本发明涉及门窗部件领域,公开了一种静音门吸,包括限制轨道和缓冲器;所述限制轨道安装于门套上;所述缓冲器安装于门板上;所述限制轨道上设置有轨道;所述缓冲器包括旋转阻尼器、齿条和弹力旋钮;所述齿条与旋转阻尼器上的齿轮啮合;所述齿条靠近限制轨道的一端设置有拨柱;所述拨柱插于轨道内;所述弹力旋钮抵住齿条远离限制轨道的一端。本方案的静音门吸隐藏在门套与门板中,消除了传统外露式门吸容易发生碰撞的隐患,门板开合时通过齿条带动拨柱在轨道内运动,通过旋转阻尼器减慢门板运动的速度,防止门板与墙体或门套发生碰撞,可有效减弱甚至消除噪音。

本发明涉及一种门窗部件,特别涉及一种静音门吸。
背景技术
门吸是一种用于固定门板的常见门板组件,用于防止门板开启后被外力误关闭,还可防止开门时门板对墙壁碰撞,保护门板和墙壁。传统门吸,多安装在墙体或地面上,配合门板上设置的门吸块实现磁吸式或机械式固定,传统门吸会因开门力过大而产生碰撞噪音、回弹门吸失效,会因外漏影响美观、打扫时可能与人发生碰撞等问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种静音门吸,隐藏在门套与门板中,可有效减弱消除噪音。
本发明的工作原理:一种静音门吸,包括限制轨道和缓冲器;所述限制轨道安装于门套上;所述缓冲器安装于门板上;所述限制轨道上设置有轨道;所述缓冲器包括旋转阻尼器、齿条和弹力旋钮;所述齿条与旋转阻尼器上的齿轮啮合;所述齿条靠近限制轨道的一端设置有拨柱;所述拨柱插于轨道内;所述弹力旋钮抵住齿条远离限制轨道的一端。
进一步的是:所述轨道包括弧线段和直线段。
进一步的是:所述轨道内设置有内套;所述拨柱插在内套内。
进一步的是:所述弹力旋钮包括固定座、压缩块和旋钮;所述旋钮枢接于固定座上;所述固定座上开设有沿着齿条运动方向的定位通孔;所述压缩块上设置有定位销;所述定位销插在定位通孔内;所述定位销上套设有弹簧;所述旋钮上端抵住齿条,下端抵住压缩块。
进一步的是:所述压缩块呈C字型,包括两块短板和一块长板;两块所述短板垂直于长板;所述定位销固定于其中一块短板上;远离定位销的短板与旋钮下端接触。
本发明的有益效果为:本方案的静音门吸隐藏在门套与门板中,消除了传统外露式门吸容易发生碰撞的隐患。门板开合时通过齿条带动拨柱在轨道内运动,通过旋转阻尼器减慢门板运动的速度,防止门板与墙体或门套发生碰撞,可有效减弱甚至消除噪音。门板开启到位后,旋钮在弹簧的作用下抵住齿条末端,将齿条和拨柱卡在轨道的一端,起到将门板“固定”在当前位置的作用,实现门吸功能。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1至图6所示,一种静音门吸,包括限制轨道1和缓冲器2;所述限制轨道1安装于门套3上;所述缓冲器2安装于门板4上;所述限制轨道1上设置有轨道11;所述缓冲器2包括旋转阻尼器21、齿条22和弹力旋钮;所述齿条22与旋转阻尼器21上的齿轮啮合;所述齿条22靠近限制轨道1的一端设置有拨柱221;所述拨柱221插于轨道11内;所述弹力旋钮抵住齿条22远离限制轨道1的一端。
在上述基础上,所述轨道11包括弧线段和直线段。
在上述基础上,所述轨道11内设置有内套12;所述拨柱221插在内套12内。
在上述基础上,所述弹力旋钮包括固定座23、压缩块24和旋钮25;所述旋钮25枢接于固定座23上;所述固定座23上开设有沿着齿条22运动方向的定位通孔;所述压缩块24上设置有定位销241;所述定位销241插在定位通孔内;所述定位销241上套设有弹簧242;所述旋钮25上端抵住齿条22,下端抵住压缩块24。
在上述基础上,所述压缩块24呈C字型,包括两块短板和一块长板;两块所述短板垂直于长板;所述定位销241固定于其中一块短板上;远离定位销241的短板与旋钮25下端接触。
实际使用时,现将限制轨道1通过螺丝或者卡扣等固定方式安装在门套3上,再将缓冲器2安装到门板4上,最后将拨柱221插入内套12中。
为方便拨柱221的安装,可在齿条22上开设螺纹孔,在拨柱221上攻设螺纹,将限制轨道1和缓冲器2安装完成后,拉出齿条22,将螺纹孔与内套12对齐,再将拨柱221锁入螺纹孔并伸入内套12中完成安装。
闭门状态时,如图5和图6所示,齿条22全部缩于缓冲器2内,此时齿条22向远离拨柱221的方向抵住旋钮25的上端,使得旋钮25的下端向靠近拨柱221的方向抵住压缩块24,压缩块24将弹簧242朝向靠近拨柱221方向压缩。
开门时,门板4绕着合页转动,门板4通过齿条22带动拨柱221沿着轨道11移动;当拨柱221移动到轨道11末端时会被卡住,如果门板4继续打开,齿条22会被拉出缓冲器2,齿条22运动时带动旋转阻尼器21的齿轮转动,旋转阻尼器21产生阻力减慢门板4的速度,防止门板4撞击墙壁,起到静音刹车的作用;门板4打开到最大位置时,齿条22全部拉出时,齿条22放开旋钮25的上端,旋钮25的下端放开压缩块24,弹簧242释放将压缩块24朝向远离拨柱221方向推动,压缩块24将旋钮25的下端拉回朝向远离拨柱221的方向并保持,使得旋钮25的上端朝着靠近拨柱221的方向抵住齿条22,从而将拨柱221卡在轨道11的末端,防止门板4移动,起到门吸的作用。
静音门吸隐藏在门套3与门板4中,开门时有阻尼减速刹车,可有效减弱消除噪音,静音门吸采用挂钩式定位,加弹簧辅助定位,可避免回弹现象,也避免了不经意间的意外碰撞。实际使用中可根据需求调整齿条22的长度从而改变门板4开启的最大角度,本实施例中门板4开启最大角度为110°;缓冲器2中的旋转阻尼器21可设置为多个,本实施例中设置两个旋转阻尼器21.

1.一种静音门吸,其特征在于:包括限制轨道(1)和缓冲器(2);所述限制轨道(1)安装于门框(3)上;所述缓冲器(2)安装于门板(4)上;所述限制轨道(1)上设置有轨道(11);所述缓冲器(2)包括旋转阻尼器(21)、齿条(22)和弹力旋钮;所述齿条(22)与旋转阻尼器(21)上的齿轮啮合;所述齿条(22)靠近限制轨道(1)的一端设置有拨柱(221);所述拨柱(221)插于轨道(11)内;所述弹力旋钮抵住齿条(22)远离限制轨道(1)的一端;所述轨道(11)包括弧线段和直线段;所述弹力旋钮包括固定座(23)、压缩块(24)和旋钮(25);所述旋钮(25)枢接于固定座(23)上;所述固定座(23)上开设有沿着齿条(22)运动方向的定位通孔;所述压缩块(24)上设置有定位销(241);所述定位销(241)插在定位通孔内;所述定位销(241)上套设有弹簧(242);所述旋钮(25)上端抵住齿条(22),下端抵住压缩块(24);所述压缩块(24)呈C字型,包括两块短板和一块长板;两块所述短板垂直于长板;所述定位销(241)固定于其中一块短板上;
