实施例1
本实施例提供一种助睡眠的谷物纤维粉,以质量份计含有以下成分:小米35份、黄豆35份、黑米30份、黑豆40份、玉米50份、大米35份、江米25份、高粱20份、小麦35份、红枣20份、花生仁40份、山药40份、黑芝麻35份、茯苓10份、 酸枣仁3份、桑葚3份、桑叶2份、莲子2份、芡实2份、百合35份、薏苡仁45份、赤小豆15份。
该助睡眠的谷物纤维粉的制备步骤如下:
(1)炒制:将山药、黑芝麻、茯苓、 酸枣仁、桑葚、桑叶、莲子、芡实、百合、薏苡仁、赤小豆分别以文火(微火)加热,受热温度为180℃,炒至表面显微黄火色或比原药材色泽加深,有微鼓起或爆裂声,透出固有香气为度;
(2)熟化:将小米、黄豆、黑米、黑豆、玉米、大米、江米、高粱、小麦分别经破碎后进行膨化处理,红枣去核、切片、脱水后进行膨化处理,花生仁压片后进行膨化处理;
(3)粉碎:将步骤(1)与步骤(2)中的所有处理后的物料分别进行粉碎,分别过筛成80目的粉料;
(4)混合:将步骤(3)中的所有粉料按配方比例混合成混合粉;
(5)包装:将混合粉按每罐450g包装,即得成品的助睡眠的谷物纤维粉。
将本实施例制备得到的谷物纤维粉给400位睡眠障碍者服用,早晚各一次,每日2次,每次30g,用温水冲泡搅拌均匀。食用一个月后多数患者睡眠质量明显提高,失眠症状明显缓解,睡眠质量提高率能达到72%。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种助睡眠的谷物纤维粉,以质量份计含有以下成分:小米25份、黄豆25份、黑米20份、黑豆30份、玉米40份、大米25份、江米15份、高粱18份、小麦25份、红枣15份、花生仁30份、山药35份、黑芝麻30份、茯苓5份、 酸枣仁1份、桑葚1份、桑叶1份、莲子1份、芡实1份、百合30份、薏苡仁40份、赤小豆10份。
该助睡眠的谷物纤维粉的制备步骤与实施例1的区别在于:步骤(1)中受热温度为120℃;步骤(3)中过40目筛;步骤(5)中每罐150g包装。
将本实施例制备得到的谷物纤维粉给400位睡眠障碍者服用,早晚各一次,每日2次,每次30g,用温水冲泡搅拌均匀。食用三个月后多数患者失眠症状明显减轻,睡眠质量提高率能达到74%。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种助睡眠的谷物纤维粉,以质量份计含有以下成分:小米30份、黄豆30份、黑米25份、黑豆35份、玉米30份、大米30份、江米20份、高粱15份、小麦30份、红枣18份、花生仁35份、山药38份、黑芝麻33份、茯苓8份、 酸枣仁2份、桑葚2份、桑叶1.5份、莲子1.5份、芡实1.5份、百合32份、薏苡仁43份、赤小豆13份。
该助睡眠的谷物纤维粉的制备步骤与实施例1的区别在于:步骤(1)中受热温度为150℃;步骤(3)中过60目筛;步骤(5)中每罐300g包装。
将本实施例制备得到的谷物纤维粉给400位睡眠障碍者服用,早晚各一次,每日2次,每次30g,用温水冲泡搅拌均匀。食用两个月后多数患者睡眠质量明显提高,睡眠质量提高率能达到75%。

1.一种助睡眠的谷物纤维粉,其特征在于以质量份计含有以下成分:小米25-35份、黄豆25-35份、黑米20-30份、黑豆30-40份、玉米40-50份、大米25-35份、江米15-25份、高粱15-20份、小麦25-35份、红枣15-20份、花生仁30-40份、山药35-40份、黑芝麻30-35份、茯苓5-10份、 酸枣仁1-3份、桑葚1-3份、桑叶1-2份、莲子1-2份、芡实1-2份、百合30-35份、薏苡仁40-45份、赤小豆10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种助睡眠的谷物纤维粉,其特征在于以质量份计含有以下成分:小米35份、黄豆35份、黑米30份、黑豆40份、玉米50份、大米35份、江米25份、高粱20份、小麦35份、红枣20份、花生仁40份、山药40份、黑芝麻35份、茯苓10份、 酸枣仁3份、桑葚3份、桑叶2份、莲子2份、芡实2份、百合35份、薏苡仁45份、赤小豆15份。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种助睡眠的谷物纤维粉,其特征在于以质量份计含有以下成分:小米30份、黄豆30份、黑米25份、黑豆35份、玉米30份、大米30份、江米20份、高粱15份、小麦30份、红枣18份、花生仁35份、山药38份、黑芝麻33份、茯苓8份、 酸枣仁2份、桑葚2份、桑叶1.5份、莲子1.5份、芡实1.5份、百合32份、薏苡仁43份、赤小豆13份。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种助睡眠的谷物纤维粉的制备方法,其特征在于该方法的制备步骤如下:
(1)炒制:将山药、黑芝麻、茯苓、 酸枣仁、桑葚、桑叶、莲子、芡实、百合、薏苡仁、赤小豆分别以文火加热,受热温度为120~180℃,炒至表面显微黄火色或比原药材色泽加深,有微鼓起或爆裂声,透出固有香气为度;
(2)熟化:将小米、黄豆、黑米、黑豆、玉米、大米、江米、高粱、小麦分别经破碎后进行膨化处理,红枣去核、切片、脱水后进行膨化处理,花生仁压片后进行膨化处理;
(3)粉碎:将步骤(1)与步骤(2)中的所有处理后的物料分别进行粉碎,分别过筛成40-80目的粉料;
(4)混合:将步骤(3)中的所有粉料按配方比例混合成混合粉,即得助睡眠的谷物纤维粉。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种助睡眠的谷物纤维粉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的受热温度为150℃。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种助睡眠的谷物纤维粉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的物料分别过60目筛。
