Claims (10)
1. A construction method of a high-reflection PVC heat-insulation waterproof coiled material is characterized by comprising the following steps: the coiled material comprises a PVC coiled material, a PVC welding layer and a waterproof layer; the PVC welding layer is arranged at the edge of the PVC coiled material, the edge of the PVC coiled material is overlapped on the PVC welding layer, and the contact part of the PVC coiled material and the PVC welding layer is welded by a hot air welding method;
the construction method comprises the following steps:
s1, base layer processing: leveling and drying the base layer, and reserving fixing holes on the base layer; s2, laying of coiled materials: laying a waterproof layer on a base layer, laying a PVC coiled material on the waterproof layer, placing a pad material on a PVC welding layer, and fixing the pad material, the PVC welding layer and the waterproof layer on the base layer through long nails; s3, edge processing: when the PVC coiled material edge is heated by the welding gun to be in a viscous state, the viscous PVC coiled material edge is attached to the PVC welding layer, so that the PVC coiled material edge and the PVC welding layer are welded together.

The construction method of the high-reflection PVC heat-insulation waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the construction method comprises the following steps: the PVC welding layer comprises a gasket for heightening the edge of the coiled material, an adjusting plate arranged on the upper end face of the gasket and an elastic baffle plate sleeved on the adjusting plate, anti-falling sawteeth are arranged at the upper end of the adjusting plate, the elastic baffle plate can slide on the anti-falling sawteeth in a one-way mode, the gasket and the adjusting plate are both made of PVC materials, and a water absorption reaction layer is arranged on the lower portion of the waterproof layer;
the construction method comprises the following steps:
s1, base layer processing: leveling and drying the base layer, reserving and fixing the base layer, and paving a water absorption reaction layer on the base layer; s2, laying of coiled materials: laying the coiled material on the water absorption reaction layer; s3, edge processing: seal glue and coat in the gasket surface to place the gasket between coiled material edge and basic unit, use welder heating coiled material to PVC coiled material edge and be thick when thick state, will glue thick PVC coiled material edge and laminate in regulating plate one side, slide elastic baffle down along the regulating plate again, make under the elastic baffle terminal surface and coiled material laminate.

The construction method of the high-reflection PVC heat-insulation waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the coiled material comprises a heat insulation coating layer, wherein the heat insulation coating layer is a heat insulation coating coated on the surface of the PVC coiled material, and a reinforcing grid is arranged in the PVC coiled material.
4. The construction method of the high-reflection PVC heat-insulation waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the raw material of the water absorption reaction layer is water absorption resin.

The construction method of the high-reflection PVC heat-insulation waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the heat insulation coating comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 25-45 wt% of aspartic acid ester resin, 10-20 wt% of titanium dioxide, 0-1 wt% of carbon black, 5-15 wt% of barium sulfate, 5-10 wt% of adsorbent, 15-20 wt% of gelatin, 15-20 wt% of butyl acetate and 5-8 wt% of glycol methyl ether acetate.

The construction method of the high-reflection PVC heat-insulation waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 2, wherein: in the construction method step 3, after the elastic baffle is attached to the coiled material, the adjusting plate on the upper portion of the elastic baffle is cut off, and the joint between the adjusting plate and the elastic baffle is coated with the sealant again.
7. The construction method of the high-reflection PVC heat-insulation waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the elastic baffle is of an umbrella-shaped structure; the tooth tips of the anti-falling sawteeth incline towards the side of the gasket.
8. The construction method of the high-reflection PVC heat-insulation waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 5, wherein the construction method comprises the following steps: the adsorbent is 3A activated powder.

The construction method of the high-reflection PVC heat-insulation waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the coiled material comprises a cured layer positioned at the bottom of the PVC coiled material, wherein the cured layer comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 55-65 wt% of polyester modified isocyanate, 2-5 wt% of curing agent and 35-40 wt% of butyl acetate.
10. The construction method of the high-reflection PVC heat-insulation waterproof roll material according to claim 9, characterized in that: the curing agent is a Desmodium N3390 BA/SN yellowing-resistant curing agent produced by Germany Bayer.
