and step 3: the second electric telescopic rod (9) is driven to drive the clamping plate (8) to lift, and the bamboo splints can be clamped and fixed on the cutting table (1) by tightly attaching the clamping plate (8) to the bamboo splints;
and 4, step 4: the fourth electric telescopic rod (20) is driven to drive the mounting plate (19) to move, a cutting blade on the cutting equipment body (21) is moved to a cutting point position, the cutting equipment body (21) is started, the fifth electric telescopic rod (23) is driven to drive the cutting equipment body (21) to descend, the rotary cutting blade is in contact with the bamboo strips to cut the bamboo strips, and the fifth electric telescopic rod (23) is driven to lift the cutting equipment body (21) after the cutting is finished;
