本发明涉及家纺件套类面料,酒店类面料技术领域,提供一种经向起泡的绉布面料,包括绉布面料本体和起泡布,绉布面料本体的表面设置有起泡布,绉布面料本体的内部设置有加强结构,加强结构包括经向长丝纱线、纬向长丝纱线和加捻长丝纱线,经向长丝纱线设置于绉布面料本体的内部,绉布面料本体的表面设置有抗菌结构,抗菌结构包括抗菌层、木棉纤维和壳聚糖纤维,抗菌层设置于绉布面料本体的表面,经向长丝纱线上设置有纬向长丝纱线,经向长丝纱线和纬向长丝纱线之间交织排列,解决了现有的一种经向起泡的绉布面料强力较低,容易起毛起球等问题的发生的缺陷。

一种经向起泡的绉布面料
技术领域
本发明涉及家纺件套类面料,酒店类面料技术领域,特别涉及一种经向起泡的绉布面料。
背景技术
经向泡泡布市场较多,国内的一些检测指标达不到国外的检测标准。为了适应国外市场,提高检测标准,我们把面料原材料进行改进和纱支密度做调整;
为此,公开号为CN203257030U的专利公开了涉及一种作为墙布的绉布面料,面料包括绉布面料层、阻燃面料层、胶剂层、以及离型膜,绉布面料层和阻燃面料层通过经纬交织点连接,绉布面料层包括经向纱和纬向纱,经向纱为阻燃涤纶长丝纱线,纬向纱为纯棉高捻度纱,纯棉高捻度纱的捻度在160捻/10cm,阻燃面料层是由阻燃涤纶长丝纱线经纬编织,胶剂层直接涂覆在阻燃面料层,离型膜覆盖在胶层外,胶剂层为阻燃胶黏剂,离型膜为易撕性离型膜。本发明提供一种作为墙布的绉布面料,这种面料能够赋予墙布以面料质感和立体感,并且兼备阻燃效果,使用时可以即贴,是一种高档的墙布用绉布面料。
但是现有的绉布面料普遍存在一定的不足,如现有的绉布面料强力较低,容易起毛起球等问题的发生。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种经向起泡的绉布面料,用以解决现有的一种经向起泡的绉布面料强力较低,容易起毛起球等问题的发生的缺陷。
(二)发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种经向起泡的绉布面料,包括绉布面料本体和起泡布,所述绉布面料本体的表面设置有起泡布;
所述绉布面料本体的内部设置有加强结构;
所述加强结构包括经向长丝纱线、纬向长丝纱线和加捻长丝纱线,所述经向长丝纱线设置于绉布面料本体的内部。
优选的,所述绉布面料本体的表面设置有抗菌结构,所述抗菌结构包括抗菌层、木棉纤维和壳聚糖纤维,所述抗菌层设置于绉布面料本体的表面。
优选的,所述经向长丝纱线上设置有纬向长丝纱线,所述经向长丝纱线和纬向长丝纱线之间交织排列。
优选的,所述经向长丝纱线和纬向长丝纱线上均设置有加捻长丝纱线,所述经向长丝纱线和纬向长丝纱线分别与加捻长丝纱线缠绕分布。
优选的,所述抗菌层的内部设置有木棉纤维,所述木棉纤维的下方贴合有壳聚糖纤维,所述木棉纤维为两端封闭的大中空结构。
优选的,所述抗菌层与绉布面料本体之间设置有防水结构,所述防水结构包括涤纶织物、防水层、聚四氟乙烯薄膜和聚氨酯弹性体,所述涤纶织物设置于抗菌层的下方,所述涤纶织物的下方设置有防水层。
优选的,所述防水层的内部设置有聚四氟乙烯薄膜,所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜的下方贴合有聚氨酯弹性体。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供的一种经向起泡的绉布面料,其优点在于:通过设置有加强结构,为了适应国外市场,提高检测标准,把原来强力较低的原料改成经向长丝纱线和纬向长丝纱线,且经向长丝纱线和纬向长丝纱线通过加捻长丝纱线的缠绕解决了起毛起球的问题,同时提高其强度;
通过设置有抗菌结构,在绉布面料本体的表面设置抗菌层,抗菌层的内部设置木棉纤维和壳聚糖纤维,木棉纤维两端采用中空结构设计,不利于厌氧菌的生存,从而起到抗菌作用,而壳聚糖纤维由甲壳素处理制成,具有很好的抗菌效果;
通过设置有防水结构,在抗菌层底部设置涤纶织物和防水层,涤纶织物本身具有一定的防水功能,保证衣物不被浸湿,底部防水层内的聚四氟乙烯薄膜和聚氨酯弹性体均具有良好的防水透气功能,起到很好的防水效果。

请参阅图1-6,本发明提供的一种经向起泡的绉布面料,包括绉布面料本体1和起泡布2,绉布面料本体1的表面设置有起泡布2,绉布面料本体1的内部设置有加强结构3,加强结构3包括经向长丝纱线301、纬向长丝纱线302和加捻长丝纱线303,经向长丝纱线301设置于绉布面料本体1的内部,经向长丝纱线301上设置有纬向长丝纱线302,经向长丝纱线301和纬向长丝纱线302之间交织排列,经向长丝纱线301和纬向长丝纱线302上均设置有加捻长丝纱线303,经向长丝纱线301和纬向长丝纱线302分别与加捻长丝纱线303缠绕分布;
使用该结构时,将绉布面料本体1原料改为长丝纱线面料,有效提高了结构强度,而经向长丝纱线301和纬向长丝纱线302利用加捻长丝纱线303进行缠绕加捻,使经向长丝纱线301和纬向长丝纱线302不易起毛起球;
绉布面料本体1的表面设置有抗菌结构4,抗菌结构4包括抗菌层401、木棉纤维402和壳聚糖纤维403,抗菌层401设置于绉布面料本体1的表面,抗菌层401的内部设置有木棉纤维402,木棉纤维402的下方贴合有壳聚糖纤维403,木棉纤维402为两端封闭的大中空结构;
使用该结构时,木棉纤维402两端的大中空结构让细菌不易生存,进而来达到抗菌的目的,同时在配合壳聚糖纤维403进行抗菌效果的提高;
抗菌层401与绉布面料本体1之间设置有防水结构5,防水结构5包括涤纶织物501、防水层502、聚四氟乙烯薄膜503和聚氨酯弹性体504,涤纶织物501设置于抗菌层401的下方,涤纶织物501的下方设置有防水层502,防水层502的内部设置有聚四氟乙烯薄膜503,聚四氟乙烯薄膜503的下方贴合有聚氨酯弹性体504;
使用该结构时,利用涤纶织物501能够起到很好的防水效果,后利用聚四氟乙烯薄膜503和聚氨酯弹性体504,具有良好透气效果的同时也具有一定的防水性能,提高整体面料的防水效果。
工作原理:使用时,首先,将该绉布面料本体1拿至所需位置处,将将绉布面料本体1原料改为长丝纱线面料,有效提高了结构强度,而经向长丝纱线301和纬向长丝纱线302利用加捻长丝纱线303进行缠绕加捻,使经向长丝纱线301和纬向长丝纱线302不易起毛起球;
其次,涤纶织物501能够起到很好的防水效果,同时借助聚四氟乙烯薄膜503和聚氨酯弹性体504,具有良好透气效果的同时也具有一定的防水性能,提高整体面料的防水效果;
最后,木棉纤维402两端的大中空结构让细菌不易生存,进而来达到抗菌的目的,同时在配合壳聚糖纤维403进行抗菌效果的提高。

所述加强结构(3)包括经向长丝纱线(301)、纬向长丝纱线(302)和加捻长丝纱线(303),所述经向长丝纱线(301)设置于绉布面料本体(1)的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种经向起泡的绉布面料,其特征在于:所述绉布面料本体(1)的表面设置有抗菌结构(4),所述抗菌结构(4)包括抗菌层(401)、木棉纤维(402)和壳聚糖纤维(403),所述抗菌层(401)设置于绉布面料本体(1)的表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种经向起泡的绉布面料,其特征在于:所述经向长丝纱线(301)上设置有纬向长丝纱线(302),所述经向长丝纱线(301)和纬向长丝纱线(302)之间交织排列。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种经向起泡的绉布面料,其特征在于:所述经向长丝纱线(301)和纬向长丝纱线(302)上均设置有加捻长丝纱线(303),所述经向长丝纱线(301)和纬向长丝纱线(302)分别与加捻长丝纱线(303)缠绕分布。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种经向起泡的绉布面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(401)的内部设置有木棉纤维(402),所述木棉纤维(402)的下方贴合有壳聚糖纤维(403),所述木棉纤维(402)为两端封闭的大中空结构。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种经向起泡的绉布面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(401)与绉布面料本体(1)之间设置有防水结构(5),所述防水结构(5)包括涤纶织物(501)、防水层(502)、聚四氟乙烯薄膜(503)和聚氨酯弹性体(504),所述涤纶织物(501)设置于抗菌层(401)的下方,所述涤纶织物(501)的下方设置有防水层(502)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种经向起泡的绉布面料,其特征在于:所述防水层(502)的内部设置有聚四氟乙烯薄膜(503),所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜(503)的下方贴合有聚氨酯弹性体(504)。
