Abstract
本发明属于纺织材料技术领域,尤其为一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料及其制备方法,所述面料由外表层和里表层组合编织而成,外表层和里表层组合为独立经纱呈卷制成的胚布,所述里表层为有机棉纤维,所述外表层为其它纤维。本发明通过双层表层作为织物面料,里表层面料纤维与人体肌肤相亲,外表层面料面向外部环境。里表层面料选用有机棉作为原料,保证与人体肌肤接触的面料柔软舒适,吸湿透气,抗菌防臭,对肌肤没有任何刺激,外表层面料选用颜色绚丽的其他纤维作为原料,弥补了有机棉纤维颜色单一的缺陷,而且采用其他纤维与有机棉交织,可适当减小有机棉的用量,降低生产成本,两种面层染色丰富提高其面料的观赏性。

本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体为一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人类环保意识的不断增强以及对自身健康的日益关注,部分合成染料对人类健康和生态环境所产生的危害越来越引人注目。现有的研究结果已经表明,有二十多种致癌芳香胺、一百多种合成染料有可能产生致癌物质,几十种染料容易使皮肤过敏。因此,合成染料及其染色的纺织品使消费者心存疑虑,综上所述现有技术中纺织面料存在以下问题:
现有技术中染色面料大多含化学添加剂,对人体伤害性大,且面料性能单一面料的功能性叫较差,亲肤度和观赏性存在一定缺陷。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中染色面料大多含化学添加剂,对人体伤害性大,且面料性能单一面料的功能性叫较差,亲肤度和观赏性存在一定缺陷的问题。
(二)技术方案。
本发明为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案:
一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料,所述面料由外表层和里表层组合编织而成,外表层和里表层组合为独立经纱呈卷制成的胚布,所述里表层为有机棉纤维,所述外表层为其它纤维。
一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将有机棉和其它纤维分别分别通过络筒机和织布机通过经纱编织步骤进行编织形成胚布,做好预处理工作分开叠放成卷。
S2:将有机棉布料放入装有染色剂缸中,再将其它纤维布料放入另一染色剂缸中通过卷染法对两种布料进行染色固色处理。
S3:待S3中时间结束后,对两种布料从染色缸中取出后并清洗,放入脱水机中脱水至八成,并进行晾干处理。
S4:带两种不同布料染色烘干后,对其进行芳香处理。
S5:将S4中处理后的两种布料通过织布机进行编织结合,有机棉纤维染色布料作为里表层,其它染色纤维作为外表层,并在两种面料的夹层处添加蚕丝棉后利用缝纫机进行缝合,即可制成双层色织面料。
进一步地,所述外表层和里表层为平纹、斜纹、缎纹、菱形和方形斜纹中的一种编织工艺。
进一步地,所述染色剂为植物活性染料,两个所述染色缸中染色剂为不同的颜色。
进一步地,染色固色工艺:加热水温至80-110°,然后放入不同的生物染色料包至两个染缸中,小火温度30-45°煮至60-120min,将固色剂添加至染缸中进行固色,固色剂可选用盐水(盐和水的比例为1:16),或醋水(醋和水的比例为1:1),小火温度30-45°煮至 60-180min。
进一步地,所述芳香处理中将经过前处理的坯纱浸入芳香微胶囊乳液中,其中芳香微胶囊的稀释比例为1:20-35、黏合剂重量比为 1-3%。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料及其制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
本发明,通过双层表层作为织物面料,里表层面料纤维与人体肌肤相亲,外表层面料面向外部环境。里表层面料选用有机棉作为原料,保证与人体肌肤接触的面料柔软舒适,吸湿透气,抗菌防臭,对肌肤没有任何刺激不添加化学添加剂。外表层面料选用颜色绚丽的其他纤维作为原料,弥补了有机棉纤维颜色单一的缺陷,而且采用其他纤维与有机棉交织,可适当减小有机棉的用量,降低生产成本,两种面层染色丰富提高其面料的观赏性。

实施例1
如图1所示,本发明一个实施例提出的一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料,面料由外表层和里表层组合编织而成,外表层和里表层组合为独立经纱呈卷制成的胚布,里表层为有机棉纤维,外表层为其它纤维。一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料的制备方法,采用以下步骤:
S1:将有机棉和其它纤维分别分别通过络筒机和织布机通过经纱编织步骤进行编织形成胚布,做好预处理工作分开叠放成卷。
S2:将有机棉布料放入装有染色剂缸中,再将其它纤维布料放入另一染色剂缸中通过卷染法对两种布料进行染色固色处理。
S3:待S3中时间结束后,对两种布料从染色缸中取出后并清洗,放入脱水机中脱水至八成,并进行晾干处理。
S4:带两种不同布料染色烘干后,对其进行芳香处理。
S5:将S4中处理后的两种布料通过织布机进行编织结合,有机棉纤维染色布料作为里表层,其它染色纤维作为外表层,并在两种面料的夹层处添加蚕丝棉后利用缝纫机进行缝合,即可制成双层色织面料。
在一些实施例中,所述外表层和里表层为平纹、斜纹、缎纹、菱形和方形斜纹中的一种编织工艺。

在一些实施例中,所述外表层和里表层为平纹、斜纹相结合编织法的一种编织工艺。
在一些实施例中,所述染色剂为植物活性染料,两个所述染色缸中染色剂分别为红色(茜草5份、红花7份、苏枋12份)、黄色(槐花6份、姜黄12份、栀子15份)。
在一些实施例中,染色固色工艺:加热水温至75-95°,然后放入不同的生物染色料包至两个染缸中,小火温度26-45°煮至 60-120min,将固色剂添加至染缸中进行固色,固色剂可选用盐水(盐和水的比例为2:17),或醋水(醋和水的比例为1:1),小火温度 30-45°煮至60-190min。
在一些实施例中,所述芳香处理中将经过前处理的坯纱浸入芳香微胶囊乳液中,其中芳香微胶囊的稀释比例为1:15-40、黏合剂重量比为1-3%。
实施例3
如图1所示,本发明一个实施例提出的一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料,面料由外表层和里表层组合编织而成,外表层和里表层组合为独立经纱呈卷制成的胚布,里表层为有机棉纤维,外表层为其它纤维。一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料的制备方法,采用以下步骤:
S1:将有机棉和其它纤维分别分别通过络筒机和织布机通过经纱编织步骤进行编织形成胚布,做好预处理工作分开叠放成卷。
S2:将有机棉布料放入装有染色剂缸中,再将大豆纤维布料放入另一染色剂缸中通过卷染法对两种布料进行染色固色处理。
S3:待S3中时间结束后,对两种布料从染色缸中取出后并清洗,放入脱水机中脱水至八成,并进行晾干处理。
S4:带两种不同布料染色烘干后,对其进行芳香处理。
S5:将S4中处理后的两种布料通过织布机进行编织结合,有机棉纤维染色布料作为里表层,大豆染色纤维作为外表层,并在两种面料的夹层处添加蚕丝棉后利用缝纫机进行缝合,即可制成双层色织面料。

实施例4
如图1所示,本发明一个实施例提出的一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料,面料由外表层和里表层组合编织而成,外表层和里表层组合为独立经纱呈卷制成的胚布,里表层为有机棉纤维,外表层为其它纤维。一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料的制备方法,采用以下步骤:

S2:将有机棉布料放入装有染色剂缸中,再将聚乳酸纤维布料放入另一染色剂缸中通过卷染法对两种布料进行染色固色处理。

S4:带两种不同布料染色烘干后,对其进行芳香处理。

在一些实施例中,外表层和里表层为平纹和方形斜纹中的一种编织工艺。
在一些实施例中,染色剂为植物活性染料,两个染色缸中染色剂分别为红色(茜草12份、红花7份、苏枋9份)、黄色(槐花8份、姜黄15份、栀子10份)。
在一些实施例中,染色固色工艺:加热水温至75-100°,然后放入不同的生物染色料包至两个染缸中,小火温度35-50°煮至 70-140min,将固色剂添加至染缸中进行固色,固色剂可选用盐水(盐和水的比例为1:15),或醋水(醋和水的比例为1:1),小火温度 35-45°煮至65-190min。
在一些实施例中,芳香处理中将经过前处理的坯纱浸入芳香微胶囊乳液中,其中芳香微胶囊的稀释比例为1:15-25、黏合剂重量比为 1-4%。
由实施例1、实施例2、实施例3和实施例4制得的双层色织面料,具有较好的柔软舒适度,吸湿透气,抗菌防臭,对肌肤没有任何刺激不添加化学添加剂,所以生产出的面料穿着舒适性、观赏性更好,且结合其他纤维面料相结合减少有机棉比重,降低生产成本。

Claims (6)
1.一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料,其特征在于:所述面料由外表层和里表层组合编织而成,外表层和里表层组合为独立经纱呈卷制成的胚布,所述里表层为有机棉纤维,所述外表层为其它纤维。
2.根据权利要求1中所述一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:将有机棉和其它纤维分别分别通过络筒机和织布机通过经纱编织步骤进行编织形成胚布,做好预处理工作分开叠放成卷。
S2:将有机棉布料放入装有染色剂缸中,再将其它纤维布料放入另一染色剂缸中通过卷染法对两种布料进行染色固色处理。
S3:待S3中时间结束后,对两种布料从染色缸中取出后并清洗,放入脱水机中脱水至八成,并进行晾干处理。
S4:带两种不同布料染色烘干后,对其进行芳香处理。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述外表层和里表层为平纹、斜纹、缎纹、菱形和方形斜纹中的一种编织工艺。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述染色剂为植物活性染料,两个所述染色缸中染色剂为不同的颜色。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:染色固色工艺:加热水温至80-110°,然后放入不同的生物染色料包至两个染缸中,小火温度30-45°煮至60-120min,将固色剂添加至染缸中进行固色,固色剂可选用盐水(盐和水的比例为1:16),或醋水(醋和水的比例为1:1),小火温度30-45°煮至60-180min。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种基于有机棉的双层色织面料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述芳香处理中将经过前处理的坯纱浸入芳香微胶囊乳液中,其中芳香微胶囊的稀释比例为1:20-35、黏合剂重量比为1-3%。
