As shown in fig. 1, specifically, the path from the inlet end of the conveying line to the outlet end a of the first delivery line 511 may be selected as 1 → 2-1 → 3-1 → 4-1 → a; the goods can be selected from the entrance end of the conveying line to the exit end B of the second delivery line 512 by a path of 1 → 2-1 → 2-2 → 3-2 → 4-2 → B, or 1 → 2-1 → 3-1 → 3-2 → 4-2 → B; or 1 → 2-1 → 3-1 → 4-1 → 4-2 → B; the goods are transported from the entrance end of the transportation line to the exit end C of the third delivery line 513 by a selected path of 1 → 2-1 → 2-2 → 2-3 → 3-3 → 4-3 → C; or 1 → 2-1 → 2-2 → 3-2 → 3-3 → 4-3 → C; or 1 → 2-1 → 2-2 → 3-2 → 4-2 → 4-3 → C; or 1 → 2-1 → 3-1 → 3-2 → 3-3 → 4-3 → C; or 1 → 2-1 → 3-1 → 3-2 → 4-2 → 4-3 → C; or 1 → 2-1 → 3-1 → 4-1 → 4-2 → 4-3 → C. The conveying direction of the conveying roller table on the conveying line and the conveying platform 200 on the rotating table may be selected as needed, and for example, the conveying roller table on the first delivery line 511 may convey the goods from the delivery end to the inlet end, and the above-described combinations of the deliveries are only some examples of the delivery path, and not all cases are illustrated. At the outlet of the shipment line 510, a labeling machine 710, a loading machine 720, a film wrapping machine 730, a tape punching machine 740, and a labeling inspection area are sequentially disposed for packaging and inspecting the goods.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to realize the return flow of the cargo, an inlet of the cargo return line 540 is connected to the routing line 500, and an outlet of the cargo return line 540 is connected to the shelf. In the present embodiment, the cargo return line 540 is connected to the roller rotation table 2-4. When the delivery line does not need to be shipped, the goods on the delivery line are returned to the goods return line 540 through the roller-type rotating table 2-4 and thus into the shelves. The pallet 240 carries the goods together out of the conveyor line through the outlet and is carried to a predetermined area by a forklift. At this time, the tray 240 conveyed out of the conveyor line may be recovered, and in this embodiment, the roller rotation table 5 is provided at an outlet end of the tray returning line 550, and the roller rotation table 5 is connected to the roller rotation table 4-3. Thus, pallets 240 may flow back to the shelf area 600 via pallet return line 550, shipment line 510, buffer line 530, and back to the shipment return line 540 via routing 500. For example, the tray 240 may be returned to the shelf area 600 via the turntable 5 → 4-3 → 3-3 → 2-3 → 2-4 → 6. It should be noted that the conveying direction of the conveying roller path on the conveying line and the conveying platform 200 on the rotating table can be selected as required. For example, during the above-mentioned reflow process of the pallet 240, the conveying direction of the roller table between the roller table 4-3 and the roller table 3-3 is directed from the outlet end of the third delivery line 513 to the inlet end thereof.
As shown in fig. 1, it is considered that the new energy source material that is not qualified in the external package of the cargo flows back to the shelf area 600 from the cargo return line 520 after passing the processing and detection. In this embodiment, the cargo recirculation line 520 includes a rollgang and a roll-off table 3-4, wherein the roll-off table 3-4 is connected not only to the roll-off table 3-3 in the buffer line 530, but also to the roll-off table 2-4 in the routing line 500. The new energy source material with unqualified outer package can flow back to the shelf area 600 from the cargo return line 520 through the cargo return line 540 after being processed. Specifically, the cargo may enter the shelf area 600 by the roller rotation stage 3-4 → 2-4 → 6.
Thus, in the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the conveying line of new energy raw materials provided with the route selection line 500, at least two delivery lines 510, cargo return lines 540, pallet return lines 550, buffer lines 530, and cargo return lines 520 can ensure that the conveyance of the cargo is not stopped, and sufficient time and space are reserved in the packaging place of the delivery line 510 for packaging, and a route for recovering the pallet 240 and the cargo return line 540, in which the unqualified cargo is recovered, are reserved, thereby enabling the continuous operation of the conveying line.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to further ensure the requirement for cleanliness of the goods, it is a matter of course that air showers 700 are provided at the entrance of the roller rotation table 1 and the roller rotation table 6, respectively, for cleaning the goods entering the conveyor line and the goods entering the shelf area 600.

Claims (10)

1. The conveying mechanism for the new energy raw materials is characterized by comprising a conveying roller way (800), a roller type rotating table (400) and a tray (240);
the roller type rotating table (400) is connected with the conveying roller way (800) and is used for changing the conveying direction of the goods on the conveying mechanism;
the tray (240) is movably supported on the roller rotation table (400) and the rollgang (800); and the roller type rotating platform (400) is provided with a tray guiding part (250) for assisting the trays (240) to turn together.

The conveying mechanism for the new energy raw material according to claim 1, characterized in that the roller-type rotating platform (400) comprises a frame (100), a conveying platform (200) and a rotating mechanism (300), the conveying platform (200) comprises a rotating platform (260) driven by the rotating mechanism (300) to rotate, a conveying roller set (210) mounted on the rotating platform (260), and a roller set driving part (220) for driving the conveying roller set (210) to convey the articles; the tray guide (250) is located on the conveying platform (200), and the tray guide (250) comprises at least one pair of rotatable tray guide wheels (250) for defining the position of the tray (240) in the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the goods.

The new energy raw material conveying mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the tray guide part (250) further comprises a spacing adjustment mechanism, the spacing adjustment mechanism comprises a long hole (254) formed in the rotating table (260), and a guide wheel adjustment bolt (253) which is movable in the long hole (254) and is rotatably connected with the tray guide wheel (250), and the length direction of the long hole (254) is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying roller group (210).

The new energy raw material conveying mechanism is characterized in that the conveying platform (200) further comprises a transition roller group (230) arranged at two ends of the conveying roller group (210) along the conveying direction of the conveying roller group (210), and a first transmission mechanism connected between the transition roller group (230) and the conveying roller group (210), wherein the transition roller group (230) comprises at least one rotatable transition roller (231), and the transition roller (231) is rotatably mounted on a rotating table (260).
5. Conveying line of new energy raw materials, including route (500) and at least two shipment lines (510), characterized in that: the conveying line is provided with a conveying mechanism according to any one of claims 1-4, and the delivery line (510) and the route selecting line (500) comprise the conveying roller bed (800); the inlet end of the routing line (500) is the inlet end of the conveying line; the inlet end of the delivery line (510) is connected with the routing line (500), and the routing line (500) and the delivery line (510) are connected by the roller rotation table (400).
6. The conveying line of new energy raw material according to claim 5, characterized in that at least one roller-type rotating table (400) is arranged on the delivery line (510), and the roller-type rotating tables (400) on the adjacent delivery lines (510) are connected through the conveying roller table (800).

The conveying line for new energy raw material according to claim 5, further comprising a buffer line (530), wherein the buffer line (530) comprises the roller table (400) and the conveying roller table (800) connected to the roller table (400), and the buffer line (530) is connected to at least the inlet ends of the routing line (500) and the at least two delivery lines (510) respectively, and is used for temporarily receiving the goods delivered from the routing line (500).

The new energy feedstock transfer line of claim 5, further comprising a cargo return line (540), the cargo return line (540) comprising the conveyor table (800); the outlet end of the cargo return line (540) is connected to the rack area (600), and the inlet end of the cargo return line (540) is connected to the routing line (500) through the roller-type rotating table (400) for delivering the cargo to return to the rack area (600).
9. The new energy raw material conveying line according to claim 5, characterized by further comprising a cargo return line (520), wherein the cargo return line (520) comprises the conveying roller table (800), and an outlet end of the cargo return line (520) is connected with the cargo return line (540) through the rotating roller table (400) and is used for conveying qualified cargoes to return to the routing line (500).
10. The new energy feedstock transfer line of claim 5, further comprising a pallet return line (550), the pallet return line (550) comprising the conveyor table (800), an outlet end of the pallet return line (550) being connected to the cargo return line (540) for returning pallets to the racking area (600).
