the liquid inlet pipe 24 and the liquid outlet pipe 11 are respectively provided with a one-way valve for preventing backflow; and
extruded piece 19 slides and runs through locating part 20 that is fixed in on base 1, the gyro wheel is installed to extruded piece 19 one end, the gyro wheel cooperation sets up in seting up the linear spout 141 on the flexible pressing member 14 of pedal, set up on the stroke orbit of the extruded piece 19 other end according to extrusion liquid board 27.
The elastic liquid bag 22 may be a liquid bag made of silica gel or an elastic rubber bag.

Claims (9)

1. An arm muscle exercise device comprising a base and a training weight, the device further comprising:
the lifting bearing piece is provided with an arc-shaped sliding groove for slidably bearing a training heavy object;
the supporting frames are arranged at the bottom of the base in a sliding mode and are symmetrically arranged, and the base is provided with a linear adjusting assembly used for adjusting the supporting frames in a sliding mode;

the rotation driving assembly is used for driving the elastic roller to rotate;

2. The arm muscle exerciser of claim 1, wherein the support frame is a telescoping frame, the telescoping frame being an inner telescoping frame and an outer telescoping frame in a sliding nested arrangement;
and a locking piece used for locking the inner telescopic frame after sliding is arranged on the outer telescopic frame.
3. The arm muscle exerciser of claim 1, wherein the linear adjustment assembly includes:
the rotary threaded part is rotatably arranged on the base and is in threaded connection with the bottom of the support frame;
the rotary screw further comprises a rotating part arranged at one end of the rotary screw.
4. An arm muscle exercising device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the first angle adjusting means includes:

7. The arm muscle exerciser according to claim 6, wherein the resilient rollers are provided in a plurality and are evenly distributed on the pressing carrier;
and two adjacent elastic rollers are in meshing transmission through gears, and the rotating transmission pair is in transmission connection between the disc and one of the elastic rollers.
8. The arm muscle exerciser of claim 7, further including a spray assembly, the spray assembly comprising:

9. The arm muscle exerciser of claim 4, wherein the first and second telescoping rods each comprise an outer telescoping rod and an inner telescoping rod slidably nested together, and an elastic bearing member is connected between the inner and outer telescoping rods;
and the outer telescopic rod is also provided with a locking piece for locking the inner telescopic rod after sliding.
