Abstract

The invention provides a stable color bleaching liquid, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 12 percent of hydrogen peroxide solution, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of chelating agent, 0.02 to 0.1 percent of stabilizing agent, 2.0 to 5.0 percent of surfactant, 0.1 percent of essence and the balance of purified water. The stable color bleaching liquid disclosed by the invention is not influenced by the temperature change of the natural environment, the stability of the effective components of the color bleaching liquid is ensured, and the bottle expansion phenomenon caused by decomposition due to the temperature rise is avoided.

The invention belongs to the technical field of clothes detergents, and particularly relates to a stable color bleaching liquid.
Background
The color bleaching liquid belongs to an oxygen-containing bleaching agent, has an acidic pH value, can play a role in bleaching, stain removal, sterilization and the like when releasing active oxygen, and can promote the release of the active oxygen when being matched with various washing powders for use. Can effectively remove sweat stains, tea stains, blood stains, fruit juice and other stains, can effectively remove bacteria and odor, and does not damage fabric fibers. Both white and colored fabrics can be used. The color bleaching liquid has excellent functions of stain removal, sterilization, deodorization and the like, and does not damage fabrics.
However, the currently used bleaching solutions mainly have the following problems: (1) the hydrogen peroxide as the effective component of the color bleaching liquid is unstable and is decomposed quickly in an alkaline medium; impurities are also important factors influencing the decomposition of the hydrogen peroxide, and trace metal ions such as Fe2+, Mn2+, Cu2+, Cr3+ and the like can play a catalytic role to accelerate the decomposition of the hydrogen peroxide. With the increase of the preservation time, the available oxygen content is gradually lost, and the bleaching, stain removing and bacteria removing effects are reduced. (2) The effective component hydrogen peroxide of the color bleaching liquid is decomposed to generate oxygen, which causes bottle expansion.

Preferably, the purified water conductivity is less than or equal to 0.10 mS/m.
Preferably, the chelating agent consists of one or two of disodium EDTA and HEDP; preferably hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid HEDP.
Preferably, the stabilizer consists of one or two of phosphoric acid and 8-hydroxyquinoline. 8-hydroxyquinoline is preferred.
Preferably, the surfactant is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether AEO-9.
Preferably, the stable bleaching solution is prepared by the following steps:
adding purified water into a material preparation kettle, adding a chelating agent into the material preparation kettle, and stirring until the chelating agent is completely dissolved; adding the stabilizer into a material mixing kettle, and stirring until the stabilizer is completely dissolved; putting the surfactant into a batching kettle, and stirring until the surfactant is completely dissolved; putting the essence into a batching kettle, and stirring until the essence is completely dissolved; putting the hydrogen peroxide solution into a batching kettle, and uniformly stirring; standing for 4-6 hr, filtering, and packaging to obtain the final product.
The invention has the advantages that:
the bleaching solution prepared by the invention has strict requirements on the quality of purified water, reduces metal ions and other impurities brought by solvent water as much as possible, and ensures the stability of the bleaching solution by adding a chelating agent with strong chelating effect on the metal ions and adding a certain proportion of hydrogen peroxide stabilizer. The technical scheme ensures that the stability of the color bleaching liquid is not influenced by the change of the environmental temperature, ensures the stability of the effective components of the color bleaching liquid, and does not cause bottle expansion caused by decomposition due to the rise of the temperature.

1. Stability test
The color bleaching solutions prepared according to examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were placed in a constant temperature oven at 54 ℃ for 28 days, and the hydrogen peroxide content was measured at different times, and the results of the physicochemical indexes are shown in table 9:

As can be seen from Table 9, the color bleaching solutions obtained in examples 1 to 4 have higher stability under high-temperature heat storage conditions than those of comparative examples 1 to 4. Compared with comparative examples 1 to 4, the rate of decrease of the hydrogen peroxide content in the color bleaching liquid obtained in examples 1 to 4 is obviously slower after 28 days at 54 ℃. The color bleaching agent can keep good stability in a storage state under the conditions of a chelating agent, a stabilizing agent and a specific purified water ratio.

2. The stable color bleaching solution according to claim 1, wherein the purified water conductivity is less than or equal to 0.10 mS/m.
3. The stable bleaching solution according to claim 1 wherein the chelating agent comprises one or both of disodium EDTA and HEDP.
4. The stable bleaching solution according to claim 1, wherein the stabilizer comprises one or two of phosphoric acid and 8-hydroxyquinoline.
5. The stable color bleaching solution according to claim 1, which is prepared by the following steps:
adding purified water into a batching kettle, adding a chelating agent component into the batching kettle, and stirring until the chelating agent component is completely dissolved; adding the stabilizer into a material mixing kettle, and stirring until the stabilizer is completely dissolved; putting the surfactant into a batching kettle, and stirring until the surfactant is completely dissolved; putting the essence into a batching kettle, and stirring until the essence is completely dissolved; putting the hydrogen peroxide solution into a batching kettle, and uniformly stirring; standing for 4-6 hr, filtering, and packaging to obtain the final product.
