Abstract

一种SGLTs抑制剂的纯化方法及其应用。所述SGLTs抑制剂为(1S,2S,3S,4R,5S)‑5‑(3‑((2,3‑二氢苯并[b][1,4]二噁英‑6‑基)甲基)‑4‑乙基苯基)‑1‑(羟甲基)‑6,8‑二氧杂二环[3.2.1]辛烷‑2,3,4‑三醇。采用对硝基苯甲酸或其衍生物与式(A)化合物反应，然后水解得到高纯的化合物；本发明还公开了所述经纯化的化合物进一步反应得到二乙胺胺溶剂合物，该溶剂合物有望开发成新一代SGLTs抑制剂。
