Secondly, because the script making department needs to manually write the reconciliation strategy script, the efficiency is low, and the time resources of the staff of the script making department are occupied in a centralized way. Thirdly, because the script is manually written, the reliability and the stability cannot be guaranteed, the error probability of the reconciliation strategy script is high, and the security guarantee coefficient is low because the reconciliation relates to the sensitive information of the amount of money. Finally, different abnormal accounting data depend on different reconciliation strategy solutions, so that the professional dependence on the accounting group is higher.
In order to solve the above problem, embodiments of the present application provide a method and an apparatus for processing account data, which generate an accounting policy script for abnormal account data according to a processing template corresponding to an abnormal type of the abnormal account data, so as to implement automatic generation of the accounting policy script and accelerate accounting reading speed.
An application scenario of the accounting data processing method according to the present application will be described below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic application scenario diagram of a method for processing accounting data according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, when reconciliation is required, the user can input a processing request of abnormal accounting data to the reconciliation application in the terminal device 101. Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of another method for processing accounting data according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
s401, receiving an abnormal accounting data processing request input by a user, wherein the abnormal accounting data processing request comprises an abnormal type of the abnormal accounting data.
S402, acquiring a processing template corresponding to the abnormal type, wherein the processing template corresponding to the abnormal type is filled with description data of the abnormal account data in a field form.
And S403, generating a reconciliation strategy script of the abnormal accounting data according to the processing template corresponding to the abnormal type.
S404, adjusting the abnormal accounting data by using the reconciliation strategy script of the abnormal accounting data.
The technical terms, technical effects, technical features, and alternative embodiments of S401 to S404 can be understood with reference to S201 to S204 shown in fig. 2, and repeated descriptions thereof will not be repeated here.
S405, counting the abnormal accounting data according to the abnormal type to generate a counting result of the abnormal accounting data.
S406, generating a target chart according to the statistical result of the abnormal accounting data, wherein the target chart is used for displaying the quantity and the generation time of the abnormal accounting data of different abnormal types.
And S407, carrying out public opinion monitoring on the abnormal account data in the database, and determining a result of the public opinion monitoring.
And S408, sending a public opinion monitoring result to the management terminal.
In the application, the target chart generated by the statistical result of the abnormal account data and the public opinion monitoring of the abnormal account data can be realized through the reconciliation application. Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a first interface of a reconciliation application provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the first interface of the reconciliation application may include a processing request trigger area and a reconciliation policy script generation area.
In the processing request trigger area, different exception types of the exception accounting data may be included. For example, the processing request trigger area may include an exception type for public traffic, an exception type for private traffic, and an exception type across systems. The abnormal type of the public service can include cross-family, and the abnormal type of the public service can include cross-family, transfer, mis-account and general ledger.
In this embodiment of the application, when a user selects an abnormal type of abnormal account data in a processing request trigger area and triggers a processing request of the abnormal account data, the user may obtain a processing template corresponding to the abnormal type by clicking a file button, where description data of the abnormal account data is filled in the processing template corresponding to the abnormal type in a field form. After the processing template corresponding to the abnormal type is obtained, the reconciliation application can generate a reconciliation strategy script for abnormally describing the accounting data, and the reconciliation strategy script is generated in the reconciliation strategy script generation area.
In addition, in addition to generating the reconciliation policy script of the abnormal accounting data, the reconciliation application provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include other functions.
In some embodiments, the user may edit the reconciliation policy script in the reconciliation policy script generation area by clicking an edit button.
In some embodiments, the user may further obtain log information of the reconciliation policy script of the abnormal accounting data recorded by the reconciliation application by clicking a log button, where the log information includes a type and an execution time of the reconciliation policy script of the abnormal accounting data.
In some embodiments, the user may further perform statistics on the abnormal accounting data according to the abnormal type by clicking a statistics button, generate a statistical result of the abnormal accounting data, and generate the target chart according to the statistical result of the abnormal accounting data. At the same time, the jump application may jump from the first interface to a second interface of the reconciliation application. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a second interface of the reconciliation application provided in the embodiment of the application, and as shown in fig. 6, a target icon is displayed in the second interface, and the target icon may be used to display the quantity and the generation time of the abnormal accounting data of different abnormal types.
The target icon according to the embodiment of the present application may be a bar chart, but is not limited to a bar chart, and may also be a pie chart, a line chart, or the like.
In some embodiments, the user may perform public opinion monitoring by clicking a monitoring button. Then, the reconciliation application can perform public opinion monitoring according to the abnormal account data in the database, determine the result of the public opinion monitoring, and send the result of the public opinion monitoring to the management terminal.
The method for processing the accounting data, provided by the embodiment of the application, first receives a processing request of abnormal accounting data input by a user, where the processing request of the abnormal accounting data includes an abnormal type of the abnormal accounting data. And secondly, acquiring a processing template corresponding to the abnormal type, wherein the processing template corresponding to the abnormal type is filled with description data of the abnormal account data in a field form. And thirdly, generating an account adjustment strategy script of the abnormal account data according to the processing template corresponding to the abnormal type. And finally, adjusting the abnormal accounting data by using the accounting strategy script of the abnormal accounting data. By the mode, the reconciliation strategy script of the abnormal accounting data is generated according to the processing template corresponding to the abnormal type of the abnormal accounting data, so that the automatic generation of the reconciliation strategy script is realized, and the reconciliation speed is accelerated.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an accounting data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. The accounting data processing device may be implemented by software, hardware or a combination of the two, and may be, for example, the terminal device in the foregoing embodiment, to execute the accounting data processing method in the foregoing embodiment. As shown in fig. 7, the device 500 for processing account data includes:
a receiving module 501, configured to receive a processing request of abnormal account data input by a user, where the processing request of the abnormal account data includes an abnormal type of the abnormal account data;
the processing module 502 is configured to obtain a processing template corresponding to the exception type, where description data of the exception accounting data is filled in the processing template corresponding to the exception type in a field form; generating an account regulation strategy script of the abnormal account data according to the processing template corresponding to the abnormal type; and adjusting the abnormal accounting data by using the accounting strategy script of the abnormal accounting data.
In an optional implementation manner, the processing module 502 is specifically configured to extract a target field from a processing template corresponding to an exception type; and splicing the target fields into the reconciliation strategy script of the abnormal accounting data according to the processing rule of the target fields.
In an optional implementation manner, the processing module 502 is further configured to record log information of a reconciliation policy script of the abnormal accounting data, where the log information includes a type and an execution time of the reconciliation policy script of the abnormal accounting data.
In an optional implementation manner, the processing module 502 is specifically configured to screen out abnormal accounting data in the database by using an accounting policy script of the abnormal accounting data; and adjusting the abnormal accounting data by using the accounting strategy script of the abnormal accounting data.
In an optional implementation manner, the processing module 502 is further configured to count the abnormal accounting data according to the abnormal type, and generate a statistical result of the abnormal accounting data; and generating a target chart according to the statistical result of the abnormal financial data, wherein the target chart is used for displaying the quantity and the generation time of the abnormal financial data of different abnormal types.
In an optional embodiment, the processing module 502 is further configured to perform public opinion monitoring on the abnormal account data in the database, and determine a result of the public opinion monitoring;
the apparatus further includes a sending module 503, configured to send the result of the public opinion monitoring to the management terminal.
It should be noted that the accounting data processing apparatus provided in the embodiment shown in fig. 7 may be configured to execute the method provided in any of the above embodiments, and the specific implementation manner and the technical effect are similar, and are not described again here.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the electronic device may include: at least one processor 601 and memory 602. Fig. 8 shows an electronic device as an example of a processor.
A memory 602 for storing programs. In particular, the program may include program code including computer operating instructions.
The memory 602 may comprise high-speed RAM memory, and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
The processor 601 is configured to execute computer-executable instructions stored in the memory 602 to implement the above-mentioned accounting data processing method;
the processor 601 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement the embodiments of the present Application.
Alternatively, in a specific implementation, if the communication interface, the memory 602 and the processor 601 are implemented independently, the communication interface, the memory 602 and the processor 601 may be connected to each other through a bus and perform communication with each other. The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (EISA) bus, or the like. Buses may be classified as address buses, data buses, control buses, etc., but do not represent only one bus or type of bus.
Alternatively, in a specific implementation, if the communication interface, the memory 602 and the processor 601 are integrated into a chip, the communication interface, the memory 602 and the processor 601 may complete communication through an internal interface.
The embodiment of the application also provides a chip which comprises a processor and an interface. Wherein the interface is used for inputting and outputting data or instructions processed by the processor. The processor is configured to perform the methods provided in the above method embodiments. The chip can be applied to a processing device of accounting data.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may include: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, are specifically, the computer-readable storage medium stores program information, and the program information is used for the above-mentioned method for processing the accounting data.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a program, which is used to execute the method for processing accounting data provided in the above method embodiments when executed by a processor.
The present application also provides a program product, such as a computer-readable storage medium, having stored therein instructions, which when run on a computer, cause the computer to execute the method for processing accounting data provided by the above method embodiments.
