快食蔬菜汤加工方法
本发明是把各种蔬菜经高温蒸汽蒸煮后，加入不同风味的调料，采用灭菌、密封制成一种只需用热开水冲泡即可食用的快食蔬菜汤加工方法。
传统的蔬菜汤因烹制后不能长期保存而无法满足人们日益加快的生活节奏的需要，本发明改正了传统蔬菜汤加工的缺点。
其基本特征是：蔬菜经过洗涤后，视需要加工成不同大小，将不同蔬菜按一定比例混合(混合比例由不同蔬菜的营养成份及其各自味道而定)，经过高温蒸汽蒸煮后，加入不同风味的调料，将其罐装到包装袋、一次性卫生碗、易拉罐内，进行灭菌密封。

Claims (3)

1、一种把蔬菜加工成只需用开水冲泡即可食用的快食蔬菜汤的加工方法。其特征在于：蔬菜经高温蒸汽蒸煮后，罐装到包装袋、一次性卫生碗、易拉罐内灭菌，密封而成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征是：蔬菜经过高温蒸汽蒸煮。
3、根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征是：经蒸煮后的蔬菜，罐装入包装袋、一次性卫生碗、易拉罐内。
