Referring to fig. 1-7, a method for repairing a bridge expansion joint includes the following steps:
s1, a groove body 33 is formed at an expansion joint 35 on the pavement of the bridge 32 through a drilling machine, a diversion trench 34 is formed in two sides of the groove body 33 through a drilling machine, the diversion trench 34 is located inside the pavement of the bridge 32, dust in the groove body 33 and the diversion trench 34 is cleaned, a grouting mechanism 8 of a grouting plate with the same width is selected according to the width of the groove body 33, the grouting mechanism 8 is installed on a second adjusting mechanism 9, meanwhile, a screw rod rotates through rotation of a rotary disc 24, so that the distance between a first connecting beam 21 and a second connecting beam 22 is changed, and a press roller 23 with the same width as the groove body 33 is installed on a flattening mechanism 7;
s2, adding a crack-repairing agent into a heating tank 4 through a hopper 5, stirring and mixing the crack-repairing agent by a stirring paddle in the heating tank 4, pushing a handle 3 to push a bracket 1 to two sides of a groove body 33 through a roller 2, positioning the roller 2 of the bracket 1 on the road surface of a bridge 32, then, working through a second adjusting mechanism 9 according to the angle of the groove body 33 to enable a grouting mechanism 8 to be positioned right above the groove body 33, then injecting the crack-repairing agent into the groove body 33 to repair an expansion joint 35 of the bridge 32, firstly, driving a driving gear to rotate through controlling a rotating motor 15, driving a gear disc 18 to rotate through meshing action of the driving gear to drive a grouting plate of the grouting mechanism 8 to rotate so that the grouting plate is positioned right above the groove body 33, then, controlling a cylinder 11 to drive a base 17 to move downwards, and enabling a movable pipe 13 and the grouting mechanism 8 connected with the movable pipe 13 to move downwards through a telescopic hose 10, the fixed seat 27 of the grouting mechanism 8 moves downwards and presses on the road surface of the bridge 32, so that the crack-repairing agent in the heating tank 4 sequentially flows along the flexible hose 10, the movable pipe 13 and the grouting plate and is discharged from the grouting hole 30 of the grouting plate into the trough body 33 and the diversion trench 34; wherein, the crack-filling agent consists of the following seams by weight: 450 parts of heavy traffic asphalt, 6 parts of styrene butadiene copolymer, 400 parts of kerosene, 2.5 parts of dispersant, 3.5 parts of methyl tin mercaptide, 0.15 part of antioxidant, 1 part of sodium butadiene rubber and 1.5 parts of filler; the filler is formed by mixing silicon carbide and zircon powder according to the weight ratio of 1: 1; the dispersing agent is mixture of vinyl bis stearamide and zinc stearate or magnesium stearate according to the weight ratio of 1: 1; the antioxidant is prepared by mixing nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate and N, N' -di (beta-naphthyl) p-phenylenediamine according to the weight ratio of 1: 1;
s3, the first adjusting mechanism 6 works to enable the pressing roller 23 on the flattening mechanism 7 to be parallel to the groove body 33, the first adjusting mechanism 6 enables the pressing roller 23 to descend, the pressing roller 23 compacts the crack repairing agent in the groove body 33, and the bottom surface of the grouting plate is higher than the bottom surface of the fixing seat 27, so that after the pressing roller 23 is flattened, the crack repairing agent in the groove body 33 is parallel to the road surface of the bridge 32, and then the crack repairing agent is solidified, so that the crack repairing agent is connected with the road surface of the bridge 32 into a whole, and the expansion joint 35 of the bridge 32 is filled.
The top surface top of support 1 is provided with heating tank 4, and second adjustment mechanism 9 is installed through branch to the top surface below of support 1, and the output and the slip casting mechanism 8 of second adjustment mechanism 9 are connected, and the one side that is located second adjustment mechanism 9 is provided with first adjustment mechanism 6, and the output and the mechanism 7 that flattens of first adjustment mechanism 6 are connected.
The first adjusting mechanism 6 and the second adjusting mechanism 9 have the same structure, the first adjusting mechanism 6 and the second adjusting mechanism 9 each comprise an air cylinder 11, a fixed plate 12, a movable tube 13, a fixed tube 14, a rotating motor 15, a shell 16, a base 17, a gear disc 18 and a connecting tube 19, the air cylinders 11 are respectively arranged on two sides of the top surface of the fixed plate 12, the air cylinders 11 are mounted on the top surface of the bracket 1 through supporting rods, the output ends of the air cylinders 11 penetrate through the fixed plate 12 and are connected with the base 17, the base 17 is positioned right below the fixed plate 12, the fixed tube 14 penetrates through the middle part of the fixed plate 12, the movable tube 13 penetrates through the fixed tube 14 and is movably connected with the fixed tube 14, the bottom end of the movable tube 13 penetrates through the base 17 and is rotatably connected with the base 17, the gear disc 18 is sleeved on the bottom end of the movable tube 13, the gear disc 18 is rotatably mounted on the base 17, the base 17 is provided with the rotating motor 15, the output end of the rotating motor 15 penetrates through the base 17 and is connected with a driving gear, the driving gear is located in the shell 16, the shell 16 is installed on the base 17, the driving gear is connected with the gear disc 18 in a meshed mode, and the gear disc 18 is installed on the bottom face of the base 17 in a rotating mode.
The top end of a movable pipe 13 of the second adjusting mechanism 9 is rotatably connected with the bottom end of a flexible hose 10 through a sealed bearing, the top end of the flexible hose 10 is connected with a discharge hole of the heating tank 4, and the top end of the movable pipe 13 of the first adjusting mechanism 6 is positioned below the top surface of the support 1 and is not connected with the support 1;
the bottom end of the movable pipe 13 of the second adjusting mechanism 9 is connected with the grouting mechanism 8 through a connecting pipe 19, and the bottom end of the movable pipe 13 of the first adjusting mechanism 6 is connected with the flattening mechanism 7 through a connecting pipe 19.
Flattening mechanism 7 includes installing frame 20, first tie-beam 21, second tie-beam 22, compression roller 23, carousel 24, spacing slide bar 25, installation wheel 26, installing frame 20 is connected with the bottom of connecting pipe 19, the bottom surface both sides of installing frame 20 are provided with spacing slide bar 25 respectively, spacing slide bar 25 runs through first tie-beam 21 and second tie-beam 22, and with first tie-beam 21 fixed connection, with second tie-beam 22 sliding connection, first tie-beam 21 and second tie-beam 22 parallel arrangement, installation wheel 26 is installed at first tie-beam 21 and second tie-beam 22's lateral wall both ends, compression roller 23 is located between installation wheel 26, be provided with the mounting hole with installation wheel 26 looks adaptation on the compression roller 23.
A turntable 24 is arranged on one side of the mounting frame 20, the turntable 24 is connected with one end of a screw, the other end of the screw sequentially penetrates through the first connecting beam 21 and the second connecting beam 22, the second connecting beam 22 is in threaded connection, and the screw is not in contact with the first connecting beam 21; the screw is located directly above a set of limit slide bars 25.
The bottom surface of the fixed seat 27 is provided with an elastic pad 31, and the height of the bottom surface of the grouting plate is higher than that of the bottom surface of the fixed seat 27.
The bottom of support 1 is provided with gyro wheel 2, and one side of support 1 is provided with handle 3, and the feed inlet at 4 tops of heating jar is provided with hopper 5.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: a groove body 33 is formed at an expansion joint 35 on the pavement of a bridge 32 through a drilling machine, and shunt grooves 34 are formed on two sides of the groove body 33 through drilling machines, the shunt grooves 34 are positioned inside the pavement of the bridge 32, dust of the groove body 33 and the shunt grooves 34 is cleaned, grouting mechanisms 8 of grouting plates with the same width are selected according to the width of the groove body 33, the grouting mechanisms 8 are installed on a second adjusting mechanism 9, meanwhile, a screw rod is rotated through rotating a rotary disc 24, so that the distance between a first connecting beam 21 and a second connecting beam 22 is changed, a press roller 23 with the same width as the groove body 33 is installed on a flattening mechanism 7, the shunt grooves 34 are arranged on two sides of the shunt grooves 34, so that the expansion joint repairing agent fills the repair groove 35 through the repair groove 33, the shunt grooves 34 enable the connection between the expansion joint repairing agent and the bridge 32 to be tighter, and the firmness is better;
adding a crack-repairing agent into a heating tank 4 through a hopper 5, stirring and mixing the crack-repairing agent by a stirring paddle in the heating tank 4, pushing a handle 3 to push a bracket 1 to two sides of a groove body 33 through rollers 2, wherein the rollers 2 of the bracket 1 are positioned on the road surface of a bridge 32, then, working through a second adjusting mechanism 9 according to the angle of the groove body 33 to enable a grouting mechanism 8 to be positioned right above the groove body 33, then injecting the crack-repairing agent into the groove body 33 to repair an expansion joint 35 of the bridge 32, firstly, driving a driving gear to rotate through controlling a rotating motor 15, driving a gear disc 18 to rotate through meshing action by the driving gear to drive a grouting plate of the grouting mechanism 8 to rotate, enabling the grouting plate to be positioned right above the groove body 33, then, controlling a cylinder 11 to drive a base 17 to move downwards, and enabling a movable pipe 13 and the grouting mechanism 8 connected with the movable pipe 13 to move downwards through a telescopic hose 10, the fixed seat 27 of the grouting mechanism 8 moves downwards and presses on the road surface of the bridge 32, so that the crack-repairing agent in the heating tank 4 sequentially flows along the flexible hose 10, the movable pipe 13 and the grouting plate and is discharged from the grouting hole 30 of the grouting plate into the trough body 33 and the diversion trench 34; the crack-repairing agent has high viscosity and extensibility, and meanwhile, under the matching work of the first adjusting mechanism 6, the flattening mechanism 7, the grouting mechanism 8 and the second adjusting mechanism 9 on the bracket 1, the automatic repair of the expansion joint 35 on the bridge 32 can be realized, and the shape of the expansion joint 35 is faced, so that the expansion joint 35 can be repaired even if the expansion joint 35 is irregular, and after the repair, the crack-repairing agent is compacted by the flattening mechanism 7, so that the crack-repairing agent is flattened on the road surface, the running of a vehicle is not influenced, in addition, the grouting mechanism 8 can be conveniently replaced by the connecting pipe 19, and the compression roller 23 is also conveniently replaced by a screw connected with the turntable 24, so that the crack-repairing agent can be suitable for the expansion joints 35 with different widths;

1. A method for repairing a bridge expansion joint is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, a groove body (33) is formed in an expansion joint (35) on the pavement of a bridge (32) through a drilling machine, a diversion trench (34) is formed in two sides of the groove body (33) through the drilling machine, the diversion trench (34) is located in the pavement of the bridge (32), then dust of the groove body (33) and the diversion trench (34) is cleaned, then a grouting mechanism (8) of a grouting plate with the same width is selected according to the width of the groove body (33), the grouting mechanism 8 is installed on a second adjusting mechanism (9), meanwhile, a screw rod is rotated through rotating a rotary disc (24), so that the distance between a first connecting beam (21) and a second connecting beam (22) is changed, and then a press roller (23) with the same width as the groove body (33) is installed on a flattening mechanism (7);
s2, adding a crack-repairing agent into a heating tank (4) through a hopper (5), stirring and mixing the crack-repairing agent by a stirring paddle in the heating tank (4), pushing a handle (3) to push a bracket (1) to two sides of a groove body (33) through a roller (2), positioning the roller (2) of the bracket (1) on the road surface of a bridge (32), then, working through a second adjusting mechanism (9) according to the angle of the groove body (33) to enable a grouting mechanism (8) to be positioned right above the groove body (33), then, injecting the crack-repairing agent into the groove body (33) so as to repair an expansion joint (35) of the bridge (32), firstly, driving a driving gear to rotate through controlling a rotating motor (15), driving a gear disc (18) to rotate through a meshing effect, driving a grouting plate of the grouting mechanism (8) to rotate, and enabling the grouting plate to be positioned right above the groove body (33), then, the cylinder (11) is controlled to drive the base (17) to move downwards, the movable pipe (13) and a grouting mechanism (8) connected with the movable pipe (13) move downwards through the telescopic hose (10), a fixing seat (27) of the grouting mechanism (8) moves downwards and presses on the road surface of a bridge (32), so that a crack repairing agent in the heating tank (4) sequentially flows along the telescopic hose (10), the movable pipe (13) and a grouting plate and is discharged from a grouting hole (30) of the grouting plate to enter a groove body (33) and a diversion trench (34);
s3, the pressing roller (23) on the flattening mechanism (7) is parallel to the groove body (33) through the work of the first adjusting mechanism (6), the pressing roller (23) descends through the first adjusting mechanism (6), the pressing roller (23) compacts the gap filler in the groove body (33), and due to the fact that the height of the bottom surface of the grouting plate is higher than that of the bottom surface of the fixing seat (27), after the pressing roller (23) is flattened, the gap filler of the groove body (33) is parallel to the road surface of the bridge (32), the gap filler is solidified, the gap filler is connected with the road surface of the bridge (32) into a whole, and therefore the expansion joint (35) of the bridge (32) is filled.

The method for repairing a bridge expansion joint according to claim 1, wherein a heating tank (4) is arranged above the top surface of the support (1), a second adjusting mechanism (9) is arranged below the top surface of the support (1) through a support rod, the output end of the second adjusting mechanism (9) is connected with the grouting mechanism (8), a first adjusting mechanism (6) is arranged on one side of the second adjusting mechanism (9), and the output end of the first adjusting mechanism (6) is connected with the flattening mechanism (7).

The method for repairing the bridge expansion joint according to claim 2, wherein the first adjusting mechanism (6) and the second adjusting mechanism (9) have the same structure, the first adjusting mechanism (6) and the second adjusting mechanism (9) respectively comprise an air cylinder (11), a fixed plate (12), a movable pipe (13), a fixed pipe (14), a rotating motor (15), a shell (16), a base (17), a gear plate (18) and a connecting pipe (19), the air cylinders (11) are respectively arranged on two sides of the top surface of the fixed plate (12), the air cylinders (11) are arranged on the top surface of the bracket (1) through supporting rods, the output ends of the air cylinders (11) penetrate through the fixed plate (12) and are connected with the base (17), the base (17) is positioned under the fixed plate (12), the fixed pipe (14) penetrates through the middle part of the fixed plate (12), the movable pipe (13) penetrates through the fixed pipe (14), and with fixed pipe (14) swing joint, base (17) are run through to the bottom of activity pipe (13), and rotate with base (17) and be connected, the bottom cover of activity pipe (13) is equipped with toothed disc (18), toothed disc (18) rotate and install on base (17), be provided with rotating electrical machines (15) on base (17), base (17) are passed to the output of rotating electrical machines (15), and be connected with the driving gear, the driving gear is located casing (16), install on base (17) casing (16), the driving gear is connected with toothed disc (18) meshing, toothed disc (18) rotate and install on the bottom surface of base (17).

The method for repairing a bridge expansion joint according to claim 3, wherein the top end of the movable pipe (13) of the second adjusting mechanism (9) is rotatably connected with the bottom end of the telescopic hose (10) through a sealed bearing, the top end of the telescopic hose (10) is connected with the discharge hole of the heating tank (4), and the top end of the movable pipe (13) of the first adjusting mechanism (6) is positioned below the top surface of the bracket (1) and is not connected with the bracket (1);
the bottom end of a movable pipe (13) of the second adjusting mechanism (9) is connected with the grouting mechanism (8) through a connecting pipe (19), and the bottom end of the movable pipe (13) of the first adjusting mechanism (6) is connected with the flattening mechanism (7) through the connecting pipe (19).

The method for repairing a bridge expansion joint according to claim 2, wherein the flattening mechanism (7) comprises a mounting frame (20), a first connecting beam (21), a second connecting beam (22), a compression roller (23), a rotary table (24), a limiting slide rod (25) and mounting wheels (26), the mounting frame (20) is connected with the bottom end of the connecting pipe (19), the limiting slide rod (25) is respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom surface of the mounting frame (20), the limiting slide rod (25) penetrates through the first connecting beam (21) and the second connecting beam (22), is fixedly connected with the first connecting beam (21) and is slidably connected with the second connecting beam (22), the first connecting beam (21) and the second connecting beam (22) are arranged in parallel, the mounting wheels (26) are mounted at two ends of the side walls of the first connecting beam (21) and the second connecting beam (22), and the compression roller (23) is located between the mounting wheels (26), the press roll (23) is provided with a mounting hole matched with the mounting wheel (26).
