A cold compress device for gynecological nursing comprises a main shell (1), a heat absorption mechanism, a bottom shell (6), a massage mechanism, a swing rod mechanism and a heat exchange mechanism, and is characterized in that a front waist plate (4) is fixedly mounted on the upper portion of the left outer wall and the right outer wall of the main shell (1), an elastic plate (8) is fixedly mounted at the end portion of the front waist plate (4), a rear waist plate (7) is fixedly mounted at the rear end of the elastic plate (8), a control panel (2) is rotatably mounted in the middle of the front side of the main shell (1), a panel clamping frame (3) matched with the control panel (2) is fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the lower portion of the front side of the main shell (1), the massage mechanism which is symmetrically arranged is mounted on the rear side wall of the main shell (1) in a penetrating and assembling manner, a main board (11) is fixedly mounted in the middle of the inner wall of the rear side of the main shell (1), a linear module (22) is fixedly mounted in the middle of the front side of the main board (11), a middle rod (13) is mounted in the middle of the linear module (22), a swing rod mechanism is slidably mounted at the end part of the middle rod (13), the top end of the swing rod mechanism is in assembly connection with the inner wall of the top end of the main shell (1), the swing rod mechanism is rotatably connected with the massage mechanism, a pump transmitter (12) is fixedly mounted at the middle upper part of the inner side of the main shell (1), inner circulating pipes (16) which are symmetrically arranged are fixedly mounted at the lower part of the pump transmitter (12) in a penetrating manner, heat exchange mechanisms which are bilaterally symmetrical are fixedly mounted at the inner side of the main shell (1), the heat exchange mechanisms, the pump transmitter (12) and the massage mechanism are communicated in series through the inner circulating pipes (16), outer circulating pipes (26) which are symmetrically arranged are fixedly mounted at the upper part of the pump transmitter (12) in a penetrating manner, first connectors (18) which are symmetrically arranged are fixedly mounted at the lower part of the inner side of the main shell (1), the first connectors (18), the heat exchange mechanisms and the pump transmitter (12) are communicated in series through the outer circulating pipes (26), and a bottom shell (6) is mounted at the bottom end of the main shell (1) through a torsion hinge in a swinging manner, the upper portion of the inner side of the bottom shell (6) is fixedly provided with second connectors (19) which are symmetrically arranged, the lower portion of each second connector (19) is fixedly provided with a heat absorbing pipe (21), each heat absorbing pipe (21) is wound on the inner side of the bottom shell (6), the outer wall of the lower portion of each heat absorbing pipe (21) is fixedly provided with symmetrically arranged inserting seats (33), the upper side wall of the cambered surface position of the lower portion of the bottom shell (6) is embedded with a heat absorbing mechanism, the heat absorbing mechanism is assembled with the inserting seats (33) in an inserting mode, the lower portion of the bottom shell (6) is provided with an assembling groove, the bottom shell (6) is fixedly provided with a humidity sensor (30) at the front end of the assembling groove, the side wall of the bottom shell (6) at the assembling groove is fixedly provided with bilaterally symmetrical limiting plates (32), one corresponding side of each limiting plate (32) is provided with a cambered surface, and a cleaning strip (31) is inserted between the two limiting plates (32), a pull rope is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the cleaning strip (31).
