Referring to fig. 1-8, a rehabilitation device for clinical care of cardiovascular surgery comprises a bottom plate 1, a vertical plate 14 is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the bottom plate 1, a display screen 10 is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the vertical plate 14, an adjusting groove 7 is formed in the outer wall of the vertical plate 14, a fixing component 8 is inserted into the inner wall of the adjusting groove 7, a heat dissipation mechanism 9 is arranged on the outer wall of the fixing component 8, a storage battery 2 and an electric push rod 11 are fixed on the outer wall of the top of the bottom plate 1, a base block is fixed at the top end of a piston rod of the electric push rod 11, a fixing rod 12 is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the base block, a training mechanism 5 is arranged on the outer wall of the fixing rod 12, the training mechanism 5 is connected with a treading mechanism 3, and the outer wall of the training mechanism 5 is provided with an adjusting mechanism 6, the outer wall of the top part of the bottom plate 1 is fixed with a handrail 13, and the outer wall of the top of the bottom plate 1 is fixed with a pulley 4, and the outer wall of the training mechanism 5 is provided with an adjusting mechanism 6.
In the invention, the fixing component 8 comprises a sliding block 804, the sliding block 804 is inserted into the inner wall of the adjusting groove 7, the inner wall of the sliding block 804 is rotatably connected with a bottom rod 805, one end of the bottom rod 805 is sleeved with a sleeve rod 806, one end of the sleeve rod 806 is fixed with a fixing plate 801, the inner wall of the fixing plate 801 is provided with a sliding rail 802, the inner wall of the sliding rail 802 is inserted with a shoulder support 803, and the shoulder support 803 enables the body of a patient to be fixed through the shoulder at the moment, so that the body slippage in the following training process is avoided.

In the invention, the training mechanism 5 comprises a wheel 501, the wheel 501 penetrates through a fixed rod 12 and is connected with the fixed rod through a bearing, a gear 503 is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the wheel 501, spokes 502 are arranged on the inner wall of the wheel 501, a speed sensor 504 is fixed on the outer wall of the spokes 502, a chain 305 is meshed with the outer wall of the gear 503, and the speed is displayed by the speed sensor 504 through a display screen 10, so that the rehabilitation training process is visualized.

The embodiment discloses a use method of a rehabilitation device for cardiovascular surgery clinical nursing, which comprises the following steps:
s1: the whole rehabilitation device is moved to the position of the patient's bed foot through the handrail 13 and the pulley 4, the electric push rod 11 is powered through the storage battery 2, so that the electric push rod 11 works to push the fixing rod 12 to the top end, the treading mechanism 3 and the training mechanism 5 can easily cross over the bed foot to enter the upper part of the patient's sickbed, and at the moment, the treading mechanism 3 is adjusted to a proper height through controlling the electric push rod 11, so that the patient's feet can stably tread on the pedal 303;
