During the regulation, rely on throttle disc and piston clearance for the surface forms the pressure differential about the piston, and then reciprocates, and the piston is rigid connection with the valve head, and then the valve head can reciprocate and play the regulating action. At the moment, the screw can be rotated in the positive and negative directions, and the screw is not directly connected with the valve head, so that the power required by the screw is extremely low. The balance piston of the invention has the advantages of small power and volume of the driving device, and easy realization of intellectualization and automation.

Background
In fluids in industrial pipelines of thermal power, nuclear power, petrochemical industry and the like, a regulating valve is generally used for controlling pressure, flow and the like, but the regulating valve is not suitable for being used as a stop valve because the regulating valve leaks inwards when closed due to pressure difference, and the stop valve needs to be added in front of the valve and behind the valve, so that the volume of an industrial device is increased, and the cost is also increased. In addition, the driving power of the regulating valve is large due to the pressure difference, and an electric driving device with large volume is required to be equipped.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a low-power consumption regulating valve with a cut-off function, which solves the problems of internal leakage and overlarge driving power consumption caused by pressure difference.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:

The valve seat 29 is in interference fit with the valve body 1, and when the valve is opened, fluid medium flows in from the left inlet, passes through the valve seat 29 and the valve head opening of the valve head pressing cover body 2, and then flows out from the right outlet. When the valve is closed, the conical sealing surface at the lower part of the valve head gland body 2 is in hard contact with the valve seat 29, and due to the inlet-outlet pressure difference, a larger medium force acts on the valve head and the valve seat, so that the sealing force is increased, the leakage is not easy, and the stop function can be realized. The upper part of the valve head pressing cover body 2 is a pressing cover body which is integrated with the valve head into a whole, a through hole is processed in the center of the pressing cover body, and the pressing cover body is extended from the valve head. The throttling disc 3 is provided with a small valve head at the lower part thereof, and is matched with the through hole of the gland body for opposite grinding, the small valve head is opened firstly when the regulating valve is opened to play a labor-saving role, and if no small valve head is arranged, all medium force acts on the large valve head to be opened, so that great labor is consumed. The valve head gland body part 2 is connected with the piston assembly 5 through screws, two flexible graphite sealing rings 27 are arranged in the valve head gland body part, and the throttling disc 3 can move up and down in the flexible graphite sealing rings 27. The center of the throttle disc 3 is connected with a nut traction rod 6, a spring 4 is sleeved outside the nut traction rod 6, and a screw 7 is in threaded connection with the nut traction rod 6. The pressure plate 8 is a pressure plate, the valve cover 9 is a valve cover, the pressure plate 8 is fixed on the valve cover 9 through 24 countersunk head screws, and the valve cover 9 is connected with the valve body through a wound gasket 26 and bolts 21-23. The screw 7 is provided with a boss, and the pressing plate 8 presses the boss of the screw 7, so that the screw can be fixed and can not move in the vertical direction. The upper part of the screw 7 plays a sealing role through the flexible graphite 20, the gasket 10 and the compression screw sleeve 12, and the sealing function is dynamic sealing, so that a medium does not leak through the screw 7. The piston assembly 5 is movable up and down within the cylinder casing 25.
When the valve is opened greatly, the electric actuator 13 drives the screw rod 7 to rotate, the screw rod 7 drives the nut traction rod 6 to move upwards through threads, and then the throttle plate 3 moves upwards, so that the small valve head below the throttle plate 3 is opened. Because the small valve head has small area and small medium force, the small valve head is easy to open. When the screw 7 continues to rotate to drive the nut traction rod 6 to continue to move upwards, the throttle disc 6 overcomes the spring force and then continues to move upwards, and at the moment, the piston assembly 5 does not move upwards. When the upper part of the throttle disc 6 is close to the piston assembly 5, the upper space of the piston assembly 5 is connected with the low pressure area of the valve body outlet through the inner hole of the piston assembly 5, the inner hole of the throttle disc 3 and the inner through hole of the valve head pressure cover body 2. At this time, the piston assembly 5 is forced upward by the difference between the upper and lower pressures, and the piston area is larger than the valve head area, so that the whole body is forced upward, and the piston assembly moves upward together with the valve head cover pressing body 2, and the valve is opened.
When the valve is kept unchanged, a certain gap is maintained between the throttle disc 3 and the piston assembly 5, the piston and the valve head are kept motionless due to medium force balance, and at the moment, the piston assembly 5 and the valve head gland are balanced in physical force.
When the valve is closed, the electric actuator 13 drives the screw rod 7 to rotate in the opposite direction, the screw rod 7 drives the nut traction rod 6 to move downwards through threads, the throttling disc 3 further moves downwards, the upper space of the piston assembly 5 is connected with the inner part of the throttling disc 3, the pressure is the pressure at the inlet of the valve and is high, the pressure difference between the upper surface and the lower surface of the piston assembly is almost zero, the valve head is stressed by a medium at the moment, the valve head and the piston integrally move downwards, and the valve closing function is completed until new balance is completed.
