The invention aims to provide turnover equipment for processing automobile parts, which aims to solve the problem that in the processing production of the automobile parts in the background technology, multiple surfaces of the automobile parts need to be processed or detected, and generally, workers fix the automobile parts by using a fixing device and then process the automobile parts, so that inconvenience is caused in the process of manually turning the automobile parts.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a turnover device for processing automobile parts comprises a bottom plate, wherein one end of a first fixed plate is assembled at the top end of the bottom plate, support rods are assembled on two sides of the outer wall of the first fixed plate, a cylindrical rod is assembled at the top end of each support rod along the vertical direction, lantern rings capable of moving up and down are sleeved on the outer wall of each cylindrical rod, a movable plate is assembled between the two lantern rings, the bottom end of each movable plate is assembled with the output end of a first air cylinder, the bottom end of each air cylinder is fixedly connected with the bottom plate, a shell is assembled at the top end of the outer wall of each movable plate, a rotating wheel capable of rotating around the axis direction of the shell is assembled in an inner cavity of the shell, one end of each rotating wheel is connected with the inner wall of the shell through a bearing, a rotating disc is assembled at the other end of each rotating wheel in a way of penetrating through the shell, one end of a fixed rod is assembled on the outer wall of the rotating disc, and a clamping mechanism is assembled at the other end of the fixed rod, the outer wall of the rotating wheel is provided with the gear in interference fit, the top end of the shell is provided with the supporting plate, the top end of the supporting plate is provided with the second air cylinder, the output end of the second air cylinder penetrates through one end of the supporting plate provided with the rack, and the other end of the rack penetrates through the shell and is connected with the gear in a meshed mode.
Preferably, the clamping mechanism comprises a third cylinder, a second fixing plate, a connecting plate, a driving plate, a clamping plate, a sleeve plate and a clamping plate;

The invention provides turnover equipment for processing automobile parts, which has the beneficial effects that:
1. the connecting plate can be driven to move by the third cylinder, so that the driving plate drives the clamping plate to move in the opposite direction, the automobile parts are clamped, the parts with different shapes and sizes can be clamped by matching of the plurality of fixing columns and the springs, the parts can be firmly clamped, and the parts can be prevented from falling off under the action of inertia during rotation;
2. according to the automobile part height adjusting device, the first air cylinder can drive the moving plate to drive the lantern ring to move on the cylindrical rod, so that the height of the shell is adjusted, the height of an automobile part can be adjusted according to needs, the second air cylinder can drive the rack to move upwards or downwards, the rack is meshed with the gear to drive the gear to rotate, so that the rotary table is driven to rotate, the clamping mechanism is driven to rotate along with the gear, corresponding procedures of machining and inspecting equipment of the automobile part are facilitated, and the production efficiency and machining precision are improved.
