sufficiently large, the first convex tip 11321a can puncture the diaphragm 1131.
In some embodiments, the number of the first rupture columns 11321 is multiple, and multiple first rupture columns 11321 are spaced apart on the inner surface of the separation ring 1132, so that the membrane 1131 can be uniformly stressed when punctured.
It can be understood that: in other embodiments, the membrane 1131 need not be made of a filter membrane, such as when the capsule contents are raw leaf tea, the membrane 1131 may be made of filter paper or a composite plastic pinhole membrane.
For the second chamber 114, a filter assembly 1141 is disposed, the filter assembly 1141 covers the liquid outlet assembly 1112 for filtering the extraction liquid before liquid outlet, and the second chamber 114 is also used as a filter chamber.
Further, the filtering assembly 1141 includes a first filtering membrane 11411 and a second filtering membrane 11412, the first filtering membrane 11411 is fixed on the bottom 111 of the receiving groove 11, the first filtering membrane 11411 covers the liquid outlet assembly 1112, and the second filtering membrane 11412 is disposed on the first filtering membrane 11411. The first filter membrane 11411 and the second filter membrane 11412 are made of filter paper or a composite plastic pinhole membrane. The second filtering membrane 11412 is made of filtering paper or a composite plastic pinhole membrane and can play a role of primary filtering, and the first filtering membrane 11411 is made of a filtering membrane and can further perform sealed filtering.
It is understood that the second filtering membrane 11412 is not limited to be made of filtering paper or a composite plastic pin-hole membrane for filtering, the first filtering membrane 11411 is not limited to be made of an aluminum membrane for sealing, and the first filtering membrane 11411 and the second filtering membrane 11412 are used together for filtering, for example, when the capsule content is raw tea, the first filtering membrane 11411 and the second filtering membrane 11412 are made of filtering paper or a composite plastic pin-hole membrane.
As shown in fig. 3, the groove bottom 111 includes a liquid outlet assembly 1112, a plurality of first anti-blocking columns 1113 and second membrane breaking columns 1114 '(as shown in fig. 4), the liquid outlet assembly 1112 is located in the middle of the groove bottom 111 to achieve a liquid outlet function, and the plurality of first anti-blocking columns 1113 and the second membrane breaking columns 1114' concentrically surround the liquid outlet assembly 1112 to assist in liquid outlet.
In some embodiments, the surface of the trough bottom 111 facing the second chamber 114 is a circular arc with a high middle portion and a low periphery portion, so that the fine slag can be dispersed around the trough bottom 111, and the fine slag is prevented from being excessively distributed in the middle portion to block the water outlet.
Further, the liquid outlet assembly 1112 comprises a water outlet 11121 and a water guiding hole 11122, the water outlet 11121 is connected to the lower surface of the middle portion of the liquid outlet assembly 1112, and the water guiding hole 11122 communicates the water outlet 11121 and the second chamber 114. At least two first flow guiding rings 11123 are disposed on a surface of the liquid outlet assembly 1112 facing the second chamber 114, at least two first flow guiding rings 11123 are disposed at intervals, and the water guiding hole 11122 is located between two adjacent first flow guiding rings 11123, and the flow guiding rings are used for guiding the liquid to flow into the water guiding hole 11122. The first guide ring 11123 is provided with at least one first notch 11123a, and under the cover of the filter assembly 1141, when the liquid flows into the water guide hole 11122 through the first notch 11123a, the hydraulic pressure is increased, which further promotes the pressure extraction.
In some embodiments, the number of the water guiding holes 11122 is multiple, and the multiple water guiding holes 11122 are spaced on the bottom 111 of the tank, so as to facilitate water outlet. The liquid outlet assembly 1112 is extended with an insert column which is positioned in the water outlet 11121 and is used as a mold glue inlet when the capsule 1 is produced, so that glue can be uniformly fed into a mold cavity from the mold glue inlet, and the thickness of the cup wall is ensured to be consistent.
For the first anti-blocking posts 1113, the first anti-blocking posts 1113 are arranged around the liquid outlet assembly 1112, the upper surface of each first anti-blocking post 1113 is abutted against the filter assembly 1141, and any two adjacent first anti-blocking posts 1113 are arranged at intervals, so that the liquid blockage caused by the filter assembly 1141 clinging to the liquid outlet assembly 1112 can be prevented.
With respect to the second rupture post 1114', the second rupture post 1114' is provided with a second protrusion 11141', which abuts the filter element 11141', and which can pierce the filter element 1141 when the hydraulic pressure is sufficiently high.
In some embodiments, the number of the second rupture columns 1114 'is multiple, and multiple second rupture columns 1114' are spaced apart on the bottom 111 of the tank, so that the filter assembly 1141 can be uniformly stressed when punctured.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the groove bottom 111 may not be provided with the second rupture pin 1114', such as when both the first filter membrane 11411 and the second filter membrane 11412 are made of filter paper or a composite plastic pin-hole membrane, the groove bottom 111 may not be provided with the second rupture pin.
The difference between the other embodiment of the present invention and the above embodiment is that the tank bottom 111' of the other embodiment is different from the tank bottom 111', as shown in fig. 4, the tank bottom 111' of the other embodiment includes a liquid outlet assembly 1112' and a plurality of second anti-blocking columns 1113', the middle portion of the tank bottom 111' is provided with a mounting port 1111', the mounting port 1111' is used for mounting the liquid outlet assembly 1112' for realizing the liquid outlet function, and the plurality of second anti-blocking columns 1113' concentrically surround the liquid outlet assembly 1112' for assisting the liquid outlet.
For the liquid outlet assembly 1112', the liquid outlet assembly 1112' includes a water outlet pipe and a water guide hole 11122', the water outlet pipe is located in the middle of the groove bottom 111', the water outlet pipe extends to one end facing the filter assembly 1141 to a certain height, the upper surface of the water outlet pipe is a closed smooth surface, the lower surface of the water outlet pipe is provided with a water outlet 11121', the water outlet pipe is provided with a water guide hole 11122' on the side surface, and the water guide hole 11122 'is connected with the water outlet 11121' and the second chamber 114. The bottom 111' of the storage tank 11 is further provided with a plurality of second flow guide rings 11123', a plurality of second flow guide rings 11123' concentrically surround the water guide holes 11122', and two adjacent second flow guide rings 11123' are arranged at intervals, and at least one second notch 11123a ' is arranged on the second flow guide ring 11123 '.
In some embodiments, the inclination directions of the second notches 11123a of two adjacent second flow guiding rings 11123' are different, so as to achieve the purpose of increasing the hydraulic pressure to promote the pressure extraction. The number of the water guide holes 11122' is multiple, and the multiple water guide holes 11122' are arranged on the bottom 111' at intervals, so that water can be conveniently discharged. The liquid outlet component 1112 'is extended with an insert column which is positioned in the water outlet 11121' and is used as a mold glue inlet when the capsule 1 is produced, so that glue can be uniformly fed into a mold cavity from the mold glue inlet, and the thickness of the cup wall is ensured to be consistent.
As for the second anti-blocking pillars 1113', the upper surfaces of the second anti-blocking pillars 1113' abut against the filter assembly 1141, so as to prevent the liquid from being blocked due to the filter assembly 1141 clinging to the smooth surface of the groove bottom 111 '.
The embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the capsule 1 of the embodiment of the invention comprises a cup body 10, a sealing film 20, a separation component 113 and a liquid outlet component 1112, wherein the cup body 10 is provided with a containing groove 11, the sealing film 20 is covered on a notch 115 of the containing groove 11 in a sealing manner to seal the capsule 1, a mounting opening 1111 is arranged at the bottom 111 of the containing groove 11, and the liquid outlet component 1112 is arranged at the mounting opening 1111 to realize the liquid outlet function of the capsule 1; the separating component 113 is disposed in the accommodating tank 11, and the separating component 113 separates the accommodating tank 11 into a first chamber 112 and a second chamber 114 from top to bottom, wherein the second chamber 114 is provided with a filtering component 1141, and the filtering component 1141 covers the liquid outlet component 1112, so as to filter the extract liquid before liquid outlet; the extraction liquid can be filtered by the arrangement, the turbidity of the extraction liquid is reduced, the taste is improved, and the blockage of a water outlet pipeline of the capsule extraction machine caused by the turbidity of the extraction liquid is avoided.
